Facilities Urged to Flush Pipes to Maintain Water Quality As part of its commitment to keeping customers informed during the COVID-19 public health emergency, Indiana American Water is recommending that building owners and operators adopt a proactive approach to maintaining water quality in their facilities. As many offices, schools and other buildings have largely been unoccupied during the state’s stay-at-home order, Indiana American Water is encouraging these customers to take steps that include proper flushing procedures, adjustment of hot water temperatures, and proper maintenance of building plumbing and heating/cooling systems. “With many organizations considering reopening facilities that may have seen extended periods of inactivity that can cause lead leaching or legionella growth in indoor plumbing systems, we are encouraging them to do so in a way that minimizes potential exposure to these contaminants,” said Indiana American Water President Matt Prine. “Incorporating a few simple steps and protocols into reopening plans is essential to maintaining water quality.” Proper flushing of plumbing systems should be performed biweekly while buildings are closed, if possible, and again in the days immediately prior to opening. The general purpose of flushing is to bring fresh water into all sections of a building. Flushing should involve running water through all fixtures long enough to replace stagnant water. The time needed to complete this will be location-specific and may range from a few minutes for smaller buildings to more than 30 minutes for larger or more complex plumbing systems. Water quality indicators, such as temperature change or chlorine smell, may be used, where possible, as indicators that fresh water has reached all fixtures within the plumbing system. Consistent with EPA and industry guidance, Indiana American Water recommends bringing fresh water into the building and flushing individual fixtures, including: • Toilets—flush at least twice. • Faucets/Showers—run both hot and cold water at full flow for a least two minutes. Longer times may be needed depending on location. • Other Appliances/ Apparatus—flush thoroughly at full flow to bring fresh water into the system. If you have an appliance such as a refrigerator, soft drink dispenser, or ice maker that has a filter, follow manufacturer instructions to replace water filters after completion of flushing. When performing a flush, it’s important to continually monitor the facilities to avoid damage from leaks or flooding.

IL Attorney General Requests Power to Investigate Police CAPITOL NEWS ILLINOIS Illinois’ attorney general asked Congress in a letter Thursday to grant his office the power to investigate “practices of unconstitutional policing.” After Rodney King was beaten by Los Angeles police officers in 1991, federal lawmakers established the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act. It allowed the Department of Justice to investigate alleged police wrongdoings. Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and 17 other attorneys general who signed on to the letter requested that authority as well due to the federal government’s “refusal to confront the problem of police misconduct.” “The violent death of George Floyd at the hands of police has rightfully shocked and outraged a nation,” Raoul said in a statement. “But the truth is that George Floyd and Breonna Taylor are two of the latest in a long line of African Americans who have lost their lives at the hands of police using excessive force.” Floyd, an unarmed black man, died May 25 in Minneapolis after being pinned to the ground for nearly nine minutes with a white police officer’s knee on his neck. The Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice launched 69 investigations between 1994, when the act took effect, and 2017, according to its website. Those inquiries resulted in 40 court orders for police departments to make changes. But in a 2018 memo, former U.S. attorney General Jeff Sessions wrote state and local governments have the “responsibility” to hold their law enforcement departments

“We have been working with our federal partners to remove barriers and provide safety and convenience benefits for Hoosier SNAP recipients – particularly those who are most at risk for COVID-19 infection and those who are homebound,” said Jennifer Sullivan, M.D., M.P.H., FSSA secretary. “We are pleased to make this benefit available for SNAP recipients in Indiana. While this service will initially and immediately address needs caused by the pandemic, we intend to keep this service in place permanently.” Currently, Amazon and Walmart are the only Indiana retailers that have been approved for online purchasing by the Food and Nutrition Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Amazon offers online ordering and delivery of groceries to SNAP recipients. Instructions on how to use this service can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/ b?node=19097785011&ref_=omps_hra Walmart offers online ordering and delivery and pick-up options at some stores, while other stores only allow online ordering and pickup of groceries at a designated spot outside the store.

