TI08 is a cheap programmable process indicator available in 5 DIN cases and designed for wide range of display applications with/without relay alarm. Equipped with a bright 4-digit LED display, this model is especially suitable for measuring and controlling various technological values from -1999 to 9999 with resolution of up to 6000 points. The device may be equipped with up to 2 programmable relays providing ON/OFF control/alarm with or without pulse mode. TI08 accepts various linear input voltage or current signals. The display limits, decimal point position, measurement offset value as well as many other parameters are fully programmable. Thanks to its excellent price-to-performance ratio, TI08 is an exceptionally widely applicable device.

TI08-R is a cheap programmable process indicator for DIN-rail mounting designed for trip-alarm applications. Equipped with a bright 3-digit LED display, this model is especially suitable for measuring and controlling various technological values from -199 to 999 with resolution of up to 1000 points. The device can have up to 2 programmable relays providing on/off control/alarm with or without pulse mode. TI08-R accepts various linear input voltage or current signals from 2- and 3-wire transmitters that can be powered internally via the auxiliary power supply output. The display-to-input correspondence, decimal point position, measurement offset value as well as many other parameters are fully programmable. Thanks to its excellent price-to-performance ratio, TI08-R is an exceptionally widely applicable device.

TC660 is a multifunctional programmable process indicator with a 4-digit, 20 mm or 32 mm programmable display that provides excellent visibility in many applications. The device has a universal input for the most common thermoresistances, thermocouples, and linear signals. The input has a built-in automatic software compensation of line resistance and cold junction temperature as well as automatic software compensation of temperature drift, and can be calibrated manually. A programmable input filter and various options for access restriction are available. TC660 can also have up to 2 programmable alarm outputs (2 relays or 1 relay and 1 analog output) and can be equipped with an isolated RS485 serial interface. Input Technical

The TC800 indicator is designed for multi-point control of technological variables. With its compact design, 8 inputs and outputs, TC800 successfully performs all the tasks of indicating, monitoring, and signaling the level of several channels. With the proper programming, any of the channels may be turned into a 2-or 3-state ON/OFF controller and even into a multistage controller. Motorized actuators may be controlled by using 2 relay outputs. The device input accepts thermoresistances, thermocouples, or standard current and voltage signals. Additional discrete inputs are available for remote channel switching and tampering protection. TC800 performs digital compensation for RTD sensor line resistance as well as thermocouple cold-junction compensation, and constantly monitors sensor and sensor-lead state. A rich set of parameters allows programming every aspect of controller operation and an RS485 serial interface allows network operation or connection to operator station.

TC150 is a slim-sized process indicator for panel mounting with 24x96 mm DIN front size. It accepts linear voltage or current signals at its input and is equipped with a 30-dot vertical LED bargraph, indicating the input value as a percentage of the input range and thereby presenting a convenient 'analog' reading. In combination with a level transmitter, TC150 provides a handy level indication. Moving dot and moving bar modes of the bargraph display as well as custom bargraph design are available. TI250 is a versatile and non-expensive combination of TI08 programmable process indicator in 48x96mm DIN case and a fully programmable Tri-color LED bargraph. It is designed for wide range of display applications with/without relay alarm. Equipped with a bright 3-digit LED display, this model is suitable for measuring and controlling various technological values from -199 to 999 with programmable resolution. The device may be also equipped with up to 2 programmable relays providing ON/OFF control/alarm with or without pulse mode. In addition to the digital display, showing the exact value of the measured variable, the TC66 process indicator is equipped with a LED bargraph, indicating the input value as a percentage of the input range and thereby presenting more convenient 'analog' reading. Two variants of the indicator are available: one with a linear, horizontal bargraph ('D') and one with a bargraph in the shape of a 240-degree arc, which provides a visualization resembling that of a traditional pointer-and-dial gauge ('B'). Moving dot and moving bar modes of the bargraph display as well as custom bargraph design are available. Both TC66 variants feature a customized front-panel tag denoting the range and the measurement unit of the monitored physical quantity. The indicator may also be equipped with an auxiliary DC input for display brightness control. The low-priced, low-maintenance TC66 is widely applicable in boat building, power plants, and other industrial areas.

The TC48 temperature controller has no temperature value indication and thus is applicable in cases, in which the low price is one of the major requirements, especially in food industry and household applications. With its 48x48 mm DIN-sized front panel, TC48 is best suited for applications, in which small size is important too. The device works with either an RTD temperature sensor or a thermocouple type "J" or "K" and can be used for controlling various temperature processes and driving electrical actuators by the means of a relay control output and through ON/OFF algorithm. A potentiometer and a dial on the front panel enable easy set-point adjustment, and a red LED – a clear sensor break indication. The controller can be mounted on a panel, on a rail, and in a socket. The cheap programmable controller RT38 is designed for wide range of ON/OFF control applications. The simple-design low-cost microprocessor-based controller RT28 combines the advantages of the microprocessor devices with the high reliability of analog controllers. It is available with 96x48, 48x96, and 96x96 mm DIN-sized front panel and can be equipped with up to 2 control relays. To control its outputs, RT28 may utilize either ON/OFF (heat/cool) duplex or PD control algorithm. The ON/OFF control algorithm allows flexible programming of the action of each relay for solving variety of problems. The PD algorithm results in PI control when used to control motorized valve actuators without position feedback. The reliable operation even in the presence of electromagnetic disturbances and the attractive price also account for the success of the RT28 controller.

