Hola Amigo ! Ja, sorry. Es ist mal wieder spät geworden mit der Fertigstellung dieser Ausgabe. Aber wie das immer so ist, türmen sich die Aufgaben meist stets kurz vor Schluss zu einem unüberwindbaren Arbeitsberg auf. Diesen Monat blicken wir nicht nur auf 150 Ausgaben zurück, sondern auch auf die mittlerweile siebeneinhalb Jahre in unserer Office Location in der Arnoldstraße. Ende April ist nämlich ein großer Umzug in die kleinere Location angesagt. Mit ein bisschen Wehmut, aber auch viel neuer Energie geht es zusammen mit Freshflyer in die Griegstraße 52. Eine kleine Eröffnungsparty in den neuen Räumen werden wir veranstalten, wenn wir es uns dort gemütlich gemacht haben. This month we are not only looking back upon 150 editions but also upon seven and a half years in our office location at Arnoldstraße. By the end of April we will be moving into a smaller location. While looking back with some melancholy together with Freshflyer and full of new energy we are also looking forward to our new home. Besides this 150. edition of the mushroom also the Brazilian Trancers Guide To The Galaxy (in Portuguese) has been published. All subscribers should receive one this month. Im nächsten Monat feiern wir 14. mushroom Geburtstag und haben die Ehre, dies Umsonst und Draußen inmitten der Fußgängerzone Große Bergstraße in Hamburg-Altona während des größten Stadtteilfestes Hamburgs, der Altonale, zu begehen. Einen ganzen Tag beschallen wir einen mit Strandsand aufgefüllten Open Air Floor. Das Ganze startet am Samstag den 7. Juni um 12 Uhr und endet nach dem Sonnenuntergang mit einer Feuershow-Performance gegen 23 Uhr. Wir freuen uns auf Dich! Coming month we will celebrate the 14th mushroom birthday and do have the honour to do this free and outside amidst a pedestrian-zone during one of the largest district festivals of Hamburg, the Altonale. For a whole day we will be filling this pedestrian zone gone sandy beach as our open air floor with sound. Starting on a Saturday, 7th of June at 12 a.m. and ending after sunset with a fireshow approximately at 11 p.m.. We are expecting you! 1994-1995

Generalstabsmäßig geplant hatte ich es nie ein internationales PsyTrance-Magazin aus dem Boden zu stampfen. Und als ich die erste kopierte vierseitige Ausgabe des „your personal mushroom“ Ende Mai 1994 in der Provinz zwischen Hamburg, Hannover und Bremen verteilte, ging es eigentlich auch mehr darum, den „mushroom club“ zu promoten, der damals in verschiedenen Locations stattfand. Aber der Clubgedanke wurde relativ bald verworfen und mehr Engagement in das Heft gesteckt, welches im Oktober 1995 bereits von der 5000er Schwarzweiss-Auflage in A5 auf vollfarbig A6 relaunchte und mit einer 20.000er-Auflage norddeutschlandweit verteilt wurde.

There was no plan really to publish an international PsyTrancemagazine overnight so to speak. When I handed out the first, copied, four-page edition of „your personal mushroom“ at the end of May in 1994 in the prrovinces between Hamburg, Hannover and Bremen, the intention in fact was to promote the „mushroom club“, then taking place in various locations. But the idea of a club went overboard pretty fast and instead more work went into the magazine, which relaunched already in October 1995 from 5000 black-and-white copies in twice postcard size to full-colour postcard size and got distributed in the whole of Northern Germany with 20.000 copies.

1996-1997

Ab Februar 1996 begann die thematische Aufteilung in Techno und Trance mit den ersten Berichten über die damals explodierende Hamburger Psytrance-Szene. Psytrance gewann über die Monate immer mehr an Oberhand. Da es deutschlandweit Tranceparties gab, aber noch kein Magazin dafür, wurde der Ruf lauter nach der nationalen Verteilung des Heftes.

