Digital
Transformation Digital transformation has been impacting sectors like healthcare, education, fashion, and others. While we are aware of how modern technologies are impacting other sectors there is not much literature available about education. At present, education institutions worldwide are faced with multifaceted challenges, including the growing impact of digitalization and changing expectations from students, staff, and faculty. Thanks to the cruelty of the coronavirus pandemic, digital transformation in education have shifted from important to necessity .
It has highlighted the gap that is prevalent in this community between the necessities and ‘not’ in this period. Further, as this sector becomes competitive, digital transformation is now becoming a must for survival as this new digital world requires educators to adapt and adopt digital technologies, methodologies, and mindsets. Educators have proved themselves worthy of fighting all ordeals and have outshone other fields Hats off to the teaching fraternity God bless

Educate Your Children
To Eat Right With an increase in the rate of obesity and the non communicable diseases in children, parents are concerned about their nutrition and daily diet but feel helpless as they don’t know what changes can be made to help their children grow into healthy adults. The diet, lifestyle, eating habits, environment, etc. are all so different today. Here are a few tips with which parents can help their children adopt healthy eating habits. Educate your children - Impart real nutrition knowledge to children through basic nutrition books and magazines. Avoid knowledge or rumors spread on WhatsApp university and other social media , without any credible source. Talk to them about how eating well can help in the growth of their mind and body. Effects of junk food - Apart from telling them why healthy food is important, we must also educate them about ill-effects of unhealthy eating. Tell them how unhealthy and junk food will lead to weight gain, nutritional deficiency, body pain, lethargy etc and try and make the junk food healthy at home . Readout food labels to them- Whenever your child insists on buying packed food, read the label with them and ask them if ingredients written on the label are kitchen food. The answer will mostly be no. You can explain to them that these are chemicals
added to enhance taste, increase shelf life, reduce the growth of fungus and bacteria. You can also do some simple home experiment to show the presence of preservatives in packed food. For example – keep a homemade chapatti and one slice of bread outside for 2-3 days. Chapatti will show growth of fungi but bread won't which will certify the presence of chemicals in the latter. Family Meals-Eat with your child. It helps them to understand and adopt healthy eating habits. It should be as frequent as possible and also teach them how to eat food that is food has to be chewed properly Eat healthily yourself - Be a role model and eat healthy yourself. Children will copy your habit and behavior Maintain a balance - Try to maintain a balance between unhealthy and healthy eating. You can make some rules to strike the balance - for example, eating out once a week, and one junk meal in the tiffin box for school, in a week. In today’s world where packed food is so readily available, it is not easy to keep children off unhealthy and junk food. But educating them and balancing will go a long way. Being a clinical dietitian and after doing Nutritionist entrepreneur program by Dr vishal and Tehzeeb I have designed board games on Nutrition and Fitness for kids .

GURUKUL
Gurukul system of education, which started around 5000 BC is an important part of our ancient Indian culture. Guru Shishya tradition was considered sacred among Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Famous Saints like Ved Vyas, Sandeepani, Valmiki, Shukracharya, Dronacharya, Vashishta, Vishwamitra, Parashuram, Brihaspati etc played a vital role as teachers in our history. The word Gurukula is a combination of two words-Guru (teacher) and Kula(family or home). Gurukul is the home of a teacher (guru) where students or disciples (shishya) stayed together for years and learnt about various subjects, cultures and disciplines. Students were considered equal irrespective of their socio-economic status. In Gurukul, students learnt in forests or open places in a natural atmosphere. Education is focused on applied knowledge, ethics, traditions, human values, love, brotherhood, humanity, peace of mind and discipline. Students were also taught about the art of living, how to run a house and how to deal with society. Extracurricular
activities, yoga, meditation, chanting of mantras etc helps the students in the development of personality, fitness, positivity of mind, spiritual awareness and balanced life. Sanskrit was the language of education in the Vedic Age. In those times knowledge was passed verbally. Students need not had to worry about home work, scoring good marks, ranking system or the competitions about the selection of job. The strong bonding between teacher and students helps in reducing stress leading to better performance of the students. After completion of the education, Gurudakshina was offered to Guru by the students as a gesture of respect and gratitude. The teacher was considered as God. Students touch the feet of the teacher seeking his blessings. Guru considers each student as his child and imparts knowledge to them with a sincere heart. The true bonding between Guru and Shishya was unique. Lord Rama, Lord Krishna and Pandavas are examples of such marvellous students described in our epics and mythology.
Gurur Brahma, Gurur Vishnu, Gurur Devo Maheshwara Guru Sakshat Parabrahma, Tasmai Shri Gurave Namaha! My humble tributes to the great teachers!

