Winter Break Basketball Camp

Beginner/Advanced Beginner Tennis Lessons

Ages: 8-12 years old

Young players con centrate on stroke development, ral lying skills, and learning to play matches at a faster pace. Ball receiving and placement, court movement, and overall tennis strategy will be emphasized. Players will focus on their power and accuracy to improve their perfor mance. Through challenging and exciting drills and matches, youngsters will develop the racket skills, coordination, agility, and stamina needed for recreational and competitive tennis play. Players will be divided into groups based on ability level. Participants must bring tennis shoes and their own racket.

Whether you want to make a basketball team or just improve your fundamentals, this camp is for you! Campers will develop fundamental offensive skills including footwork, ball handling, passing, setting screens, and shooting. Defensive concepts such as stance work, man-to-man, zone, boxing out, and rebounding will also be introduced. Player instincts and quickness are enhanced through individual ball work, team situational drills and various game situations. Players improve their fundamental skills, knowledge of the game, and understanding of how to become a better basketball player individually and as a team. Please bring a labeled water bottle.

Soccer Camp

Ages: 7-12 years old

Kids will sharpen their skills and knowledge of soccer fundamentals such as passing, dribbling, shooting, ball control, stealing the ball from opposing teams and defense in this exciting soccer camp. We emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship through fun games, competitions and challenging skill-building activities that will captivate and enlighten young players and prepare them for the upcoming soccer season. Please bring a labeled water bottle.