Im Jahr 2001 beschäftigten wir uns stark mit der Erschaffung unserer eigenen Website mushroom-online.com, welche wir im September eröffneten, kurz bevor die beiden Flugzeuge in das World Trade Center einschlugen. Die Welt hing schief, doch wir starteten unsere schon geplanten internationalen mushrooms im Januar 2002 mit einem legendären Trance History Artikels unseres Star-Redakteurs Kai Mathesdorf.

In 2001 we were very busy with creating our own website mushroom-online.com, which went online in September, shortly before the planes hit the World Trade Center. The globe was lopsided, yet, we started our already planned international mushroom in January of 2002 featuring a legendary article about trance history by our very own star-editor Kai Mathesdorf. ce store 2000

Den CD Shop führten derweil Astrid und Thorsten von Kisch Kusch weiter. Die weltweite Wirkung von 9/11 und das Platzen der Dot Com Blase kam in dieser Zeit auch im Geldbeutel der Trance-Szene an. Und auch dem mushroom ging es deshalb weiter an den Kragen...

2003

Mit abgespecktem Team hatten wir die Idee den mushroom von der Rubrik drugstore zu trennen, um so den Mediaagenturen einen „cleanen“ mushroom zu präsentieren und Anzeigenplätze an Markenartikler zu verkaufen. Im drugstore

As a result we had to close down our CD shop in the summer of 2002 and sell the mailorder shop to trance-shop.com. The CD shop was being continued by Astrid and Thorsten from Kisch Kusch. The worldwide effects of 9/11 and the bursting of the Dot Com bubble also resulted in empty purses of the Trance-scene. So, clearly, the mushroom suffered too.

2003

A reduced team had the idea of dividing mushroom magazine from the category drugstore, to be able to present to media agencies a „clean“ mushroom and sell ad-space for trademark products. The drugstore Liese (since 1999 / content management) & Kobold (2003-2005 / sales) was meant to

Im Gewusel der damaligen Ziellosigkeit entstanden aber neue Ideen, die bis heute Bestand haben wie beispielsweise die Trancecard, die vielen Trancern in Zusammenarbeit mit den Veranstaltern sehr viel günstigere Parties beschert. Und auch die Artist Sticker Card gibt es seitdem, die viele unserer Abonnenten mit jeder mushroom-Sendung sehnsüchtig erwarten.

2004-2005

Und schon sind wir angekommen beim 10.Geburtstag des mushroom im Frühjahr 2004, den wir mit einem wirklich fetten „E-Future“ Indoor Festival in einer mit Überdruck betriebenen Mega Location in Hamburg begehen wollten. Durch einen Sturm einen Monat vor dem großen Event wurde diese Ballonhalle jedoch angerissen und fiel in sich zusammen. Die Kooperation mit der Goabase war allerdings von Erfolg gekrönt. Seit Frühjahr 2007 können Veranstalter Ihre Parties automatisch auch an uns melden und müssen nicht mehr zwei Partydatenbanken bedienen. Außerdem gibt es auf der Goabase Picture Page in jeder Ausgabe, wie in alten Zeiten, endlich mal wieder geballte Partyfotos. Um das Projekt mushroom magazine auf wirklich feste Beine zu stellen, durchleben wir gerade wieder eine sehr starke Veränderung, denn seit Oktober 2007 erscheinen wir jetzt nur noch alle zwei Monate mit dem Heft und bauen zeitgleich mushroom-online.com ganz besonders stark aus. So starteten wir im Oktober 2007 einem Newsletter und...

Topic specials like technology, fashion and our Anne Clark Remix Contest in which 250 persons participated were successes as well. Through a Psyradio.fm-co-operation in October 2006 we tried to join radio and magazine, but we split up after only a couple of months because of differing opinions.

