Care & Support

Love is a verb! Our culture might define it as a noun, but love cannot exist if it is not first a verb. As followers of Christ, our love must be identifiable by how we live our lives. Love is not a treasure that we hide under our mattress; it spills forth from our actions and our words. If we truly abide in His love, a love without boundaries, then our love, too, is boundless.

Train Your Brain to Be Happy with Help from Scripture with Deborah Pettit, Director Family Christian Counseling Center of Phoenix - Strategies and teaching from scripture on how to live a happier life. Lesson begins at 10:30AM.

As we remember Christ's demonstration of love through His awful, beautiful sacrifice on the cross, we must take measure of our own sacrifice for Him. We do this in many ways, not the least of which are our offerings we give to support God's work at VPC. It is a demonstration of love for our Savior. It is our love in action. How is love reflected in your life? Is it a noun or a verb?