Importance of Education Education Education is one of the key components for an individual’s success. It has the ability to shape one’s life in the right direction. Education is a process of imparting or acquiring knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment. It prepares oneself or others intellectually for mature life. It improves not only the personal life of the people but also their community. Thus, one cannot neglect the significance of Education in life and society. Here, we have provided an essay on the Importance of Education. Students can use this essay to prepare for their English exam or as a speech to participate in the school competition. Importance of Education The importance of education in life is immense. It facilitates quality learning to people throughout their life. It inculcates knowledge, belief, skill, values and moral habits. It improves the way of living and raises the social and economic status of individuals.
Education makes life better and peaceful. It transforms the personality of individuals and makes them feel confident. Well said by Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon to change the world”. To elaborate, it is the foundation of the society which brings economic wealth, social prosperity and political stability. It gives power to people to put their views and showcase their real potential. It strengthens democracy by providing citizens with the tools to participate in the governance process. It acts as an integrative force to foster social cohesion and national identity. In India, education is a constitutional right of every citizen. So, people of any age group, religion, caste, creed and region are free to receive education. An educated person is respected everywhere and well treated in society. As a kid, every child dreams of being a doctor, lawyer, engineer, actor, sportsperson, etc. These dreams can come true through education. So, investment in education gives the best return.

Anniversary Special Edition Well educated people have more opportunities to get a better job which makes them feel satisfied. In schools, education is divided into different levels, i.e., preschool, primary, secondary and senior secondary. School education comprises traditional learning which provides students with theoretical knowledge. However, now various efforts are being made to establish inbuilt application-based learning by adding numerous experiments, practicals and extracurricular activities in the school curriculum. Students learn to read, write and represent their viewpoints in front of others. Also, in this era of digital Education, anyone can easily access the information online at their fingertips. They can learn new skills and enhance their knowledge. Steps Taken By Government To Promote Education By now, you all must have understood how vital education is. Unfortunately some children still do not have access to education. The Government has thereby taken initiative to improve education quality and made it accessible to everyone, especially the poor people. The Government passed the Right to Education Act 2009 (RTE Act 2009) on 4 August 2009. This Act came into effect on
1 April 2010, following which education has become the fundamental right of every child in India. It provides free and compulsory elementary education to children of the age group of 6-14 years, in a neighbourhood school within 1 km, upto Class 8 in India. On similar lines, there are other schemes launched by the government such as Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Mid-Day Meal, Adult Education and Skill Development Scheme, National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme, National Program for Education of Girls at Elementary Education, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Scheme for Infrastructure Development in Minority Institutions, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, etc. For our country’s growth, we require a well-educated population, equipped with the relevant knowledge, attitude and skills. This can be achieved by spreading awareness about the importance of Education in rural areas. There is a famous saying that “If we feed one person, we will eliminate his hunger for only one time. But, if we educate a person, we will change his entire life”. Henceforth he will become capable of earning a livelihood by himself.