Immer mehr Künstler bewegen sich in musikalisch minimale Gefilden. Um so erfrischender zu sehen, dass zwei Jungs aus Belgien die entgegengesetzte Richtung einschlugen: Jochem Peeters und Joris Marckx starteten in den späten 90ern einen Techno liveact. Shuji aus Japan, Mitglied von „Phi“, startete dieses eigenständiges Soloprojekt nachdem Phi für unbestimmte Zeit pausiert. Das Debütalbum „Make rainbow in your slum“ erschien im Januar 2006 und präsentierte Shujis neue Musik. Das Album war sowohl in Japan als auch international sehr erfolgreich. Schon früh gründete Shuji eine Rockband und fand langsam seinen Zugang zu Psytrance. Er ist um die ganze Welt gereist und hat sich von unerwarteten Regionen, heiligen Ortschaften, Gettos und Flüchtlingswohnheimen inspirieren lassen. In seiner Musik versucht er die Eindrücke von diesen Plätzen auszudrücken. Sein neues Album, „Sunflowers of today“ wird Anfang Mai herauskommen. Charakteristisch für das neue Album sind bebende Basslines, aggressive Riffe und ein hohes Tempo. Darü-

ber hinaus spielt Shuji auch Freestyle wie etwa Rock, Fusion, Dub und arbeitet viel mit anderen Künstlern zusammen. Shuji from Japan, one of the members of „Phi“ from 2004 has started this solo project after Phi took an indefinite break. So Shoji began again carrying out his own project „Slum“ with lot of passion for music. Slum‘s debut album „make rainbow in your slum“ came out in January 2006 and presented Shuji‘s new sounds. The album was very successful in Japan and got also attention worldwide. Shoji has already begun his musical career when he was young. At first, he had a rock band and then slowly entered PsyTrance. He has travelled all over the world and got inspired by visiting unexplored regions, holy places,

ghettos and refugee camps. In his music he tries to express these impressions. His new album „sunflowers of today“ will be released in early May. The music is characterised by uplifting bass-lines, aggressive riffs and speedy sound. Slum is performing at the big festivals (Earthcore Carnival-Australia, etc) and old hippie‘s Commune in Japan and the world. Hyperion Das Hamburger Duo besteht aus Jan Drapala und Jan Holste, die schon Ende der 90er Jahren ihre ersten Auftritte als DJs hatten. Gradlinig, kompromisslose Bassline, verspielte HighTech Sounds und die richtige Dosis Melodien mit dem passenden psychedelischen Einschlag, eben pumpender Morning Full-On. So beschreiben die Jungs von Hyperion ihre Musik. Doch die Begeisterung für Musik war bei beiden sehr groß und so wurde 2006 das Projekt „Hyperion“ ins Leben gerufen, um eigene musikalische Ideen zu verwirklichen. Nach einigen kleineren Auftritte etablierte sich Hyperion zu einem viel gefragten Liveact auf populären Festivals. Es folgten die ersten Tracks auf Y.S.E. Records und die Zusammenarbeit mit „Slackjoint“. Das Debütalbum von Hyperion „Drop Pschosis“ wird noch in diesem Monat herauskommen. Als nächsten Schritt wollen die Jungs das internationale Publikum mehr ansprechen, neue Einflüsse von Progressive und Darkpsy aufnehmen und wie sie selbst sagen: „Nicht auf der Stelle stehen bleiben, neue Sachen ausprobieren und unseren Sound verbessern“. Zu hören sind sie dieses Jahr zum Beispiel auf der Tshitraka zusammen mit Slackjoint als „Hyperjoint“.

Psy, Fullon and darker (Millennium) • Hamburg / Germany Jan Drapala and Jan Holste the duo from Hamburg are Hyperion . They already performed as DJs at the end of the 90s. Straight-line, uncompromising bassline, playful high-tech sounds and the right dose of melodies with matching psychedelic impact: pumping morning Full-On. This is how the guys describe their music. But their enthusiasm for the music was so huge, that they fathered the project „Hyperion“ to realise their own musical ideas. After some performances Hyperion became a much requested liveact at popular festivals. Their first tracks came out on Y.S.E. records and they also co-operated with „Slackjoint“. Hyperion‘s debut album „Drop Psychosis“ will follow up this month on Millennium. Dura

