x Procurement Group

The Service Procurement process helps companies to manage resources and monitor costs across the whole range of services. When they enter a service request, purchasers can choose between making a free text entry or referring to product master data. The requester can define a start and end date, job rate, performance location, and limit items. Once the requested service has been entered by the purchasing organization, a source of supply can be applied. Once all the relevant data has been entered, the shopping cart is created and can trigger an approval workflow. When the manager responsible has approved the shopping cart, the purchase order is created and sent to the service provider via mail, fax, e-mail or XML-file. After suppliers receive a sales order, they can send an order response. When the services are performed, the supplier can enter the services in a time entry form, for example. This time entry form allows detailed recording of expenses and overtime. In addition to time recording, the service provider can also add items from catalogs or contracts to limit items. After receiving the service confirmation from the supplier, the requester can verify the services and accept them. After the services have been accepted, the service provider can create and send the invoice. The requesting organization has to verify the invoice and authorize the payment. The Business Scenario Map for Service Procurement shows how the procurement of services is preceded. The procurement of services differs significantly from the procurement of materials. Requirements for services are largely undefined at the point of requisition; the scope is not fully known until the service is actually performed. Service Procurement within our Supplier Relationship Management covers a wide range of services such as temporary labor, consulting, maintenance, facility management ...

A supply chain essentially has three main parts, the supply, manufacturing and distribution: The supply side concentrates on how, where from and when raw materials are procured and supplied to manufacturing. Manufacturing converts these raw materials to finished products and Distribution ensures that these finished products reach the final customers through a network of distributors, warehouses and retailers. The chain can be said to start with the suppliers of your suppliers and ends with the customers of your customer.

x Cost Control Group

Normally, the project owner selects a Construction Manager to provide both construction services and construction cost administration. While we do not manage the construction project, we provide construction cost administration in several forms. We can design, help implement, manage or monitor Construction Costs elements. Normally, these cost control concepts become important at the start of contract negotiations with the Construction Manager or General Contractor.

Process planning and cost estimation are the lifeline of manufacturing businesses. Planning and estimation decide the design, production, and financial viability of any project. Accurate estimation optimizes resources, minimizes costs and sets standards for world-class quality. Indian outsourcing companies are globally recognized for highaccuracy manufacturing estimation. Process planning approach at P.A.ENERGY P.A.ENERGY understands the crucial importance of manufacturing process planning in the early design stage. Our in-house resource pool keenly follows the following steps. Convert your basic drawing of the manufacturing part and turn it into 2D or 3D layout Provide you with a detailed plan and instructions to manufacture the part you want Help you select resources and equipments, and roughly estimate manufacturing costs. Conceptual process planning will provide manufacturability assessment Employ computer-aided process planning (CAPP) using AutoCad, and also customize any software you require Process planning results in routings which specify the mode of operation for production, define resources required, and chalk out a step-by-step dimension plan and machining parameters. Fabrication and assembly drawings are brought out to improve

manufacturing. At P.A.ENERGY, we follow both the variant and generative approaches to CAPP. The variant approach retrieves the existing plan for a part, and makes changes to the plan for the newly-designed part The generative approach develops a process plan at the early design stage evaluating manufacturability and developing new manufacturing design plans High Accuracy Cost Estimation We fully consider your design requirements, deadlines, resource availability and budget while drawing up the estimation before you submit the request for proposal (RFP) to your vendors or suppliers. Cost estimation determines your design decision. Our skilled cost estimation engineers account for manufacturing resources, labor, raw materials, purchased parts, time, capital, overhead expenses, and wastage. We understand actual shop floor conditions. Our engineers provide you the real manufacturing cost based on market standards. For comparison and analysis, we will quote the cost for manufacturing the part using the most efficient capabilities in an ideal decision to aid the estimation process. We will also help you predict market demand and future costs. P.A.ENERGY’s Advantage over Software Count on P.A.ENERGY’s engineers for speedy, accurate and cost-saving manufacturing process planning and cost estimation. Fundamental decisions on equipments required, tooling, and the operation sequence need to be taken. Efficient process planning for machine-material combination for every project cannot be accurately achieved by software. There are several reasons why P.A.ENERGY offers a distinct advantage over software. Manual planning and estimation helps manufacturers take informed decisions P.A.ENERGY’s engineers analyze whether a process can be split into two parts, or should be combined to achieve greater efficiency

Our highly-qualified resources bring in their years of experience and knowledge of production facilities and time-cost estimations Our process planning and cost estimation will help you profit in your current manufacturing project and win more businesses

enquiries.

Changes

to

the

project

documentation should be possible easily and from everywhere. P.A.ENERGY allows clients and their team to cope with all of the

abovementioned techniques by: 

With ease, project management could be comfortable and information will be accessible from everywhere just by using a browser.

Project communication One challenge in the project management is smooth and lossless communication between all project members. They should be on the same level of information and be noticed of any change at all time. In order to do so no additional effort should be necessary for the team members. Keep the mind free to be able to do more important tasks. P.A.ENERGY will help clients to: 

Automatic project specific distribution lists keep the clients updated about all important changes made to the project, e.g. changed to the time table or the status of a task, new project information or new or modified documents

Progress Control Procedure The stage plan will contain work (effort) estimates by task, by resource. Actual work and latest-estimate-to complete will be tracked on a weekly-monthly basis by task by resource.

Actual progress

against schedule will be reviewed at regular team status meetings. The plan will be revised and re-issued to the project team. The Project Manager will produce a regular status report which will be distributed to the Project Board, Key Stakeholders, project team and all interested parties. See Project Management & Control Process.