Role of Education in India Education is a powerful weapon that aids an individual to face the adversities of life and overcome societal stigmas such as poverty, fear, status to achieve success. Education is the hope of development and success for most third-world countries and the world’s dominion countries. Mandatory education builds the scope of better growth and development. Role of Education in India Education has the potential to revolutionize the course of a nation – with skilled and educated youths. A nation comprises a higher rate to achieve its targeted economic growth and sit among the league known as the developed nation. A well-educated nation discards any obstacles that hinder its growth and strives hard to attain sustainable development. Education in India refers to the process of learning, training, and teaching human capital in schools and universities. The Indian government reflects specific
economic policies that emphasize the importance of education in India. Factors contributing to the Importance of Education in India Eradicate the fickle of Unemployment The substantial effect of illiteracy is ‘unemployment.’ Unemployment hinders the progress of a nation-leading to low standards of living and an increased crime rate. India is stuck in a critical situation where almost 58 percent of unemployed graduates and 77 percent of the families are void of regular income. About 67 percent receive an annual income of less than 1.2 Lakh per anum. In this circumstance, India cannot risk leaving any child illiterate, as it would push him towards a life of Unemployment and misery. caste neutral with a progressive mindset that wills to contribute productively to the nation.
In India, nearly 70.6 Million people still live in abject poverty, and the way to discard the vicious cycle of poverty is through Education. Higher rates of literacy result in high access to employability, which in turn provides better living conditions.
Education is an integral tool that helps a nation to achieve economic growth and stability. India homes twenty million youths that graduate annually from various disciplines and set out to aid in the economic development of the nation.
Eradicates Casteism
Educating youth and adults reveals the hidden potential, which could lead India to the path of development.
The caste system is the world’s longest surviving social hierarchy in India. Caste-based discrimination cripples the path of sustainable development in India. A society that discriminates based on caste, creed, race, religion, or color remains entangled in the web of hatred, poverty, and inadequate resources. The contributing factor to the prevalent orthodox customs is illiteracy. Education changes an individual’s perspective on caste discrimination. It makes an individual

Education in India
We are proud to live in this mighty nation which is growing so rapidly in all spheres and horizons. A country is known if it is developing by the literacy rate of the country. India is a nation which is developing well. It is fast growing. We are marching towards ‘In pursuit of excellence’. Here comes the big question, what is the difference between education and literacy, we come across these two words frequently and use very casually without knowing the real meaning of both the words. We are proud to tell that a particular state or a district is fully literate. If we take the Census of literacy rate in India, state or any district it projects a varied number. According to 2011 Census the literacy rate of India, it reveals that 74.04 percent of the population is literate. Kerala is the state with highest literacy rate with 94 percent of literacy rate. This everyone knows. and for each state and district it differs. Now let's discuss what is literacy and what is education. though both of them sound alike, there are plenty of differences in meaning. Literacy means one who knows 3 Re’s,
that is Reading , wRiting, ARithematic. One who knows the basic knowledge of reading, writing and do basic calculations are called literate. On this basis only, literacy rate calculation was done. Whereas education means one who has the capacity to differentiate what is right and wrong, what is good and bad, right use of knowledge in the right situation and time. using the presence of mind in time, decision making, having civic sense, understanding others feelings, having sympathy, empathy and not hurting anyone by words, actions and so on. that is really a big task. It is easy to take a Census whether one knows to read, write and do some basic calculation, on the other hand the other one is really very difficult and is a challenging process. To analyze if a person is educated, is a big question and it is abstract. Certain things cannot be taught, it can only be caught. However, teachers teach taking what is needed and leaving is not needed is the choice of the student.Education makes one intellectually smart and character good. It shapes a person in many

journey of life with confidence and positivity. Education is the key to intelligence and becomes modern. Education reforms the attitude of a person. It guides us and shows the right path, what is right and what is wrong. Education has the power to open many closed doors. Education is a blessing to the country whereas illiteracy is a curse. Education guides us to take the right decision when we are confused it gives us clarity in thoughts. Education is the learning which we attain not only in the classroom but also in our daily life experiences. it modifies one’s behaviour. It is a lifelong process. education cannot be stolen by anybody. Education gives solution to many problems. Art this long life is short. Hence let us salute all the teachers who are behind the education.
Teacher: the builder of the nation Well educated highly talented creature Working in school as teachers So loving and affectionate towards students Simple and humble towards the parents

Education- “A Holistic Approach” The definition of the word Education for maximum people is related to academics, a study of theoretical concepts through books. They feel that learning through the books makes them Educated but it is not so. Education might sound a small word but compiles a lot of things within itself. It means a holistic grooming of an individual. An individual is considered to be Educated when he/she are groomed with not only academics but also traditions, cultures, moral values, humanity, leadership, team spirit, punctuality, honesty and the list goes on. So certainly, if you want to be called as an educated person then you need to learn all the above mentioned qualities, otherwise you would be called a Learned Person not an Educated Person. It is sad to see that the educational institutes these days have also joined the race of focusing only on bookish knowledge. The learning has been constrained to the printed material. We as Educationist need to bring the change by giving the word Education a much stronger definition than it has today. We
will have to change the trends and methods if we wish to see better prospects of human resources in future. The Government is doing their part by introducing the New Educational Policy but along with that we need to do our part too, by encouraging the children to think out of the box, come out with more creative ideas, expertise with critical thinking, problem solving skills, participate in co-curricular activities, sports, specialize in performing arts (dance, acting, music) & enhance in skill development programs because only then can they be holistically groomed and be ready to face any type of challenges that come in their way in the future. With this holistic approach in learning you not only get educated but also get a wide platform with opportunities to choose from. Multi-tasking is the call and need for the present day scenario as it is survival of the fittest. So the more skills you enhance the better chance you get to sustain the competition in the race of being called “Educated”.