Bestimmt erinnert Ihr Euch an Dura aus Hamburg, der vor wenigen Monaten bei unserem "Trance Producer Contest" schon unter den ersten zehn gelandet war. Hier erweist sich Sebastian Loos aka Dura, auch in Sachen Remix als erstklassig, obwohl er vor unserem Contest noch keine Bekanntschaft mit Tracks der Band gemacht hatte. Vielleicht gerade deswegen gefiel sein Song unseren Lesern am besten. Das Ausgangsmaterial war ihm zu düster und so hat er es ein paar Halbtöne nach oben gesetzt und mit einer eigenen Melodie kombiniert. Seine Musik ist anders als man Musik aus Hamburg vielleicht erwartet, denn Dura hat GOA im Blut. Sure you remember Dura from Hamburg, who already reached the Top Ten in our "Trance Producer Contest". After this experience, he shows his class in remixing also. Although he had never heard about New Model Army before, he has mixed the song which our readers liked most. He pitched the song a bit up and then he combined it with his own melody. His music is different from the regular Hamburg "Onka-Onka" groove because he definitely got GOA in his veins. Das ist doch verhext! Schon zum zweiten Mal und wieder ist es die zweitplatzierte Band! Leider war es uns erneut nicht möglich bis zum Redaktionsschluss von allen Künstlern ein Profil zu erstellen.Von der Band RovideR gibt es leider noch kein Feedback, da sie gerade ihre USA Tour nachholen, die sie im letzten Jahr wegen verweigerter Visa absagen mussten. It feels a bit strange! But now it happens the second time and again we have trouble with the second place. This time also we have not been able to get a profile of these artists. The Band ProvideR did not get back to us so far because the are finally touring across the USA.

GOE

Lukas Keller wurde, laut seiner Aussage, 1999 mit Goa „infiziert“. Er startete das Projekt GOE und gründete damit 2003 seinen ersten Liveact, mit dem er nun schon auf vielen Bühnen gerockt hat. Sich auf einen Stil festzulegen fällt ihm schwer und so hat er bisher viel ausprobiert. Seine Musik ist modern, trancig und vielseitig. Durch den Einsatz klassischer Musikkenntnisse und durch seine instrumentalen Fähigkeiten bringt er seine individuelle Interpretation von PsyTrance deutlich zum Ausdruck. Die wichtigsten Fragen für ihn in diesem Contest: "Wie kann ich das Original in ein Full-On-Muster pressen? Welche Elemente des Originals verwende ich und wie weit soll der Remix dem Original ähneln? Lukas Keller was infected with Goa in 1999. He started the project GOE and performed for the first time in 2003. Since then he has been playing on countless stages around the globe. He does not want to reduce his music to just one style, making instead lots of sound experiments and so his output is very varied. Electrypnose

Electrypnose, genauer gesagt Vince Lebarde, begann seine Karriere 2001 und seitdem hat der Schweizer bereits einige Alben veröffentlicht. Mit New Model Army wurde er schon im zarten Alter von 16 durch seine Schwester in Berührung gebracht, aber gestern wie heute ist ihm noch nicht ganz klar was die da eigentlich machen. Die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Song betrachtet er als eine interessante Gelegenheit seine musikalische Vielseitigkeit auf die Probe zu stellen. Electrypnose, the electric hypnosis, is Vince Lebarde‘s multi-flavoured musical project. Created in 2001, Electrypnose is exploring the digital-music-and-noise world. There is a couple of electrypnose albums out on the market and he is co-founder of Kabrathor Records, a small underground music label. His sister introduced him to NMA when he was about 16. But he could never really grasp what this band is all about really. Most interesting to work on this remix for him was to get the chance to work on the track of a known pop-rockband. Flowrider

