Apple Chai Protein Balls 9 servings INGREDIENTS 1 cup quick oats 3 Tbsp flaxseed meal 1 ½ scoops vanilla whey protein powder* ½ cup diced dried apples ½ tsp cinnamon

⅛ tsp ground cardamom ⅛ tsp ground cloves ⅛ tsp ground ginger 3 Tbsp almond butter 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

*I used MuscleTech™ Nitro-Tech Vanilla Whey Isolate

DIRECTIONS 1. Combine Oats through ginger in bowl of food processor. Pulse until apples are chopped well. 2. Melt almond butter (if necessary) in small dish in microwave for 30-45 seconds on HIGH. 3. Add almond butter and almond milk to oat mixture. Pulse until combined and beginning to clump slightly. If too dry, add another tablespoon of almond milk, 1 teaspoon at a time. 4. Form mixture into 9 balls and refrigerate.

Chili Con Carne

6 servings INGREDIENTS ½ lb ground turkey breast ½ lb 97% ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 2 tsp minced garlic 1 cup mild or medium salsa 1 15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 15oz can fire roasted crushed tomatoes 1 Tbsp chili powder ¼ tsp ground cumin ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp minced cilantro

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat large non-stick stock pot over medium-high heat. Add turkey, beef and onions and cook until no pink remains. 2. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. 3. Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT for cilantro. 4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 5. Stir in cilantro and serve. NOTE: If too thick, add a bit of beef stock to reach desired consistency. Top with your favorite chili toppings: diced avocado, chopped onions, chopped jalapenos, 0% plain Greek yogurt, 2% shredded cheddar, etc.

Mocha Mousse “Pie”

4 servings INGREDIENTS ⅔ cup All Bran Buds cereal 2 tsp coconut oil 6 drops liquid stevia 1 Tbsp mini dark chocolate chips 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp dark cocoa powder

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk 1 scoop chocolate protein powder* ½ tsp decaf espresso powder** 2 Tbsp SF/FF Chocolate pudding mix 6 drops liquid stevia (optional)

*I used MuscleTech Nitro-tech Decadent Brownie Cheesecake Whey Isolate **I use Cafe Bustelo Decaf Espresso Powder

DIRECTIONS 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Combine cereal, coconut oil, and stevia in food processor. Pulse until finely crushed. Add chocolate chips and pulse just until slightly chopped and incorporated. Divide mixture among 4-1 cup dishes. Pat down evenly. Combine remaining ingredients, Greek yogurt through pudding mix, in a bowl and whisk well until combined. Divide pie filling among dishes. Cover and refrigerate until set.

Oven Roasted Italian Chicken

and Vegetable Medley 4 servings INGREDIENTS 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast ½ cup red onion, chopped 1 medium zucchini, in bite size pieces 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved 2 cups broccoli florets 1 cup yellow or orange bell pepper

1 Tbsp Olive oil 1 tsp minced garlic ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 2 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp paprika

DIRECTIONS 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Preheat oven to 400°. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken and veggies in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings over and toss well to coat. Spread out evenly on baking sheet and cook 15-20 minutes or until veggies are beginning to brown and chicken is cooked through.

Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats 2 servings INGREDIENTS ½ cup diced strawberries
 ¼ cup 0% plain Greek yogurt ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup quick oats
 1 scoop vanilla whey isolate protein powder* 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

*I used MuscleTech NitroTech Vanilla Whey Isolate

DIRECTIONS 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Combine oats, protein powder and chia seeds in mason jar. 
 Place almond milk, yogurt, and strawberries in blender and pulse until liquefied. 
 Pour over oat mixture. Seal jar and shake well until thoroughly blended. 
 Store in refrigerator overnight. 
 Serve cold or warmed in microwave. (May need to add an additional Tbsp of almond milk if too thick)
