DAVID JOYNT SENIOR PASTOR
Dear Friends,
When you invest your energy, abilities, or money at VPC, you have an impact here and beyond.
Our work, right here, with children and youth, blesses our current community and assists our families with their sacred calling. But as we raise a new generation of Jesus disciples, there is an impact beyond this place and time. Our young men and women become gifts to the kingdom and the world. Here and beyond.
Investment here, in worship and outreach, draws new devotees, strengthening our community. This in turn allows us to multiply our efforts beyond our campus, deepening our mission partnerships locally and globally. Here and beyond.
Giving, serving, and learning here at VPC, grows your faith, life, and character. This helps you build legacy that lasts beyond your earthly life.
As you consider your commitment for 2023, I invite you to make an impact for our great God, here and beyond.
Faithfully,
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL Hosted 215 kids, including 34 from MentorKids USA, plus 10 MKUSA junior helpers. How did you find VPC?
We came through Valley Day School, loved the worship and messages, and felt the welcome reflected the way a Christian community should feel.
What would you say to someone thinking about investing their resources at VPC?
Do it! Do it! We trust the leadership and feel that VPC are good stewards of our gifts, with effective mission partners, and are embedded in our community. We feel blessed and honored to be part of the team. Teaching Sunday School has been a joy and a special experience. The more you give, the more you’ll get, and your gifts will be embraced and supported.

Determining how to be generous with your Godgiven
resources can be challenging. Here are some factors to consider when deciding what and how to give to VPC:
• A gift becomes a holy offering when it is given prayerfully and intentionally.
• Remember and give thanks for all your blessings. Reflect with your spouse, if you are married, and with your family, if they are close by, on the gifts God has given to you.
• Think about the ways your money is used to support charities and causes, as well as VPC. How do you rank these investments?
• Consider your likely income in 2023 and decide what percentage you want to give to bless the world and build the Kingdom.
• Pray about your intentions and ask God to confirm them, giving you a sense of joy about the gifts you are intending to give.
• Fill out the enclosed commitment card, trusting that the dollars will be used carefully and faithfully by VPC, knowing we are very grateful for your generosity.
VPC welcomes the support of your prayers, and
lift our church up often. VPC is also blessed through the skills and talents of our community, and we invite you to find opportunities to give back with your time.