RT284U is designed for wide range of applications. It is equipped with a 4-digit LED display, a universal input for Pt100, Pt1000, PTC, 6 thermocouple types as well as for linear current, voltage, and resistive signals from external transmitters and can have up to 2 programmable relay control/alarm outputs. RT284U can be ordered with either keyboard or unique rotating encoder for set-point adjustment and programming. All modifications have a built-in circuit for self-testing and self-calibration, manual measurement offset setting, and automatic software compensation of line resistance and cold junction temperature. The display-to-input correspondence (in case of linear input), decimal point position, temperature measurement unit, and offset value are also programmable. Thanks to its universal input, the available various enclosures and serial interface as well as excellent price-to-performance ratio, RT284U is an exceptionally widely applicable device.

RT1800 is a microprocessor-based controller with universal input, analog output, and up to 4 relays (control or alarm) that may be controlled through a number of algorithms such as ON/OFF, ON/OFF heating/cooling duplex, motor-valve control, PID, and self-tuning PID. A bumpless auto-manual change-over is built in the PID algorithm. A start-on timer allows one of output relays to be time-controlled. RT1900-R is a DIN-rail mounting microprocessor-based controller with universal input accepting Pt100, 10 thermocouple types and various linear signals. It can have up to 3 relays (control or alarm) and analog output that may be controlled through ON/OFF and self-tuning PID-fuzzy algorithms as well as optional RAMP/SOAK pattern control. A bumpless auto-manual change-over is also built in the PID algorithm. RT1900-R is equipped with 4-digit LED display and 4-button keyboard for programming. A triple input/output/supply isolation protects the controller from electromagnetic disturbances. Communication features include RS485 MODEBUS interface and USB port for program parameter storage. RT218 combines two RT18 controllers in one 96x96 mm case. RT390 is a compact microprocessor-based controller with user programmable internal structure and very wide range of application. It can be equipped with up to 3 analog and 2 discrete inputs and up to 3 relays and 2 analog outputs and can accept a whole variety of input signals including temperature, relative humidity, flow, pressure, pH, etc. Electromechanical relays, solidstate relays, or current or voltage analog outputs may be installed as control, alarm, or limit comparators. Each relay output may be programmed as time or frequency proportional or as a simple ON/OFF. The 3 analog inputs available allow special applications like positioning control, cascade controllers, pH control (with temperature compensation), etc. The internal structure consists of up to 15 functional blocks. Each functional block may calculate one of the 24 standard functions. Custom defined functions may be added. Bumpless auto/manual changeover is another feature. Network functions and hierarchical control are available with serial interface installed. Keyboard locking is possible by connection of a switch to one of the digital inputs.

LC05 is a low-cost level controller for supply or drainage level control. Through its relay output, this device directly controls electrical pumps, valves, etc. and may be used either for tank emptying (drainage) or tank filling (supply). The LCI2x isolating amplifier is a low-cost isolating unit with robust plastic case for rail mounting, especially designed to be used with COMECO’s ATEX-approved float level switches series LCSFT. The isolator operates with a wide range of power supply voltages and provides an isolated sensor voltage of only 2.5 V. The internal optical isolator and pulse transformer ensure an isolation level of 750 V. LCI2x can be ordered either with 1 input and 1 relay output, or, when the application requires controlling high and low level points, with 2 inputs and 2 corresponding output relays. Up to 3 LEDs provide convenient indication of the output and power state. The excellent price-toperformance ratio makes the remote isolating unit LCI2x a very useful device for low-cost Ex applications in liquid level control.

RT38-Y is a programmable ON/OFF controller, designed for direct control over temperature or other processes when coupled with a TSEC temperature probe or other sensor. The device is equipped with a 3-digit LED display and a control relay. Available are 2 universal-input versions – RTD (for 7 selectable Ptx and 4 Cux sensor types) and T/C (for 3 selectable thermocouples) – as well as versions for linear current and voltage signals. The controller can be ordered either for mains or for low-voltage power supply and allows an automatic software compensation of line resistance and cold junction temperature. The display-to-input correspondence (in case of linear input), decimal point position, temperature measurement unit, and offset value are also programmable. RT38-Y is enclosed in a robust plastic box with IP66 connector and enables easy and firm sensor assembly. COMECO's level controller LCF combines a 2-point float-type level probe LCSFC and a standard LC05 controller installed inside an ABS protective enclosure with IP66. Large variety of versions based on different plastic and stainless steel floats is available. Floats with different dimensions and specific gravity are available for liquid density down to 0.5 g/cm3, temperature up to 135 °C, and pressure up to 50 bar. Various process connections as well as an option for vertical adjustment are available. LCF can be used for liquid filling or emptying control by switching on and off vessel supply or drainage devices such as pumps and magnet valves. The controller allows the operator to select relevant output relay action for either supply or drainage control. Thanks to the compact combination of probe and in-head controller, LCF can be very useful for building cost-saving level control applications.