accountable, not the federal government. The Department of Justice has not opened any such investigations since. That decision “has left local communities without critical protections for their civil rights,” the state attorneys general wrote. Allowing their offices to undertake such analyses as well as to access statistics about police departments’ use of excessive force would allow “much more” to be done to combat an issue thousands of Americans are protesting across the country. “One thing is certain: If US DOJ continues to abdicate its responsibility to pursue police reform, someone has to take action. We stand ready to do so,” the attorneys wrote. “...Our country cannot move ahead — indeed our country will not heal — unless we ensure constitutional policing throughout our nation and accountability for police officers who fail to follow our most fundamental law.” They noted police officers take a “tremendous risk” daily to protect citizens, but added communities will continue to treat them with “mistrust” if those who break the law are not held accountable. The letter was also signed by attorneys general from California, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia. Capitol News Illinois is a nonprofit, nonpartisan news service covering state government and distributed to more than 400 newspapers statewide. It is funded primarily by the Illinois Press Foundation and the Robert R. McCormick Foundation.

If You See Something, Say Something. ERIN NAUTA John F. Kennedy once said in a speech, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” The original of this quote is more blunt: John Stuart Mill said in 1867, “Bad men need nothing more to [accomplish] their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.” On May 25 another black person pointlessly lost his life at the hands of police entrusted to protect him. But people saw it. They spoke up. They challenged what they saw. They shared what happened for anyone and everyone to see. That’s what all of us need to do, EVERY

TIME: See! Don’t look away. Speak up! Don’t be silent. Challenge! Don’t be intimidated. Point out evil deeds for all to see. DON’T PUT UP WITH IT. When I was growing up, parents said, “Don’t talk to strangers, and mind your own business.” Today, we tell children “If you see something, say something.” Everyone of us needs to do that. Neighbors and strangers need to speak up. Officials and store clerks and retirees and students and legislators and cops need to speak up. If we refuse to look away, if we refuse to shut up about it, we can beat evil back into hell where it came from. If you see something, say something.

Senator Harris’ Statement on George Floyd Death, Meaning In response to the murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor, State Senator Napoleon Harris, III (D-Harvey) released the following statement: “May 25, 2020 will forever be a day ingrained in the hearts and minds of millions of Americans. From Central Park to Minneapolis, multimedia and social networks confirmed to the world the fears and omnipresent terror that have been steadfast companions to Black America’s 150-year journey through ‘Freedom in America.’ “My grandfather, Bishop Napoleon Bill Harris Sr. served this country in the United States Air Force and was told he was expendable. However, while home from duty he was subjected to racial discrimination. He took action. He decided to take a stand and join the fight for civil and human rights. He was a part of the civil rights movement and was destined to create better conditions for his children, grandchildren, and future generations. I’ve learned from my grandfather that when injustice happens, action is required. As a young black man, father, husband, son, and legislator, I feel the pain and hurt of this generation and the African American community.

“The young people of America have mobilized in unified outrage and it is time we acknowledged their cries. It is time we acknowledged the humanity and grievances of African-Americans throughout this country. We must not dishonor the tragic murder of George Floyd with empty rhetoric, inaction and mendacious critique of the outraged. Whether it be Jim Crow, disenfranchisement, disinvestment, miseducation, red-lining, mass-incarceration or the infamous ‘War on Drugs,’ institutional racism has systematically infected every aspect of our society. “In order to cure this infection, leaders must provide real hope and opportunity to the marginalized. As citizens we must vote. And even more, we must hold our leaders and elected officials accountable. It is time we accept nothing short of tangible change. Policy or legislation will not root out the evil of racism. But it is a start and a charge I intend to lead. I sincerely look forward to working with you as we craft our plan. Prayers to the family of George Floyd and all the victims and families that have been affected by racial discrimination. We are with you both in thought and prayer and you will not be forgotten.”

LQD Business Finance Unveils LQD Power Up Program On June 3rd, LQD Business Finance’s CEO, George Souri, announced the LQD Power Up Program, an internal program devoted to creating new opportunities through internships and mentoring to underprivileged young adults in the Chicagoland area. George Souri’s statement follows. “I was listening to Merck CEO Ken Frazier on CNBC this week. As an African American CEO of one of America’s most prominent companies, Ken’s views on the current state of unrest, issues of opportunity inequality, and the role of companies in addressing some of these issues are particularly salient.

