The new model, called R.A.M 2.0, is the result of the constant investment in research and development that has always distinguished TE products. The R.A.M 2 components include a Brushless Motor which is extremely light. RUDY PROFUMI ITALIAN AT HEART INTERNATIONAL IN VOCATION The story of Rudy Profumi began almost exactly one hundred years ago, in 1920, when in a small Haidresser’s shop in the centre of Milan, in via San Paolo, Spiridione Calabrese started, almost for fun, concocting hair dyes and them making lipsticks and face powders. In the late 1930’s, Spiridione created the prestigious fragrance ‘Preludio Romantico’. Then, his son Antonio transformed the fragrance into a prestigious work of art and enviable gift object, moving soon to an industrial level.

THE 2018 EDITION OF COSMOPROF ASIA CLOSED ITS DOORS WITH RECORD-BREAKING FIGURES Cosmoprof Asia keeps growing, confirming the success of the “One Fair, Two Venues” format
Cosmoprof Asia is undisputedly the event of the year for the industry, and it is the ultimate crossroad for beauty professionals, industry insiders and innovative brands in the entire Asia Pacific region. Cosmoprof Asia and Cosmopack Asia registered 87,284 attendees from 135 international locations and areas. Among them 62,964 came from abroad, up 3.2% from last year. 3030 exhibiting corporations from 53 countries and regions came to see new trends and new experiences covering a total exhibition area of up to 113,800 sqm. (up 5% from last year). Pavilions representing 24 countries and groups increased the exhibition’s international appeal and included for the first time, Malaysia and New Zealand. David Bondi, senior vice president, UBM Asia, stated that this year’s visitor numbers, fair exhibitors and products have confirmed the global trends, beauty and cosmetics are continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and the Asia market is full of savvy consumers keen to invest in cutting-edge products.

Targeted Initiatives Added Additional Value To The Exhibition Offerings Among the most interesting initiatives on the show floor, “SKINTONIC – The Factory”, achieved great success as it allowed visitors to observe the entire manufacturing process of an exclusive dual-effect serum. From the producing of the serum to the packaging process and the finished product, SKINTONIC The Factory was made possible thanks to the manufacturing expertise of Citus Kalix– a Coesia Company (France) for the machinery and equipment, Homer Printing (China) for the deluxe folding cardboard box, LTU-Tech (France) for the image recognition app, Pinkfrogs Cosmetics (Italy) for the

formulation, Quadpack (Spain) for its innovative packaging solutions and centdegrés for the artistic direction and design of the project. Visitors could continue their journey at “SKINTONIC – The Shop”, the concept store of the future, featuring elements of virtual and augmented reality as well as IoP (Internet of Product). Among the special projects at AWE, “Cosmolab” featured a laboratory where visitors could test the technology and interact with an Artificial Intelligence robot that captured analytics based on hair types to create a unique formulated shampoo sample as a personalized gift thanks to another industry collaboration, this time with Opal Cosmetics.
Cosmoprof Asia - Greater Insight Into Both The Industrial Reality And Finished Products HKCEC hosted 2,127 exhibitors from 51 countries and regions, presenting finished beauty products from every sector: Cosmetics and Toiletries, Beauty Salon, Natural & Organic, Nail & Accessories and Hair Salon. A busy calendar of conferences enriched the visitor experience on the show floor. The sessions scheduled for Cosmotalks, focused on the growth of the Chinese beauty market with in-depth insights on the e-commerce. Other major topics including the trend of green beauty,
eco-friendly products and organic certifications were discussed at The Natural and Organic Symposium. At the 2018 edition, Cosmoprof Asia presented ON HAIR: the two-day event dedicated to the show’s increasingly popular hair industry, featured hair shows, workshops, and contests for hundreds of stylists, models, performing teams, presenters and speakers. The Hong Kong Professional Nailist Union Competition 2018, organized by the Hong Kong Professional Nailist Union, involved over 200 contestants from around the world for a challenging contest. recognize the best strategies to build brand awareness and marketability. 10 Winners were selected and announced during the Awards Ceremony on 14 November by a jury consisting of international experts and key players in the cosmetic industry.
At the 5th edition of BOUTIQUE, Cosmoprof Asia’s charity initiative, visitors purchased mini-size products for a symbolic price, with revenues going towards the Chi Heng Foundation, a Hong Kong-based charity dedicated to children impacted by AIDS and to AIDS prevention and education.

Throughout 30 years in the beauty industry he has influenced the worldwide beauty market, pioneering sales techniques for new product categories.
He is a charismatic hands-on leader who believes in innovative products as well as traditional relationship building. Scott began his career on the West Coast of the United States as a Regional Manager for a large recognizable beauty brand. Scott developed the importance of paying attention to the needs and contributions of salons and stylists. A tireless worker, Scott quickly became the National Sales Manager of USA and Canada.
After 10 years of consistent growth he was promoted to President of International Sales. In this position, he managed sales with distributors in over 100 countries, building new distribution channels, implementing cross-cultural sales campaigns, and introducing new product categories and collections. He successfully improved not only the company’s revenue but its brand equity on a global scale.
