Conference theme, #NextGen:B4STAGE4 will build collaborative partnerships that promote the mental health, resilience and self-determination of young adults.

• Finding the balance between work and play, the ups and downs of life, physical health and mental health, can help you on the path towards focusing both #4Mind4Body.

#NextGen:B4STAGE4 seeks to normalize help seeking behaviors of young adults and promote constructive conversation.

• One study found that people who attended religious services monthly showed a 22% lower risk of depression.