Die "dicken" Freunde Olli (links) und Alex sind Flowrider und beide schon seit Mitte der 90er mit dem (Psy)Trance Virus infiziert. Die Hannoveraner, Olli auch bekannt als EmCee und Alex als Sasa und Teil der Chilleben Crew haben sich schon als Produzenten, DJs und Veranstalter bundesweit etabliert. Urban Art Forms Festival 29-31 May / Wiesen (Austria) Fällt das Wort „Wiesen“, so denkt manch einer an jenes gewisse, alljährliche Bierfest in München, welches manchmal etwas bizarr anmuten mag. Spätestens nach der diesjährigen Festivalsaison wird sich dieser Begriff jedoch zu einem festen Bestandteil des Open Air Vokabu-

lars etabliert haben. Wiesen ist eine wunderschöne Open Air Location in Österreich. Hier fand 2004 bereits das erste Urban Art Forms Festival statt. Schnell etablierte sich diese Veranstaltung zu einem der wichtigsten und gleichsam außergewöhnlichsten Electronic Music Events im Lande. Während heute so ziemlich jedes Festival von sich behauptet, ein außergewöhnliches audio- visuelles Konzept zu bieten, verfolgt diese Party ein ganz besonderes Konzept: Von Anfang an waren VJs und die Lichtkunst genau so wichtig wie das musikalische Programm. Und aus diesem Grund verwandelt sich das Festivalgelände mit dem Einbruch der Dunkelheit in eine atemberaubende Parallelwelt aus bunten Lichtern, Projektionen und Lasern. So wird in diesem Jahr die Hauptbühne mit 16 Beamern, einer 12 Quadratmeter LED Wand und zwei farbigen Lasern ins recht Licht gerückt! Allein dieses Aufgebot macht das Urban Art Forms Festival zu einem echten Hingucker! Aber die Veranstaltung erweckt nicht nur in optischer Hinsicht den Eindruck von Superlativen. Auch das musikalische Programm ist schlichtweg gigantisch. Von hartem Techno Sound von Künstlern wie Chris Liebing bis hin zum Electro Pionier Anthony Rother- vom modernen

Minimal Sound bis zu eher Bandartigen Acts wie Groove Armada oder 2Raumwohung - hier ist einfach alles zu finden! Du magst hin und wieder gerne Drum N`Basskein Problem, hier wirst Du fündig! Und selbstverständlich darf auch die Trance Fraktion nicht fehlen. Die eigene Trance Bühne ist eine Neuheit in diesem Jahr. Das phantastische Lineup umfasst Astral Projection, Skazi, Astrix, Electric Universe, Space Tribe, P_Mac, Menog und Absolum um nur ein paar Namen zu nennen... Wenn Du offen bist für neue musikalische Erfahrungen, dann ist dies Dein Festival. Neben einer massiven PsyTrance Party hast Du die Möglichkeit, ein ganzes Universum an elektronischem Sounds zu erkunden. Und es geht noch weiter: Auch die Location selbst ist sehr speziell. Auf ein paar sanften Hügeln umgeben von grünen Wäldern findest Du den entspannten Ort zum Campen. When hearing the word “Wiesen” quite a few people might associate a certain annual festival in Munich which appears pretty weird sometimes. But at the latest after this summer this word will have a fixed name in the PsyTrance festival jargon. Wiesen is a beautiful venue located in Austria and it was 2004 when the first Urban Art Forms festival took place there. And since then it has rapidly evolved to one of the most important as well as probably most extraordinary electronic music festivals in Austria. While nowadays quite a lot of festivals claim themselves to be an “amazing audiovisual experience”, this event follows a really special concept: From the very beginning the VJs shared equal importance with their music colleagues. And as a result the venue transforms into a phantastic parallel world of coloured lights, lasers, projections and illuminated sculptures when the sun sets. This year the mainstage will be supplied by 16 video beamers, an astonishing