“At LQD, we have always championed the cause of personal empowerment, of ongoing growth and improvement, and of training. Our driving motivation is to do things better by thinking things through, being committed to excellence, and having the desire and willingness to take on the hard challenges and do the work even when it’s not easy. I think that this ethos has a place in the larger social discourse of the moment. Government— whether due to lack of will or incompetence— cannot fix any of this. So, I am today announcing the LQD Power Up Program. Continued on page 4

Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White is reminding the public that Driver Services facilities statewide are open to serve ONLY new drivers, customers with expired driver’s licenses/ID cards, and vehicle transactions. Face masks are required. Currently there are more than 700,000 expired driver’s licenses/ID cards and 1.9 million expired vehicle registrations. White asked those who must visit facilities to be patient due to heavy volume. White also reminded customers that his office extended expiration dates for driver’s licenses/ID cards and vehicle registration stickers until Oct. 1, 2020. This extension also covers those who have June and July expiration dates. As a result, expired documents will remain valid until Oct. 1st, so customers do not need to rush into a facility. White noted that because facilities are expecting heavy customer volume, residents who can conduct business online are strongly encouraged to do so. Residents may go to www.cyberdriveillinois.com to take advantage of many online services—such as renewing vehicle registration stickers—from the comfort of their own home. People who conduct online transactions will avoid waiting in line at a facility. Some of these online services include: • renewing a vehicle registration • obtaining a duplicate driver’s license or ID card • obtaining a driving record abstract • renewing a driver’s license through the Safe Driver Renewal program

On June 2, Governor JB Pritzker signed House Bill 2682, a bipartisan piece of legislation that allows the sale of cocktails by bars and restaurants with liquor licenses for pickup and delivery. “Restaurants and bars are beloved businesses in so many of our communities and also some of the hardest hit from the COVD19 pandemic,” said Governor Pritzker. “This legislation will provide these businesses with a critical tool to bring in additional income until they can safely and fully reopen their doors once more. As we move forward, I am fully committed to taking every action available to us and pursuing all resources at the state and federal level to support this critical industry.” Illinois State Sen. Feigenholtz added, “Illinois joins 34 other states in enacting this policy. This new law provides restaurants and bar owners with a survival tool as they wait to open safely and to their full capacity.” Cocktails can only be delivered in a sealed, labeled container with a tamper-evident cap

Continued from page 3 its decades-long progress of making a mess of things. And let us not applaud the easily dispatched platitudes of PR statements from corporate executives with no skin in the game, who fail to follow through and deploy resources to create real opportunities. Words are cheap because they are easy. At LQD we believe in empowerment and action and the LQD Power Up Program is just a natural extension of that ethos. I am also calling on other business leaders to join us in this effort to create opportunity and teach the entrepreneurial attitude so that we may give more people the skills, confidence, and opportunity to take ownership of their future, notwithstanding the very real social and economic challenges they face and which we face as a nation.” Anyone interested in learning more or participating in the LQD Power Up Program can email lqdpowerup@lqdfinance.com.

Cocktails may not be delivered via a third party delivery app. Cocktails can only be delivered after an employee verifies the age as well as the level of intoxication of the consumer. The legislation also delays late fees and license fees for liquor licenses for businesses and establishes automatic liquor license renewal approval and extension for any license holder whose business or operations have been suspended in any capacity due as a result of COVID-19. The late filing fee waiver applies for 6 months and the license extensions lasts for 120 days, after the latter of: • the day the region moves to Phase 4, or • the day after the expiration of the latest EO that limits or interrupts business, or • the day after the expiration of any rules from DPH or other agencies. Pull the wool over someone’s eyes This term often refers to using fraud or trickery to get a desired result. For centuries judges in England wore wigs made of wool; the idea is pull the wig down to obscure the judges view of the real facts.

