BILLINGS, Mont. – Four players from the Montana State University Billings women’s soccer team earned National Soccer Coaches Association of America academic all-region honors for the 2015 season. Seniors Katlyn Lokay and Teegan Koster and juniors Kari Kastelic and Dana Lubieniecki were among the NCAA Division I and Division II award winners from the west region, as all four players were selected to the honorable mention squad. “I am really proud of these four for receiving this award,” commented MSUB head coach Wojtek Krakowiak. “They have worked really hard to maintain their GPAs and I think they represent our program very well. Academics are very important to our program, and we always try to recruit great student-athletes.” A four-year starter and three-year captain, Lokay finished her career in the fall having started every game since 2012 and tallying the second-most minutes played in MSUB history (6,422).
