Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Spoon 2 tablespoon batter mounds onto pan. Allow space for them to spread out. Cook for 2 minutes or until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked. Flip pancakes over, cook 1 minute or until bottoms are lightly browned. Repeat until all batter is used. Top with a sliced Banana and some honey for a delicious breakfast. If you have leftovers, refrigerate and heat up during the week for a quick breakfast.

On Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to noon, bring your food donations to designated Walmart stores and food bank volunteers and Girl Scouts will do the rest.