Young Black Men Hold Event to Protect Their Community

Cameron Sanchez, CJ Wilson, and Jawaan Dorch are Lansing residents who care about their community. (Photo: Melanie Jongsma) –––––––––––––––––––––––

MELANIE JONGSMA On June 7, threee young black men, Cameron Sanchez, Chawn “CJ” Wilson, and Jawaan Dorch decided to act to protect their community and invited others to choin them. Students and graduates of TF South, they are admired by their teachers, loved by their moms, earnest about following God, and protective of Lansing, the community they call home. When news of last Sunday’s riots began spreading, Sanchez, Wilson, and Dorch reacted. “We were like, ‘No, that’s not what we do here. We’re not gonna do that. That’s not what we’re about,’” remembered Wilson. The violence did reach Lansing, though most Lansing businesses did not sustain the same level of damage and loss that neighboring towns did. They wish they could have done something to prevent the violence before it reached Lansing, and they are frustrated that anyone thinks damaging local businesses will help solve the problems represented by George Floyd’s May 25 death. “What does [looting] do?” they asked. “How does that help?” “You tear down a business—and then expect for a cop to be on your side?” said Wilson, “then you must be confused, ’cause it does not help anything.” Instead, he said, “When you come together and you’re able to talk with each other and be one with each other, that makes everybody feel more comfortable.” One reason Sanchez, Wilson, and Dorch wanted to stage some kind of public statement was to protect the reputation of their hometown. They want the world to know that the damage

was down by outsiders, not locals. And they want to prevent misinformation and wrong assumptions from creating division in diverse communities that currently look out for each other. “Every other city,” Wilson generalized, “decided they wanted to be aggressive and violent. That’s not what Lansing is about.” “Our overall goal is to spread peace,” said Sanchez about the protest he and his friends organized in Lan-Oak Park on Friday, June 5. They started on social media with a simple invitation: “Peaceful Protest,” the time and location, some basic instructions, and their Instagram handles. They had a general idea of marching south along Torrence Avenue and east on Ridge Road, ending at Lansing’s Clock Tower. Village Trustee Saad Abbasy saw the post and messaged one of the young men. “I just said, ‘I’m a Trustee, I love that you want to do this. Can I just put you in touch with our police chief so that they can just help you and out make sure things are handled well,’” explained Abbasy. The young men accepted the help, and they met with the Lansing Police Department on Thursday, June 4. LPD worked with the young men to create an event that would be public, peaceful, and protected. At 9:00am Friday, Mayor Patty Eidam went door-to-door in the Lan-Oak Park neighborhood, personally explaining to residents that an organized peaceful protest would be taking place in the park. She rang each doorbell along 180th Street, Oakley Avenue, 178th Street, and Arcadia, and spoke to each homeowner who opened the door. If no one answered, Mayor Eidam left a letter describing the upcoming event. The letter read, in part: “These young people...have notified the Lansing Police Department and the Mayor’s office of their intentions to protest peacefully. “…As your mayor, it is my responsibility to provide for the safety and well-being of your property. Part of that responsibility includes notifying you of protests like this, which is why I am personally hand delivering it to your house. “While recognizing the rights of citizens to assemble and enjoy the freedoms of speech and expression, please know that it must be done peacefully and not infringe on others’ rights. The Lansing Police Department will be on hand to ensure the protest remains peaceful.” At 1:30pm the young men, Lansing police, and several volunteers began setting up shade tents and tables in the northwest corner of Lan-Oak Park. Friends, family members, and TF South teachers unloaded cases of water, soda, and snacks that had been donated for the event. Wilson, who works at OooWee Chicken & Ribs (18155 Roy Street in Lansing), had asked owner Avery Hall if he could purchase 100 wings for possible participants, and Hall donated the wings instead. Small groups of people holding handmade signs and posters began arriving and assembling. TF South was unofficially represented by District 215 Superintendent Teresa Lance, District 215 Board Member Rich Dust, Principal Jake Gourley, and others. Village Trustees Maureen GradyPerovich and Saad Abbasy introduced themselves to Sanchez, Wilson, and Dorch and offered their encouragement. Lansing police met with the young men and explained they would be available as needed. “These are some good kids,” Detective Lt. Al Phillips said. “Some very good kids.” The crowd included families, groups of teens, and members of the 1960s generation known for protests and social justice—men and women, young and old, black, brown, and white.