Education Man is a social animal. Gifted with supreme thinking power. To nurture the power and use the strength to do good, one needs education. Education is a learning process which improves thinking capacity, creativity, reasoning ability critical thinking and problem solving. According to MalcolmX," Education is the passport for future for tomorrow, Belongs to those who prepare today". Formal education is given properly through schools and colleges. Informal education is given by elders or skilled adults. Non formal education is for adult those who missed school education. To grow and earn we need any one of the three types of education. But without education we could not excel in any field. Hence learning is a continuous process we should not stop learning till we die. Educating ourselves in various fields make us self dependent. With out expecting others we can fullfill our domestic needs bu ourselves.
To ensure education to all, Mr. Kamaraj our former chief minister of Tamilnadu introduced Mid day meals scheme. They get education as well as food. After finishing their education they can easily feed their entire family. The best way to educate the poor and the needy. “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for lifetime".is a famous quote. So educating something is very useful for the survival. Literacy rate becomes high through formal and non formal education system. If the literacy rate becomes higher we get an elevated society .This is good for the nation's development. Education is a boon for the mankind. Let us educate ourselves as well as our society. I wish to conclude this article with a poem.

Biggest challenge faced by Indian education system during pandemic ! In today’s current scenario education has all become a tick in the box job! All one wants as an educator is to complete the prescribed curriculum in the limited time frame. Earlier when physical school was in progress, students used to have all the activities in school. Be it sharing of Tiffin or playing together in the open grounds or competing with each other in quiz or debates. Yes nothing has stopped. Sports classes still continue to happen. Singing, dancing, drawing, debate competition still happen .. not in the real world but virtually. Where are we heading ? Are sports supposed to be confined to the small screen ? Are the kids supposed to be having competitions online ? Is the purpose of all the activities being served ?
All the activities conducted during physical schooling had a strong purpose. Collaboration, team work, cooperative learning, development of the child’s personality, all round development of the kid, Holistic approach. Are we doing justice? The biggest challenge that we face today not only in India but globally is making sure that our future global citizens are mentally, physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually sound. Our curriculum focuses more on academics especially during the pandemic. We need to teach our kids to set and meet their goals, to raise their standards,to be masters in handling the emotions, relationships, finance and time management, besides attaining knowledge. When all this comes together it is called Success.

Anniversary Special Edition Kids need to be taught to accept failure. Failure is a necessary component of success. Brain development occurs when failure happens. When kids understand the concept of overcoming failure amazing things can happen for them. This will help them develop emotionally. It will help them to embrace mistakes, obstacles and challenges. Most of the population reside in rural areas with limited or no facilities at all. Leave alone the concept of the so called BLENDED learning. More than half the population of teachers is not tech-savvy, and so they will struggle with implementing digital teaching in virtual classrooms. It’s a fact that even veteran teachers feel uncomfortable and less confident with smart classrooms. The teacher needs to be provided with the desired devices and training required before they impart knowledge to the kids who again most of them are first level learner’s as well as financially weak. Everyone is being challenged always to give out their best because a better person is knocking on your role. This causes a lot of pressure on the teachers from school administrators to perform well every time with limited resources available. At the same time, a lot of factors can cause the teachers to burn out easily. Feel
ing overworked, unsupported, underpaid, lack of personal time, the difficulty of work-life balance and not getting proper rest all of this can result in building up of frustration. Overworking can even affect the most energetic teacher and this can impact the way they handle the class causing more serious problems. In our age old Gurukul system of learning focus was given more importance in the understanding of the learner but in today’s times teaching is more focused on exams, marks and results. Thanks to NEP 2020 we do have a ray of hope provided it is implemented effectively. A good flexible teaching platform can help the teachers to lcontribute better to the education quality and the overall success rates of the students. Teachers also have to make serious efforts to tackle all these classroom challenges and contribute their best to the teaching world.
Teaching children to count is fine, But teaching children what counts is BEST!!!! Dr. Ushavati Shetty