Eine der ersten Möglichkeiten den Winterfrust abzubauen bietet sich Anfang Juni auf der „Psychedelic Circus OA“, auf der ruhigen und abgelegenen Location der Vorjahre. Aufgrund der positiven Feedbacks haben sich die Organisatoren dazu entschieden die Location beizubehalten. Das neue Boom-Buch ist ein wahres Feuerwerk und zeigt die beeindruckende Geschichte des Flaggschiffs der Psytrance-Bewegung auf 170 Seiten. Die erste Botschaft auf Seite 1 des Buches mit dem schwer kopierbaren Format ist die totale Absage an jeden Kommerz. Aus jedem Text und jedem der 1000 Fotos dieses ersten Buches über die Psytrance-Kultur spricht der tiefe Wunsch, die Welt zu verändern. Was in der Goa-Szene meist nur als Wunsch unter der häufig hedonistischen Oberfläche vor sich hindümpelt, wird bei der Boom zum wichtigsten Postulat. Was das Buch zeigen will ist der Versuch eines Festivals, die Trancekultur in die individuelle und kollektive politische Verantwortlichkeit zu führen. Die Boom als das Paradies der Freiheit dient dazu als spirituelle, ökologische und künstlerische Grundlage einer neuen Welt. Der Neo-Nomadismus der temporär autonomen Bewegungen und die ökozentrische Gaia-Ethik werden dabei verknüpft mit Musik, Visionen und Spaß. Dieses Buch erschien 100 Jahre zu früh und blickt wie durch ein Schlüsselloch in eine hoffentlich bald kommende Ära des Lichts. Feature m Teil 2: Die Begegnung Viele Male war die Sonne nun schon aufgegangen seit der Featureman bei mir war. Doch was war geschehen? Es begann am Tag, bevor er zu mir nach Alicante reisen wollte. Er berichtete von düsteren Mächten, die den verwunschenen Ort bedrohten. So wie es aussah, hatten sie diesmal gesiegt und „Carlitos Bay“ zu einer – NO GO AREA – verwandelt. Er vermutete, dass sein Erzfeind Graf Koks dahinter stecke. Ich sollte mir aber keine Sorgen machen, denn er würde trotzdem, oder gerade deshalb kommen, um mir zu helfen. Weil die Umstände aber so besonders wären, werde seine Feier-Fee Featurepussy ihn begleiten. Er meinte, die Featureworld wäre groß und die Featurezentrale würde schon einen angemessenen Platz für uns finden. Er erklärte mir, dass es auf der ganzen Welt Featurecamps geben würde und dass diese von der Flow-Cooperation geleitet werden. Von Zeit zu Zeit erfülle er Aufträge wie den meinen und das wären dann sogenannte Flow-Jobs. Jeder Featureman, und es soll viele geben, erhalte eine Ausbildung auf Feature-Island und als Werkzeug eine Pepgun und reichlich Pappware. Er und Featurepussy kamen also am nächsten Tag, wie besprochen, zum Treffpunkt. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und voll positiver Energie. Nach einer schier endlosen Fahrt erreichten wir endlich unser Ziel, das Featurecamp „Ole“. Anfangs hatten wir tief gehende Gespräche, ich erzählte von meinem Leben, was mich bewegt und von meinen Feierproblemen. Anschließend bekam ich von Featurepussy ein Kräuterelixier mit speziellen Essenzen, wie sie meinte. Ich fragte, was dieser Zusatz denn sei, doch sie zeigte nur ihr lieblichstes Lächeln und sagte „Mach Doch Mal Alle“. Featureman liess nicht lange auf sich warten und zückte, was ihm die Flow-Cooperation mit auf den Weg gab, seine Pappware. Schnipsel, wie er es nannte. Die Wirkung setzte prompt ein. Alles war plötzlich leicht

