ZEK TAN ROBATA GRILL This is a Japanese word that translates to around the fireplace. Our way of grilling is done on a closed Josper charcoal grill with the same idea in mind. This type of cooking means that we are able to achieve a very high temperature that gives us naturally juicy meat and vegetables with a light smoky flavor from the large coal chunks.
