FULL & ASSOCIATE MEMBER BENEFITS Concierge Service – Our Visitor Services associate is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm at 2617 White Mountain Highway, North Conway Village, visitor@mtwashingtonvalley.org and 1-800-337-3563. Information Booths – The Chamber manages 2 off-site information centers. North Conway Village is staffed on weekends, vacation weeks, and everyday during the summer when volunteers are available. The main office is available for walk-in visitors when the booth is not open. The Conway Village Information booth is a kiosk with brochure racks on the front of the building and on the signage. This was necessary due to lack of volunteers to cover the hours and the reduced walk in visitors due to mobile capability of individuals. Rack Space – Complimentary rack space for FULL members is available at the two information centers and at the main office. Photo Library – members may access our complimentary photo library at mwvcc.org by selecting Photo Gallery from the navigation menu on the left. Photo credits are required. Public Relations and Social Media – Send news/photos to pr@mtwashingtonvalley.org for inclusion in our public relations, newsletters, blog, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Access to Educational/Business Information – we are affiliated with many state organizations; Business Industry Association, NH Lodging & Restaurant Association, Made in NH, Office of Travel and Tourism, NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs, Mt. Discounted Constant Contact – a web-based e-mail communications, survey, event and data management tool that provides an efficient and trackable means of on-line communication. Signature Chamber Events – The Chamber annually hosts the Chili Cook-Off, Business Expo with Wellness Fair, and Annual Meeting. Chamber After Hours – monthly networking meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Schedule can be found at www.mwvcc.org. Contact lisa@ mtwashingtonvalley.org for information on hosting. Website Listing, Page and Link (available to FULL Members Only) – mtwashingtonvalley.org has over 10,000 unique visitors per month. Site provides for events, business, and package listings. Group RFP Platform – web based platform for potential group business. The RFP’s go directly to the “sales” contact we have listed in our database for your business. Allows for listing meeting and conference space, rooms needed, additional needs etc. Package Platform – 15 themed packages for lodging promotion, promotion section for all business access.
