Welcome to the New Lister 666BHP There was only one name that seemed suitable for our new creation. 30 years after Laurence Pearce developed the Lister Le Mans and the Lister Storm, we bring you the the Lister 666BHP. Based on the superb Jaguar F Type and featuring a tuned version of the already potent Jaguar 5.0 litre Supercharged V8, which now produces a devilish 666bhp. Bespoke body and interior enhancements along with suspension and exhaust upgrades complete the package. The brief was simple. To design and build the fastest, most powerful and most luxurious Lister ever made. Of which, just 99 will ever be built.

EXTERIOR
Lister custom bodywork enhancements have been carefully overseen by our CEO and owner, Lawrence Whittaker, and have been produced to standards that match or exceed original equipment.
The front bumper is fully carbon fibre, with extended splitter giving greater down force. Lister carbon fibre vents adorn the bonnet and stylish Lister decals fit neatly on the side panels of the car. The bespoke grille centre, decals and calipers exactly match the interior combination.
The rear bumper diffuser is also carbon fibre, which houses the enlarged rear Lister carbon exhaust tips that give a thundery note when pressed. As with all Lister bespoke conversions, the only limit on personalisation is your own imagination.
A solid brass Lister badge adorns the rear spoiler, chromed for the best effect. At the front a beautifully enamelled green and yellow racing Lister badge sits perfectly in the front grille. The scimitars are mirrored to reflect the road ahead.

INTERIOR
Interior The custom interior is finished in the UK’s most expensive nappa hide, sourced from Scotland and available in 36 colours. Lister logos are stitched into the headrests and the hand stitched seat pattern echoes the racing grille. The dashboard, door cards, roof lining and steering wheel are all hand stitched in matching nappa leather. The seats, dashboard and roof lining are all finally finished with a contrast stitching, which matches perfectly the accents of the exterior. Lister custom made tread plates and carpet mats finish off the interior as do custom LED puddle lamps.

HISTORY
History In October 1956, Sir William Lyons announced that the Jaguar Works racing effort would cease for the 1957 season citing the "heavy burden on the Technical and Research Branch of the Engineering Division". Shell-Mex BP, the fuel sponsors for both Jaguar and Lister, were keen for representation of the British market and so was Jaguar. A cost-effective way of accomplishing this was for a Jaguar engine to be fitted to a different chassis. Brian Lister, the owner of Brian Lister (Light Engineering) Ltd. was initially reluctant, but Jaguar agreed, via Shell-Mex BP, to supply a Jaguar engine and transmission to be fitted into a Lister chassis with full factory support.
Brian Horace Lister 1926 - 2014
The new car was entered for the 1957 season as a Lister-Jaguar and the 60-year dedication to the Jaguar marque began. 30 years later in 1987, under the new ownership of Laurence Pearce, development began on a tuned Jaguar XJS V12, which would become known as the Lister Le Mans. In total, 90 cars were completed and the project was deemed a great success. Lister's place as one of the leading Jaguar tuning companies was sealed.
