Government will complete its tenure, claims PM Nawaz

India is perpetrating and financing terrorism in Pakistan

SLAMABAD—Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has Thursday said that government will complete its tenure of five years despite all challenges. The premier held an informal talk with media after participating in the joint session of the parliament, and said the opposition created a show as always. He said people are watching opposition’s behavior, and government’s work. Earlier, the PM looked in pleasant mood when he entered the parliament, and shook hand with members. Nawaz Sharif remained calm despite opposition’s slogans, and met the members of coalition parties after the speech of President Mamnoon Hussain. It is worth mentioning here that the opposition parties, while chanting ‘Go Nawaz Go’ slogans, walked out as Mamnoon Hussain started his address in the joint session of the parliament being chaired by Speaker Ayaz Sadiq. Foreign Office has strongly rejected as baseless the Afghan allegations that Pakistan is behind the recent terrorist attack in Kabul. At his weekly news briefing in Islamabad on Thursday, Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said the accusatory approach is unhelpful towards efforts to peace. He said Pakistan itself has suffered immensely from terrorism and it has given unparalleled sacrifices in the war on the menace. He said Pakistan has the highest stakes in Afghan peace and stability

more than any other country of the world. Our commitment to peace in Afghanistan is based on sincerity and is beyond any doubt. He, however, said it is disappointing that certain elements which have no interest in Afghan peace want to damage relations between the two neighboring countries. They are trying to malign Pakistan for their vested agenda. He said the onus of setbacks in Afghanistan cannot be put on Pakistan or others. He said Pakistan believes in politically negotiated settlement

of Afghan issue as there is no military solution to the conflict. Responding to a volley of questions regarding Kashmir dispute, the spokesperson said peace, stability and development will remain elusive in the region without the resolution of the outstanding dispute between Pakistan and India. He said India is escalating tension on the border and committing ceasefire violations in order to divert attention from the Kashmir dispute. He said the latest Indian unprovoked firing on the line of control

ZURICH— Ahead of a busy month in senior international football, with Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup qualifying and the FIFA Confederations Cup set to take centre stage in June, there has been a small amount of notable movement in the latest FIFA/ Coca-Cola World Ranking. New Zealand, who will face hosts Russia in the opener of the Confederations Cup in Saint Petersburg on 17 June,

are the biggest movers by rank (95th, up 17), while there are marginal gains for other Russia 2017 participants Australia (48th, up 2) and Cameroon (32nd, up 1). With just ten international friendlies having taken place since the May edition, there is little surprise that most of the top ten remains unchanged, with Brazil, Argentina and another Confederations Cup contender Germany retaining their places in the top three.

However, Poland (10th, up 1) have managed to gatecrash the top ten for the first time in the ranking’s history, with the side currently sitting top of Group E in the UEFA section of World Cup qualifying joining Spain on 1198 ranking points, meaning they share tenth spot. Another pair of sides who share a space in the ranking are United Kingdom neighbours Wales (13th) and England (13th, up 1) thanks to the Three Lions’ slight rise.

Along with Poland, three other sides who have impressed of late in their respective confederations in World Cup qualifying have reached an all-time high in the June edition, with Peru (15th, up 2), Syria (77th, up 3) and Papua New Guinea (153rd, up 3) all climbing to their loftiest position since the ranking began almost a quarter of a century ago. The next FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking will be published on 6 July 2017.

Inability to remove potassium from the bloodstream may lead to abnormal heart rhythms and sudden death. Our kidneys are the organs which perform many vital functions in the body. They filter waste products from the blood body metabolism, like urea from protein metabolism and uric acid from DNA breakdown, regulate production of red blood cells, and release hormones that regulate blood pressure. They also help maintain a balance of water and concentration of minerals, such as sodium, potassium and phosphorus, in the blood. There are numerous causes of kidney failure, and treatment of the underlying disease is the first step in correcting the kidney abnormality. Some causes of kidney failure are treatable and the kidney function may return to normal. Unfortunately, kidney failure may be progressive in other situations and may be irreversible. Canada funds strategic humanitarian response facility in Gilgit, Pakistan

ISLA M A BA D — T he United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is constr ucting a Humanitarian Response Facility (HRF) in the Gilgit Baltistan (GB) –the northern area of Pakistan, thanks to funding from the Government of Canada. This will be the seventh HRF built in Pakistan as part of a strategic network of storage facilities to help the Government and humanitarian community better prepare for and respond to disasters, said

a press release issued here on Thursday. W FP has been work i ng with the National Disaster M a n a g e m e n t Au t h o r i t y (NDMA) and the Provincial Disaster Management Authorities (PDMA) to build HRFs in strategic locations in the most vulnerable parts of Pakistan. HRFs provide a central storage facility for government relief stocks to be rapidly deployed in emergencies. While WFP designs and builds the HRFs, the Government

provides land for construction and takes over operation and maintenance. WFP provides training to government staff in technical areas such as warehouse management, facilities management and firefighting. The Government of Canada is providing CDN$2.2 million (1.7 million USD) for the construction of the HRF in GB. This comes in addition to just over CDN$4.4 million in contributions for the construction of six other HRFs located in Muzaffargarh, Quetta, Lahore, Hyderabad, Peshawar and Sukkur, jointly with five other donor nations. With an estimated population of 2 million, GB has a hilly terrain with few roads that are often blocked during emergencies by landslides, damage to bridges or congestion, leaving communities isolated.