Need of Education: Mental healthof a Human and its consequences. We, the human beings are the creatures of nature. But maximum time we never think of nature’s rule. If nature goes against our rules and activities, we will have to pay for that consequences. Humans are basically controlled by their desire and six “Ripu’s”. Among all other “ripu”, the most destructive elements are “Kama” and “Krodha”. Depending those two significant ‘ripu’, we get out from the human characteristics. Based on the human character, we live our life not by days but by our deeds. Our deeds gives us our stability on another person’s memory in this society. A man not only lives by his / her surroundings, but also he / she leaves an impact to this world. As all of we know that habit is the second nature, that’s why a man creates a habitat on his / her character. As a result we form an identical habit depending on circumstances and situation. So, we will have to make our own environment as simple as possible without taking any unsafe risk(s).
In present days many people lives their life with tons of stress, agitation, demand, frustration and unnecessary desire, just because they have taken or they are passing through the consequences for taking extra risks. So, to live our life simple and peaceful we will have to maintain a balanced demand – a balanced dream which can never kill ourselves for those unnecessary risks taken by us. That’s why a poor farmer’s life in a village is very peaceful and satisfactory than a rich businessman’s life in a city or metro-city. A person’s risks / wrong decision can bring him / her to destroy him / her for life-long unless until he / she rectify himself / herself or changes his/ her way of living with less risks / uncontrolled desires. So, we will have to follow the policy ‘look before you leap’ every time. Thus, we will have to control our mental well-being only through the education and meditation of our mind – that is the real purpose of education. Don’t be pushed around by the

Intent Or Legislation, What Education In India Really Needs? In an ever globalising world, where the events of one geographical area directly or indirectly affect people of different regions, the magnitude of quality education, its implementation and acceptance are bound to leave a colossal impact, not only for the present generation, but also for the coming ones. India as a nation-state recently celebrated 75 years of independence from British colonial rule, and 75 years is the perfect time to analyse its achievements in the field of education; to reflect on the strides India has taken in providing basic education to both its masses and classes, and the pitfalls it had to endure in getting education for all. A person’s knowledge and intellect are developed depending upon the kind of education he/she has received, which in turn fuels the growth of the economy of the nation. There is a direct co-relation between enhancements in education sector leading to advancement in the economy of the nation, as
it enhances the skill-set of the workforce, which makes the best use of technology. In today’s world it is hard to imagine to exercise any other rights without the implementation of education as a fundamental right. Economically and marginalized adults and children can lift themselves out of poverty and participate fully as citizens by making use of education. Keeping this in mind the Government of India enacted in 2009, The Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Act, wherein all children between the age of 6-14 years have the right to elementary education. This is Fundamental Right under article 21A of the Constitution of India reiterated in State of UP v/s Bhupendra Nath Tripathi 2010(13) SCC 203(para 11). This has indeed helped in a lot of children getting their much required education, but a lot more needs to be done. At least the intent is there with proper legal backing.

