Financial Literacy and Credit Counselling Centre (FLCC) named as “Suvidha Centre”. The FLCC shall be located in the Bank’s premises with a separate enclosure for FLCCs. FLCC shall have one Counsellor, who will be working under direct control of Zonal Manager. However, Administrative Control of the FLCC shall be under the concerned Branch Manager. The period of appointment is on contract basis i.e. for a period of 12 months from the date of joining duties. However, Competent Authority will have right to terminate the contract in case of unsatisfactory performance by giving 30 days prior notice.
FLCC Counsellor shall be performing duties/programmes as per functions of FLCC formulated by RBI or as advised by the Bank from time to time. Working hours of FLCC are fixed as per convenience and requirement of public in the area. Operational guidelines As per RBI’s FLCC model scheme and any other functions assigned /Functions of the FLCC from time to time. Infrastructure: Apart from the space for the office premises and furniture fittings, one telephone connection with internet connection for official use is provided by the respective Zonal Offices for the purpose of effective and efficient functioning of the FLCCs. The FLCC Counsellor shall not be entitled transport facility, however, reimbursement of conveyance charges (Max Rs.2000/ per month) is allowed on actual basis subject to prior approval & production and verification of relevant bills by concerned Zonal Office. Remuneration The consolidated remuneration amount of Rs.12000/- per month shall be paid by the bank through concerned Zonal Office. Other than this FLCC Counsellor will not be paid for provident fund/any other benefit/facility whatsoever. As a retired bank officer, FLCC Counsellor is allowed to draw pension and relief on pension etc from concerned institution in addition to above remuneration.