Instead of having to resort to aerial operations, which are expensive and can only bring a limited volume of assistance, the HRF will provide a central storage hub for critical humanitarian supplies. WFP has already established Emergency Storage Facilities at the district level in GB. The construction of this HRF will provide a central storage hub for the movement of critical humanitarian supplies. The Government of Canada is also contributing approximately CDN$1.2 million to address the immediate needs of highly vulnerable families in the drought-affected Tharparkar district of Sindh, through activities such as structural asset creation and trainings on how prepare for and cope during disasters.

Peace talks have not collapsed yet, UN Cyprus envoy says NICOSIA— Cyprus reunification talks have not failed yet, UN Secretary-General’s Special Advisor on Cyprus Espen Barth Eide. Eide stated that no meeting was scheduled for the near future, but emphasized that the parties were constantly in touch. “A meeting of three guarantor states can only be jointly hosted by the two Cypriot parties. At the same time, Cypriot leaders should make a decision about a meeting themselves. I think it will take some time

to resolve this dilemma. This is a dilemma. But it is not over yet, the talks have not collapsed,” Eide said, adding that despite reaching somewhat of a dead end, diplomatic work would break the deadlock. Eide also noted that each of the guarantor states – Turkey, Greece and the U.K. – supported the peace process. “Turkey has supported the process since the beginning. Çavuşoğlu also confirmed that they are ready to join the Cyprus

Conference in Geneva if the parties come together again without any preconditions,” he said following a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Ankara. “Of course, Greece and Turkey have different views, it is no secret. But both countries have told me that they do not want the process to fail, but succeed instead. In this case, we have to make the process work. This requires some intention, some flexibility, and

memory problems, trouble concentrating and difficulty sleeping 5. Unexplained Back Pain and sever crampling Unexplained aches and pains in the back as well as sides of your abdomen can be symptoms of undiagnosed kidney disease or kidney infections. When kidneys do not function properly, you may experience pain, stiffness and fluid in the joints. Severe cramping that spreads from the lower back into the groin, is also one of the system.. 6. Skin Breakouts and Itching Sudden skin breakouts, rashes, irritation and excessive itching are also symptoms of some types of kidney conditions. Improper kidney functioning contributes to buildup of waste products and toxins in the body, leading to many skin problems. 7. Ammonia breath and metallic taste Kidney disease can also cause a metallic taste in the mouth or ammonia breath. This happens because poor kidney functioning leads to an increase in the level of urea in the blood. Urea is broken down to ammonia in the saliva, thus causing urine-like bad breath known as ammonia breath. It can also cause an undesirable metallic taste in the mouth, which can make food taste different. 8. Nausea or Vomiting As the kidneys are not able to filter harmful toxins out of the blood, it leads to an accumulation of excessive urea nitrogen in the blood stream. This stimulates the gastrointestinal mucosa and causes nausea and vomiting. Nausea and vomiting most often occur when you get up in the morning. . MANSUR causcions vast blood bath and unintended consewuences If the empire strikes IMRAN KHAN Worthies , I have read what SOHAIL war raich wrote in dunya news about IK. I TS CA LLED SCA R E MONGERING IN NUANCES. So the Empire is planning to strike back. As the status quo elite gets frustrated, Their spin doctors have started prescribing death to all, & in a Shakespearean tragedy with a lots of bad some of the good too gets destroyed. Is it a signal, indicating that a Bhutto, Hussain shaheed sohurwardy or Adnan Mandris will never be allowed to attain the age of political puberty in Muslim world in general and Pakistan in particular. Is IK whose mind is an instrument that shone so brightly bringing back a society in slumber to steadfastness next in line after Bhutto ?. Warraich sahib, forget about your florentine nonsense and Maharaja Ashokas’ mentor CHANKIA; come clear

; are you warning IK that Empire will strike back. So be it said ; so let it be done; and as a consequence there would be no empire. Unlike the empire, elite, spin doctors, & lugas press, the people of Pakistan have not lost their national ambition, and taste for excellence. IN words of king Chungaz khan to emperor k hurzam shah,, when he wrote to chungaz khan ; what you wrote today; King chungaz said,” what will happen will happen, but there will be a war.” And what will be left would be fruitless fire.”. Putting an end to IK by the empire in any form what so ever; will transpire into vast blood bath. Mark my words, IK is not Adnan mandris, Hussain shaheed Sohurwardy, and this is not a dark age. A man of character , with grandeur, has become a effective leader after Z A. BHUTTO,

he has aimed high , proven his vision , acted on a grand scale; established his authority over teaming millions and scared leaders who splash in shallow waters. The empire must learn lessons encapsulated in history; which are simple yet equally trenchant . Impossible is a big word thrown by small men, your sugar coated threat is a fact ,fiction or opinion, let the empire understand that IK knows what it is to be defeated, hence such leaders can reach out to bottom of their soul and come up with an extra pound of power it takes to take on the empire ; if the occasion arises. It is not chan k i or Machiavellian politics that has moulded or moved the masses, its character, integrity, prescience and charisma of a simple honest fellow and indeed the hard work that he and his party

is a bolstering movement of change not directed towards any person but the system that is incapable to strengthen the institutions that run the country and sift good from the bad. Empire in Turkey disqualified Erdogan before the election , Abdullah Gul won and became PM ; restored Erdogan who became PM elevating Abdullah gul to presidency, and look where is Erdogan and where is the empire and its status quo. In war one dies only once, In politics one dies only to rise again. Defeat is not fatal in politics unless you give up and call it quits. So don’t scare us with maverick undependability . No power in Pakistan can disqualify IK, it would be a dangerous self deception. Regards : Barrister mansur Sarwar khan
