Lena Schewe: The 5 CMA Challenge turned out to be a great experience in every way! Not only did it help me gain experience in understanding the process of analyzing home values, but it also helped create new clients! Coming from contribution has become the buzzword around our coaching team. Offering this service created a sense of good will and professional trust. One client used her CMA to bring to her townhall meeting in hopes of adjusting her soaring tax bill. A second person was happy to have a professional CMA, since the previous agent's analysis came in underpriced. Not only did I help her find a new home be we sold that house I did a CMA on in 5 days!

More on The 5 CMA Challenge f From: Steve Kunzman When my coach first asked me to do the 5 CMA Challenge, I was skeptical about the possibility of producing any business from the exercise. I was very wrong. Out of the initial 5 CMAs, I had 2 listings. Since then, other people have requested their own CMAs, resulting in more listings. One client used the CMA to convince his brother to list with me rather than use "We Buy Ugly House" for their mother's house. I use the CMA in my scripts as another service I provide. I have realized the CMA is a necessary and valuable tool.

15Â Agents came together July 16th, to play a game....why? We learned how to play the game so that we could venture out into our communities and create ties, build relationships by offering family's and young adults a chance to play this game. Our agents stayed for 3 hours...and for some it was hard to pack up and go home. The game is addictive, and the closest to real life finaincial decisions a game could come to....this was a really fun event and one that our coaching agents are introducing to their communities (churches, library's, community ed....you name it...we will be there!
