In a post to her two million followers on the photo sharing site, the flame-haired beauty shared a snap of her blonde-haired mother, and captioned it: “My beautiful mum supporting me! What a blessed life I’ve found.” It’s no surprise that Linday’s friends and family are flocking to her side after the bumpy beginning to her first theatre endeavor. The feature, by David Mamet, has been met with mixed reviews after critics questioned the American star’s suitability for the role.

indsay Lohan received a ‘blessing’ while performing her West End play after Oprah Winfrey turned up to lend support. It’s been a bit of a rocky start for the actress who fluffed her lines on opening night, but everything finally seemed to be smooth sailing once the TV legend was by her side. While backstage at the production of Speed-The-Plow at The Playhouse Theatre in London the twosome caught up and posed for an arm-in-arm

She said: “It will never happen again. I’m more conscious of the pressures now. I feel like a woman, I’ve grown up. “I am not in my 20s, thank god.” She said: “I was burnt out and I wasn’t taking notice. The 17-year-old Lorde has been charged with handpicking every artist that appears on the soundtrack in addition to penning her own song, “Yellow Flicker Beat,” which was released on Monday. The singer wrote on her Tumblr feed of the track: “It’s my first offering from what I hope will be a soundtrack you love. It’s my attempt at getting inside her head, Katniss’,” referring to ¬Jennifer Lawrence’s character in the film. Lorde also admitted in the same Tumblr post this past week that work was almost completed on the hotly anticipated soundtrack, to be released by Republic Records.
Factor and I didn’t even have the right blood back.” Cheryl tried to hide from the fallout and found her family and ¬beloved dogs key to her attempts to ¬regain a normal life. She said: “I just needed time for growth and peace and quiet. “Being away gave me the opportunity to enjoy the simple things in life like playing with my dogs Buster and Coco. “I’ve 11 nephews and nieces, ranging from two to 22. “Having them down (from Newcastle) and ¬going crazy in my house and wiping dirty handprints off the glass was just normal stuff.
“It meant getting back to reality and what really matters.” Cheryl decided to return to X Factor after a four-year break as Cowell, 54, was also back. She said: “I am not going to put pressure on myself. This is a job and I love what I do but I have learned not to take life so seriously.” Cheryl is keen pass on her wisdom, especially to X Factor wannabe Lauren Platt, a 16-year-old student. She said: “It’s a big responsibility for me and I said to Lauren I was worried about her missing out on her teenage years.” “I was a little bit young and there is a lot of pressure. “It took until my mid-20s not to care what people said. You couldn’t understand why people are so mean.” With husband JB hovering in the ¬background, talk turns to babies. And the new chilled Cheryl is happy to take things as they come. She said: “I haven’t set a plan and I will let ¬nature take its course. “Right now I am very happy with the way things are.”

eteran comic actor Johnny Lever says comedy, which is more of a performance based art, is missing from films now. The 57-year-old actor, who was last seen in comic caper ‘Entertainment’, says genuine comedy has been replaced by dialogues and punches in films these days. “Performance in comedy these days is missing. It is all punches and dialogues that is being served as comedy in films nowadays,” Johnny told PTI. “Comedy is more an art of body language and gestures — it is more a performance of an artist than the lines given to him/her,” he added. During his recent visit to the Capital, Johnny, who has appeared in over 250 Hindi films, reasoned that the “lack of performance” leads actors and writers to construe double-meaning dialogues as comedy.

Factor’s Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has opened her heart about the nervous breakdown that nearly destroyed her. In her first newspaper interview about the ordeal, Cheryl, 31, reveals how ¬returning to her native North East and the love of her nephews and nieces pulled her back from her “dark, dark place”. The Geordie singer looked finally happy as she spoke to the Sunday People at her X Factor’s judge’s house about her vow to take life less seriously. Tomorrow night millions of viewers will watch scenes at the hilltop villa near St Tropez in the South of France as she picks from her girls category for the live shows. Each hopes to emulate Cheryl who found fame in 2002, aged 19, with Girls Aloud and is now a hit solo artist. But alongside massive career highs, she has suffered enormous lows. Her 2010 divorce from love rat footballer Ashley Cole was the start of a horrifying year for Cheryl, during which she nearly died after catching malaria in Tanzania and was humiliatingly sacked as US X Factor judge by Simon Cow-
