TODAY’S PANELISTS CHRISTOPHER D. PETROSSIAN Lincoln International LLC Christopher Petrossian is a managing director at Lincoln International LLC. Mr. Petrossian is head of the Los Angeles office and is responsible for sourcing and executing advisory and capital markets transactions for middle-market companies and financial sponsors in the Western U.S. market. Previously he held various senior positions at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital including Head of the West Coast middle market group, senior vice president of financial sponsors and vice president of M&A. Prior to that, he was a business analyst at Deloitte, La Salle Partners and Western Waste Industries. He holds a B.A. in economics from UCLA and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

BRADLEY SCHREIBER McGladrey Capital Markets LLC Brad Schreiber is a managing director at McGladrey Capital Markets. He has more than 20 years of diverse financial experience in investment and commercial banking. Mr. Schreiber has advised public and private companies and private equity groups on domestic and international M&A, leveraged buyouts and debt and equity capital raises. He has completed transactions in a wide array of industries, including consumer products, sporting goods, specialty chemicals, information technology, fire protection and engineering and industrial services. Prior to joining McGladrey, Mr. Schreiber was a vice president with Citigroup’s middle-market investment banking division. Before that, he served as a vice president with Wells Fargo Bank in its commercial banking group. Mr. Schreiber received his B.A. in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from San Diego State University.

DUANE STULLICH FocalPoint Partners Duane Stullich is a co-founder of and Managing Director at FocalPoint Partners. He has extensive experience advising middle market companies with mergers and acquisitions (both healthy and distressed), leveraged transactions, private placements of debt and/or equity capital, private equity investing debt restructurings, and financial opinions including solvency and fairness opinions. Mr. Stullich is a frequent speaker to business groups regarding M&A related topics and has been published or quoted in Barron’s and The Deal. In addition to being an accomplished investment banker, Mr. Stullich is also a seasoned entrepreneur. He was one of the key contributors to the establishment of the corporate finance department at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, a co-founder of Murphy Noell Capital, and, most recently, a co-founder of FocalPoint Partners. Mr. Stullich received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.


TODAY’S PANELISTS KEVIN W. SHULTZ FTI Consulting Kevin Shultz is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and senior investment banker at FTI Capital Advisors, LLC, where he specializes in both middle market M&A and capital raising for situations involving complex financial engineering and/or restructuring. Previously Mr. Shultz was co-founder of The Wescott Group, where he advised numerous companies of transactions critical to their survival and/or growth. Mr. Shultz was also once affiliated with the M&A departments of Drexel Burnham Lambert and Chanin & Company as well as McKinsey & Company. Mr. Shultz has been named one of Southern California’s top 25 dealmakers by the Los Angeles Business Journal and has been a consistent winner and/or finalist of numerous Deal of the Year awards by the M&A Advisor. He has served on the boards of directors of several for profit and non-profit organizations, including Harch Capital Management, Qintex USA, the Los Angeles Venture Association and the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Kevin Shultz also served as co-chairman of the Los Angeles Investment Capital Conference from inception to 2003. He received his B.A. in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California, Santa Barbara. He also received an M.B.A. from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.

TODAY’S MODERATOR HADLEY MULLIN TSG Consumer Partners Hadley Mullin is a managing director at TSG Consumer Partners. Ms. Mullin is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence on new business opportunities, structuring transactions and working with partner companies. She is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining TSG, Ms. Mullin was with Bain & Company where she worked in a variety of practice areas, including consumer products, retail and healthcare. Her experience includes business unit strategy, sales and marketing optimization and new product development. Ms. Mullin also worked in Bain’s private equity practice, where she conducted strategic and operational due diligence for private equity clients. Ms. Mullin received her B.A., with top honors, in government from Dartmouth College and her M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