und fließend. Er zauberte noch ein paar Caipirinha und dann hatten wir einen wunderbaren, sonnigen Tag am Strand vom Featurecamp „Ole“. So ging es die nächsten drei Tage. Alles war im Fluss, wir lachten und scherzten, gingen baden, genossen die Sonne, unsere gemeinsame Zeit und meine Rettung. Die schöne Zeit zog dahin und unser gemeinsames Beisammensein näherte sich bald dem Ende. Ich bekam jedoch noch eine Einladung für den 20. Oktober. Alle würden da sein, das gesamte Featureteam, und es solle ein rauschendes Fest werden. Bevor wir uns dort wieder sähen, müsste ich aber noch eine Prüfung ablegen. Denn wie er sagte, müsse jeder aus dem Featureteam „immer und überall“ feiern können. Um dies zu beweisen, sollte ich zu einer Feier gehen, die den schönen Namen Atzlan trug. Sie würde in den Bergen von Valencia stattfinden, und ich wäre dort ganz auf mich gestellt, denn niemand vom Featureteam würde anwesend sein. Aber Vorsicht sei geboten, denn er vermutete, dass Graf Koks noch im Land sei und versuchen werde sich wieder mit den dunklen Mächten zu vereinen. Sie reisten also ab und ich machte mich auf den Weg in die Berge.

Part 2: The encounter There have been quite many sunrises, since Featureman was with me. But what had been happening? One day before he came to me, I heard his voice through the phone and felt that something was wrong. He reported on the Dark Mights, which were threatening the enchanted place. They would be very strong, he had never experienced anything similar before. Apparently they had won this time and changed „Carlitos Bay“ to a - NO GO AREA -. His archenemy Lord Muck would be responsible for all that. But he would come anyway, or

e man to be more precise, exactly because of that to help me. He wanted to bring his assistent Featurepussy because of the circumstances. Featurecenter would find a place for us in this huge Featureworld. There would be Featurecamps run by Flow-Cooperation everywhere. Once in a while he had carry out an application like mine, Flow-Jobs. Each Featureman would get a training on Feature-island, with a pepgun as a tool and lots of cardboard-goods. On the next day they arrived with a lot of positive energy. Featurepussy was the guide and it took us a long time to get to Featurecamp „Ole“. Dark Mights sent dark clouds and a downpour. But we ignored this. Featureman was sure about defeating them. We got field 19 as our base and arranged for the next days. We had serious chats about my life, desires and party problems. They listened to me and gave pieces of advice. It took 36 hours till the Dark Mights were beaten for the time being. The rescue could begin. I got a herbal tonic from Featurepussy. With a smile she asked me to drink up the wonderful warm-maker. Featureman pulled out his cardboard-goods, which he called snippet. Abruptly everything was light and fluent. Then he conjured some caiprinhas and we had a sunny day. The next three days were like one. The warm honey-strudel was no subject anymore. We laughed and jested, swam and enjoyed my salvation and our time together. Our gathering was coming to an end. We were not sad, since a reunion was a certainty. I got an invitation for a party on the 20th of October. The whole Featureteam would be attending. But before we would see each other again, I would have to prove to the Featureteam, that I was able to rave without help, everytime and everywhere. I should go to „Atzlan“ in the mountains of Valencia, by myself, with no one of the Featureteam present. But I better watch out, because assumedly the Lord Muck might stay

Endlich ungestört zuhause kiffen? Beschluss des Landgerichts Kaiserslautern vom 02.06.2006 Ein 18 jähriger hatte bei der Polizei eine Aussage gemacht. Es ging darum, dass er bei einem Freund in dessen Wohnung Cannabis konsumiert habe. Die Staatsanwaltschaft beantragte daraufhin beim Amtsgericht einen Durchsuchungsbeschluss für die Wohnung des Freundes. Das Amtsgericht lehnte jedoch die Anordnung eines Durchsuchungsbeschlusses ab. Dagegen legte die Staatsanwaltschaft beim Landgericht Kaiserslautern Beschwerde ein. Aber auch das Landgericht kam dem Begehren der Staatsanwaltschaft nicht nach und hat die Beschwerde verworfen. Zur Begründung wies das Landgericht daraufhin, dass eine Durchsuchung unverhältnismässig sei, wenn es nur um den Erwerb und Besitz von Cannabisprodukten zum gelegentlichen Eigenverbrauch gehe. In ähnlicher Weise hatte auch schon das Landgericht Freiburg eine Durchsuchung abgelehnt. Etwas anderes könne gelten, wenn die Art und Weise des Konsums
