Deeside Re-Fill is a zero-waste shop, aimed at encouraging shoppers to reduce and reuse their plasti c bott les so they don’t end up in landfi ll.

They stock eco-friendy household cleaning and personal products, including from FillRefi ll.co, Faith In Nature and Dew, and also hope to expand into stocking food by the summer.

The shop is the creati on of Gayl Truby, and was previously run from a log cabin from the Truby home in Torphins.

Many of you will be familiar with her son Thomas, who has made his name in local litt er picking as The Rubbish Club.