PSF21x is a programmable flow controller designed for use with low-viscose clear or translucent liquids, transmitting IR light. The operating principle is based on the liquid volume measurement through light-weight rotor, IR sensor, and sophisticated electronics for measurement and control. The material types used (PVDF, Vectra®, Viton®, EPDM, etc.) have a good thermal (up to 90 °C) resistance. A special variant with increased chemical resistance also extends the controller application. Other ranges except the standard 0.5…20 l/min are available on request. PSF21x is equipped with a local 3-digit LED display and a hidden key for easy programming and flow monitoring. Output capabilities include TTL pulse output as well as PNP or NPN alarm output that activates when either of the programmable alarm limits is reached. PSF21x can be used as a flow meter, flow transmitter with pulse output, ON/OFF flow controller, or alarm unit suitable for water treatment and other applications.

The CT03 timer is a low-cost microprocessor-based device for time sequence control with 2 adjustable time periods forming a time cycle, 3 sub-ranges, and 4 different timing modes. The push-wheel switch (BCD) on the front panel enables easy setting of the period duration and the 3-digit display indicates the current time, the parameters, or the operating mode. All modes of operation and parameters are user-programmable via front-panel keyboard. CT03 is also equipped with 2 contact inputs for external start and hold and 2 output relays with programmable action for timing control of processes through switching electrical actuators on and off. The extended features of CT03 simplify programming and process monitoring and make the timer a convenient solution to a wide range of timing related problems.

With its 48x48 mm DIN-sized front panel, the CT04 timer is especially suitable for building in machines and installations where compact size is important. A 4-digit LED display indicates the current time, and the delay is set by push-on wheels (BCD coders), which greatly simplifies the setting and improves accuracy. CT05 is a DIN-rail mountable programmable time-delay relay designed for time sequence control of electrical actuators. The time delay can be adjusted from 0.1 s up to 100 h via a rotary switch and a trimming potentiometer on the front panel and the timing starts at power-on. Different modes of operation – on-delay, off-delay, and cyclical output – can be selected with the rotary micro switch. The timer is equipped with 1 relay output as well as a multi-function LED indicating power supply, relay, and failure status, timing and program modes. CT12 is a programmable device for timing control incorporating 2 independent timers in one case. Two relay outputs (one per channel) control electrical actuators by switching them on and off. A time sequence that may consist of up to 10 ON or OFF periods, each with different duration, may be programmed for each output (channel). The device may be used as a single channel timer with up to 20 period time sequence. After a start command from the featured external input or the front-panel keyboard, the time sequence may be run once or repeated endlessly. A 4-digit digital display indicates current time and – during programming – parameter values, and the keyboard enables setting of all modes and parameters of time sequence. The CT12 timer is easy to program and – with its rich set of features – widely applicable.

CT34SB is a specialized 2-channel fully programmable flow-rate totalizing counter. The instrument is especially designed to measure pulse signals from 2 different flow-meters according to the functional block-diagram below:

Counter software allows a convenient programmable scaling of both measured flow signals and applying various calculations on both flow rates. CT34SB is equipped with two 6-digit LED displays indicating current flow-rates, mathematically calculated values as well as accumulated total counts. CT38 is a single-channel programmable counter with simplified programming. The device has a 4-digit display and can count up to 9999 input pulses. CT38 may work as up or down counter and has a relay output for switching on and off electrical actuators. Relay output action at reaching the preset counter value is user programmable. CT36 is a simple and low-cost battery-powered electronic counter, enclosed in a small plastic box with 48x24 mm front size. Equipped with a 8-digit LCD display, CT36 can count up to 99999999 units. It has 2 inputs counting input with counting speed up to 1000 cps and a RESET input. Both inputs can accept input signals from mechanical or electronic switches. A RESET button on the front panel is also available. The device may be equipped with micros-witches allowing front frequency selection as well as front reset key enabling. CT36 is powered by an incorporated lithium battery that has approximately 7 years of life cycle. Thanks to its small size and longlife battery operation, CT36 can be very useful for many applications requiring independent supply and small mounting dimensions such as integration in water meters, gas meters, etc.

H6300 by COMECO is designed to measure moisture content of wood or concrete samples, employing an electromagnetic measurement principle. With the help of a sensor detecting variations of electromagnetic field within sample, the device measures moisture content even without an electrical contact with the sample.
