Among these, we offer Wagyu is mostly known from Japan and most commonly known as Kobe Beef or Matsuskaka-beef. The name used depends on the area it originates from. The Wagyu-race is very special and are treated in such a way that other cows can only dream of. For example, the beef is made from young female cows that are raised on a diet of tofu and wheat and are served beer in order to increase their appetite. The cows are massaged with rice wine and taken on afternoon walks. All of this special care gives you unusually juicy and tender meat that makes the meat itself an exciting experience These menus are for two or more people.
