Stage and Stream Improvements The Museum of Making Music was recently awarded a $4,500 capacity building grant from the City of Carlsbad’s Cultural Arts Office. The funds enable us to invest in additional lighting for the concert stage, high definition video cameras, and network and audio equipment. The new gear enhances our ability to create quality productions for live streaming and online events. Online streaming of concerts and programs helps us reach new audiences who might not otherwise be able to attend Museum events in person. The first event to utilize the new equipment takes place on September 9 with guitarist Jackie Venson.