Roberto Tañón of La Bruquena supplied a delicious hot lunch for 500 people. –––––––––––––––––––––––

Saturday June 6 the parking lot of J World Beauty Supply at 1115 Sibley Beauty Supply was packed with people coming to The Village of Dolton’s Big Food and Mask Giveaway. People who found grocery stores closed or only open inaccesible hours were able to come and receive groceries, lunch, and supplies at the free drive-up/walk-up event. The giveaway was the brainchild of Dolton Trustee Tiffany Henyard, who saw that poor access was really hurting members of the community who had been out of work and had spent weeks on lockdown due to COVID-19, only to have to retreat back into their homes when riots and looting following the George Floyd killing made the streets unsafe. Once she realized the need, Henyard acted fast. Roberto Tañón of La Bruquena Restaurant at 2726 W Division St. in Chicago says he got a call on Friday asking if he could prepare food for 500 by tomorrow. He in turn called his extended family and got them onboard to prepare and transport the food.

Dolton Park District Board of Commissioners President Cleo Jones helped load groceries into cars. –––––––––––––––––––––––

Local food banks supplied groceries and a host of volunteers sorted, bagged and distributed them to people arriving by car and on foot. One spontaneous volunteer was Pierre Ranson, who lives in the neighborhood. When he passed the parking lot earlier in the day and saw things being set up, he stopped to ask about it. He then stayed to help set up the tables. Helping to put groceries into cars was Dolton Park District Board of Commissioners President Cleo Jones. The line of cars wound through the parking lot and more than a block down the street. Residents and volunteers alike were amazed and excited at the turnout. Said Henyard, “I knew people were hurting and I had to do something.” In addition to La Bruquena the Village of Dolton partnered with HoJo Family Assistance Program, Good Burger, Agile Technologies, Ironheart Drones and Brothers for Christ to make this event a success.

Question: We recently made on offer on a home; the owner counter-offered, and we turned down the counter-offer. A few days later we e-mailed the broker that we would like to make the same offer again. A couple of days later the broker called and said the owner was considering our offer. A few more days passed, we heard nothing from the broker, but we decided to go with the owner’s counter-offer if the seller turned us down again. The call never came from the broker. Instead, an e-mail was sent saying the owner didn’t accept our original offer and that the home was now under contract. Now we think we should have been given the first chance to accept the owner’s terms instead of it being sold to someone else. The home had been on the market for more than a year so it wasn’t like there was a great demand for it. What do you think? Answer: You were given any number of chances to buy the property. First you made an offer that was not accepted. Then

the owners made a counter-offer that you could have accepted immediately—but did not. Then you re-submitted your original offer and it was not accepted by the sellers. Lastly, you want another chance at the counter-offer you rejected, but by this time the owners had accepted a bid from other purchasers. The bottom line: You had your chance. There are many players in the marketplace. The fact that the home did not sell quickly does not mean the owners are required to sell on your terms. Lastly, an offer or counter-offer, once rejected, is dead and need not be re-considered. E-mail us your Real estate questions at: Cathyah@aol.com. Thinking of Selling your Home? Heart Smart

Thank You Neighbor

RICHARD ZEKVELD If this article comes across as a jumbled mess, it reflects the current state of my heart and mind and what is happening in our nation right now. A good friend first alerted me to the George Floyd video. He could see himself or his son lying in George Floyd’s place. To my African-American brothers and sisters: I know that you need people like me, outsiders to your collective experience, to grasp why my friend (and many of you) feel and respond the way you do. I’m listening. I want to be part of the solution, not the problem. You matter to me. Your lives matter to me. Criminal justice reform and changed hearts – these matter too. “Let justice roll down like rivers, righteousness like an ever-flowing stream” (Amos 5:24). I write today as a South Hollander too. As rioters and looters struck communities around us, South Holland’s police, firefighters and village workers quickly sealed the entrances to our village, sparing

our town similar damage. Thank you. In the days that followed, people across cultural lines expressed to me, unprompted, either frustration with how looters trashed ‘their’ stores or gratitude for peace in our town. Through this, we’ve become aware of forces at work, extreme and organized, like Antifa, hijacking legitimate anger and protest for destructive ends. I’m praying, “Lord, show me and all of us who we need to be, moving forward. Help us move beyond the tribalism of Babel to unite us in your truth – the truth that sets us free to move forward together with informed love to pursue gospel-centered reconciliation and justice.” I’m not sure what this will look like. I do know that the Lord is calling me anew to follow him into tough conversations and uncharted paths. Richard Zekveld Pastor, Covenant Fellowship Church cfcsh.org

