President’s Note President’s Note

Hi Seals,

I hope that all has been well! Especially for seniors and their college applications.

I would like to say thank you to everyone because even though it’s been a busy month, to see members work to serve their community is what keeps the club going. There really is no club without the members.

If you ever need any support or have questions please feel free to reach out! Either I or any of the other officers. We’re here to help everyone to the best of our abilities.

Fall is in full swing so hopefully you’re all staying bundled up and warm, especially during club events! Fall Rally is coming up so don’t miss out and enjoy the day with fellow club members and other divisions! It’s been wonderful to see many members out and about doing events and supporting us at fundraisers so keep up the work.

De-Stress De-Stress

College Application Season is in full swing so for all the seniors out there, stay strong! As always, doing college applications can get quite stressful and overwhelming so here are some ways to de-stress!

Get Rest! Though it may seem obvious, we often disregard this and sacrifice our sleep for work but it’s important to relax and chill out.

Socialize! It’s always nice to hang out with a friend, conversate with them, or just to vent out your feelings.

Be Active! Go out and get some fresh air or take a walk/run outside. Getting exercise not only helps you de-stress but also keeps you healthy!
