JFC TYPE SLAB GATE VALVE FC MANUAL SLAB GATE VALVE (Interchangeable with Cameron Model FC Gate Valve) The FC gate valve features a non-rising stem with a slab gate, Full-Bore Thru-Conduit Design, Floating Slab Gate and Seats, floating seat ring body bushing design to provide safe dependable service. It is available in flanged or threaded ends in standard bore sizes from 1-13/16” thru 7-1/16” in working pressures of 3,000 psi thru 15,000 psi. JBV BALL SCREW GATE VALVES Frac Valves - ball screw gate valve is a type of large bore gate high pressure valve which were improved from Cameron FLS-R gate valve, it’s the main component of Frac Tree, the Frac Valve is often used on the top of the wellhead on high pressure oil well, can do the Frac job for isolating the fluid from the well. JEV EXPANDING GATE VALVES The JEV expanding gate valve consists of one gate body and related gate segment. The contact surface between are designed to milled V structure. JEV Expanding gate valves are available in sizes 2-1/16” thru 4-1/16”, working pressure of 2,000 psi thru 5,000 psi.

JMV MUD VALVE JMV mud valves are cast/forged exclusively made for mud, cement, fraturing water and steam abrasive applications. The seat is dulfureted by rubber. Pre-compression between seat and gate realize the sealing. The seat between the bonnet and body which are jointed by using bolts, is a sealing ring, simplifying the structure and ensuring sealing properties. This gate valve uses a rising stem design. The stem seal are twp type â&#x20AC;?BAâ&#x20AC;? lip rings made of rubber plastics, which not only ensures sealing but also minimizes the operation torques so as to make it easy to open and close the valve.

JDV CHECK VALVE JDV check valve includes swing and lift type. It is used for wellhead manifold assembly. The sealing face of seat and ring is welded with overlay of high hardness alloy, which has high performance to prevent abrasion, erosion and corrosion. The core adopts sulfide-resistance steel and able to be used in H2S condition, Valve body made by alloy steel forging with good performance.

JPV PLUG VALVE JPV plug valve are made from alloy steel forgings which designed to variety of end connections to be integrally machined. The plug valve combined valve body, plug cap, plug and parts. Adopt 1502 union inlet and outlet connection, plug and inserts are designed to resist abrasion and corrosion. Metal to metal sealing makes reliable seal. The valve can be easily open or close under 10,000 psi working pressure.

JHV HYDRAULIC GATE VALVE 2,000 thru 15,000 psi, 1-13/16â&#x20AC;? to 7-1/16â&#x20AC;? The valve is available with an optional manual closing and locking screw. The adjusting nut in the bind cylinder head absorbs the overload or testing pressure applied to the opening side of the valve, protecting the stem from overload. The cylinder ports are located a sufficient distance from the cylinder head to allow in the piston cover the exhaust port before the end of the stroke. This arrangement provides enough damping to protect the cylinder from shock loading. The overload or testing pressure applied to the closing side of the cylinder is absorbed when the piston bottoms out against the packing gland of the stem. The tail rod and the operating stem have back seating shoulders which allow replacement of the stern packing while the valve is under pressure.

CASING HEAD The casing head is a kind of part connecting casings and wellheads. It provides a transition joint for the tubing head, Christmas tree and other wellheads. Both top and bottom connections are API 6A flange, and the flanges are provided with locking bolts. JF-22&JF-29 Casing Heads have a straight bore bowl with 45째 landing shoulder design which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools and prevents test plug and bowl protector wedging problems when pressure is applied. JF-22&JF-29 Casing Heads are normally furnished with threaded outlets and studded outlets are available upon request. Bottom connections can be furnished threaded or slip-on for welding.

CASING SPOOL JF-22 and JF-29 casing spools feature a versatile straight bore design that can accept a wide variety of slip and mandrel type casing hangers, minimizes risk of damage to sealing areas by drilling tools, and prevents test-plug and bow-protector wedging problems when pressure is applied. A 45° landing shoulder is specially designed to support maximum casing loads. JF-29 Casing Spools are based on the same reliable design as the JF-22 with exception that the bowl is longer. This permits the acceptance of the JF-29 casing hanger with larger load capacity for deeper drilling. JF-22-L and JF-29-L casing spools are supplied with a serious of lock screws for casing hanger and pack off retention and multiple bottom sealing type, such as: PE/BG bottom, OO bottom and double “P” seal bottom.

CASING HANGERS Casing hanger is used for supporting the casing loads, and sealing the annular space between casing and tubing.

JF-21 Casing Hanger

JF-21 casing hangers consist of slip, slip bowl, etc. The casing hanger is a slip type, wrap-around hanger for shallow wells with light casing loads (Max 5,000 psi). The JF packoff serves as the primary seal thus can protect the slips from test pressure. With the Type H primary seal provides reliable casing suspension and positive annular sealing in all service environments, it is used globally in the JF-22 and JF-29 wellhead-bowl profiles without lock screws.

JF-22 Casing Hanger

The JF-22 casing hanger is a slip type, wrap-around hanger with an automatic packoff sealing which is applicable for short casing or lightly loaded applications. It is designed to suspend typical casing loads, and only 5,000 psi of casing load it normally needed to activate the annulus seal. The JF-22 casing hanger can save installation time and reduce working risk.

WE Casing Hanger

The WE type casing hanger is a wrap around, slip type hanger for high load capacity applications which is installed at the casing head or casing spool. The hanger is commonly used over mud line system.

W Casing Hanger

The W type casing hanger is a wrap around, slip type hanger for high load capacity applications. It is a kind of weight-set hanger that the weight is supported on a solid shoulder not on seal, thus will not over-compress the seal.

JF-29 Casing Hanger

The JF-29 casing hanger is designed to provide an automatic packoff sealing, thus can suspend typical casing loads. The maximum working pressure could be reached 10,000 psi compared to JF-22 hanger. This type of hanger can save installation time and reduce working dangers.

SECONDARY PACKING/SEAL Secondary seals are used to seal around the production casing stub in the bottom of the bowl of the tubing head. We offer a wide variety of secondary seals below:

PE Secondary Seal

PE secondary seal is installed in the bottom bowl of a casing spool or tubing spool and retained with a snap wire. The seal is energized when the spool is installed over the casing stub and the flange connection is finished, it is available not only in standard API casing sizes, but also nonstandard casing sizes, and it can operate safe and reliable under 5,000 psi.

4-O Secondary Seals

The 4-O secondary seals are installed in casing or tubing head spools with the BG lower internal connection. These bushings are available for applications up to 5,000 psi working pressure.

O-O Secondary Seals

The O-O secondary seals consist of two elastomer seals which are installed in casing or tubing head spools. The O-O shape design offer great flexibility to all internal and external sizes, in casing and tubing head spools.

TUBING HEAD SPOOL Tubing head is equipment attached to the casing spool used to hang the tubing and seal the annulus between the tubing and casing, consisting of tubing head spool and tubing hanger. The tubing head is a necessary component for drilling a completing a well. Tubing heads are straightbore with 45° landing shoulder design which avoids damage to sealing areas by drilling tools, and prevents wedging of the tubing hangers, bowl protectors and test plugs. There are two types of outlets for the tubing head: line pipe outlets and flanged padded (studded) outlets. The secondary seal for the last casing pipe can be an integrated “OO” seal type or the plastic injection type, but also accepts reducer bushings “4-O” and “PE”.

HIGH PRESSURE SWIVEL JOINT Union and the swing joint are applicable to cementing trucks, fracturing trucks, various manifolds, pipelines and other high pressure equipment, which are important fittings to transfer oil, water, fracturing fluids and mixed liquids.