Are you selling your home or just helping your neighbors sell theirs? There are a couple kinds of people who help their neighbors sell their home. The first kind is the neighbor we all want to have. Their yard is perfectly landscaped, the trash cans are never left out by the curb, the cars are tucked safely into the garage instead of parked on the street, they don’t have dogs that would even think about barking or cats that consider your garden a litter box. They are friendly, courteous and can’t wait to tell anyone they meet what a great neighborhood they live in, including the people who are considering moving to the block. They are the cheerleaders for the community, make everyone feel welcome and are the best advertisement for a new neighbor you could ever hope for. The second type of neighbor is just as nice. Although they are trying to sell their home too, they still love their neighborhood and they are going to miss their friends after they relocate. They also take great care of their lawn and wouldn’t even think about allowing home maintenance to go undone. Beautiful flowers by the front door, a freshly pressure washed sidewalk and driveway and a butterfly garden that would make the greenest of thumbs

envious. They are friendly, courteous and “THEIR HOME IS WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD”. Now if I were selling my house, I would want both of these types of neighbors. But if I had to choose just one, I would definitely thank my lucky stars for Mr. and Mrs. Overpriced. Why you ask? Because no matter how lovely the landscaping, no matter how shiny the fixtures, how new the appliances, how clean the floors, how uncluttered the closets and cabinets and how nice the people…OVERPRICED IS STILL OVERPRICED and usually serves to make your neighbors homes look like much better deals. Buyers are doing a lot of research before making offers on homes and you can bet that if your price is significantly higher than the others in your neighborhood, you are at a disadvantage. So, are you priced right or are you just helping your neighbors sell their homes? Nearing Retirement? What Questions Should You Ask?

HEATING & COOLING, INC. 30 Years of Service

SUBMITTED BY BOB KRYGSHELD The recent market volatility has affected just about everybody’s financial and investment situations – so, if you were planning to retire soon, will it still be possible? Of course, the answer depends somewhat on your employment situation. With so many people’s jobs being affected by the coronavirus pandemic, your retirement plans may also have been thrown into confusion. But assuming your employment is still stable, what adjustments in your financial and investment strategies might you need to make for your retirement? Here are a few areas to consider, and some questions to ask yourself: • Retirement goals – Now is a good time to review your retirement goals and assess your progress toward achieving them. You may want to work with a financial professional to determine if the current environment has materially affected your goals or if you need to make modest adjustments to stay on track. • Retirement lifestyle – You probably created your investment strategy with a particular type of retirement lifestyle in mind. Perhaps you had planned to become a world traveler when your working days were over. Of course, in the near term, extensive travel may not be possible, anyway, but once we move past the pandemic, your freedom to roam will likely return. But if your investment portfolio is not where you thought it might be, can you (or do you want to) adapt your lifestyle plans? And can you accept the same flexibility with your other lifestyle goals, such as purchasing a vacation home, pursuing hobbies, and so on? • Tradeoffs – Based on your retirement goals and your willingness to adjust your retirement lifestyle, you’ll want to consider your options and tradeoffs. For example, would you be willing to work more years than you had originally planned in exchange for greater confidence in your ability to enjoy a comfortable retirement lifestyle? By working longer, you can continue adding to your IRA and 401(k) or similar retirement plan, and you may be able to push back the date you start receiving Social Security to receive bigger monthly benefits. You might also review your budget for opportunities to reduce spending today and potentially save more toward your retirement goals. • Social Security – You can file for Social Security benefits as early as 62, but you can get 25% to 30% more each year if you wait until your full retirement age, which is likely between 66 and 67. As you created your retirement plans, you likely also calculated when you would take Social Security, but you may need to review that choice. If you postpone retirement a few years, what effect will that have on when you choose to take Social Security and, consequently, the size of your benefits? You won’t want to make a hasty decision, because once you start taking Social Security, you can’t undo your choice. This is certainly a challenging time to be entering retirement, and you’ll have some questions to answer. But even in the midst of uncertainty, you still have many choices. Consider them carefully and make the decisions that work for you. This article was written by Edward Jones for use by your local Edward Jones Financial Advisor, Bob Krygsheld.
