On Tuesday, September 25, Session approved the joint Finance & Operations and Planning & Organization Committee recommendations to accept the Building Committee’s prioritized order of construction and authorize construction to begin on the first ten priorities based on availability of pledged funds and up to $9.9 million. Sufficient funds have been raised to accomplish these components: • Municipal and Profession fees* (all projects componets) $1,917,906 1. Sanctuary $3,042,675 Mechanical Equipment** $543,878 2. Plaza $1,414,824 3. Fireside Café $474,000 • Furnishings for all above $235,266 • Mission Giving (10% of total project) $1,000,000 *The Building Committee expects this cost to decrease concurrent to reduction of project scope **Estimate to repair/replace the 50 year old HVAC unit that is outside scope of original project