Anniversary Special Edition A large number of human rights problems can be solved only when the right to education is treated as the basic right to implement other human rights, which is why Article 26 of United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) adopted in 1948 states: “Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merits…” Not only UDHR, but the right to education has been recognised by many international treaties. India too is a State party to ICESCR (International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, 1966), the CERD (Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination, 1966), the CEDAW (Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women, 1981) and the Convention on the Rights of Child, 1990. India as a developing nation, has had its share of shortcomings in implementing education for all its citizens. About 110 million children in India remain out of the schooling system, and about 60% of those who enrol in school drop out by 8th grade, and it is they who mostly face inequalities in various spheres of life. Inclusion in the grand scale of education would lead to their upliftment in every aspect of life, which is why the Constitution of India recognises education as the essence of social transformation, as is seen from its education specific articles. In Mohini Jain v/s State of Karnataka [AIR 1992 SC 1858], the Hon’ble Supreme Court made it amply clear that the right to education flows directly from the Right to life under article 21. The rationale of this judgement was
further examined by a five judge bench in J.P. Unnikrishnan v/s State of Andhra Pradesh [AIR 1993 SC 2178] where the Hon’ble Supreme Court has made it clear that the right to education which is implicit in the right to life and personal liberty guaranteed by Article 21 must be construed in the light of Directive Principle in Part IV of the Constitution. Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles are supplementary and complementary to each other. In the context of articles 45 and 41, the right to education means that every citizen of this country has a right to free education until he completes the age of 14 years, after which his/her right to education is circumscribed by the limits of economic capacity of the State and its development. The same has been further reiterated by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Bandhua Mukti Morcha v/s Union of India and Others [(1997) 10 SCC 549], “in Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education v/s KS Gandhi, right to education at the secondary stage was held to be a fundamental right. In JP Unnikrishnan v/s State of Andhra Pradesh, a constitution bench had held education up to the age of 14 years to be fundamental right… it would be therefore incumbent upon the State to provide facilities and opportunity as enjoined under article 39(e) and (f) of the Constitution and to prevent exploitation of their childhood due to indigence and vagary”. It is perhaps in this vein that the Union Cabinet approved the New Education Policy [NEP] 2020. The Indian education system is called as obsolete by many because of its examination scoring system which emphasises rote learning with no incentive for real life applications. The NEP has come up with changes that have been necessary for a long time now.

Anniversary Special Edition Among its good implementations what probably seems like a drawback in the long run is that “mother tongue, or local, or regional language, is to be the medium of instruction in all schools up to class 5 (preferably till class 8 and beyond). In promoting regional or local languages, English will take a backseat, if this is implemented. English as a language may have been imposed on us by the British, but it does give us a great comparative global advantage because it is the language that the world talks in; and introducing learning in English directly in class 6th might prove to be very hard on children who come from backgrounds that aren’t as privileged as those from the rich and upper middle class. With the understanding and command over English, and internet access, the middle class of our country who rarely saw a decline in struggles, were presented with new opportunities and a chance to grow. To strip the coming generations off would be rather unfair. The education sector in our country is extremely
underfunded, with the conditions of government schools deplorable, and with such a move, only the students from rich background are going to have a field day. Our system should stop looking at issues from the lens of the rich and the privileged, and deal with educational issues in an inclusive way with both intent and proper legal backing. To quote Sir Claus Moser, “Education costs money, but then so does ignorance”; the government of the day must realise that it is only education which empowers the future generation and hence should be the main concern for any nation. It is only through a clear intent and proper implementation of laws by the concerned authorities that education would reach the doorstep of every Indian, irrespective of caste, colour, and creed; whether he/she resides in the metropolis or in the village; and only then the present generation could hope to give our coming generations, a nation better than the present.

Re-imagining Education
In India Post Covid For more than a year now, the pandemic has thrust upon our students, the concept of online classes and remote learning. I use the word ‘thrust’ because we went online not by choice but by default. Digitisation of education has been a distant dream for many years now and despite having made significant strides in this direction, we are still a long way to go. No wonder then, that as statistics reveal, there are huge gaps in teaching- learning with regard to accessibility of technology for this mode of education to be truly successful. Thus, we do not envisage an educational model that is totally based on remote learning. Also, these 1.5 years have emboldened the belief that nothing can supersede physical/offline mode of education. So, where does this lead us to?
As we usher into a Tech- mediated Education Revolution 4.0, it is expected that blended learning will be the new norm. While schools would continue to perform the social functions of education, parents would have to shoulder responsibility for inculcating a robust value system and grooming the personality of their wards. Teachers’ responsibility would increase manifold as they would need to keep abreast of technological advancements while performing bigger and bolder roles with regard to curriculum designing to cater to individual differences and developing assessment tools to gauge the different dimensions and traits of student personality. Focus of education is expected to shift drastically from academic performance to skill building through pedagogic re-inventions.

Anniversary Special Edition What I see ahead is the establishment of a dynamic 2T approach i.e. teacher and technology approach wherein the two would complement each other to provide utmost benefit to the students in terms of their holistic development which is totally in consonance to the spirit and objective of NEP2020 as well. T vs T approach is not foreseen wherein technology substitutes the teacher altogether. Why? It’s only the teachers that give that human/personal touch to the rendering of education and thus act as an efficacious conduit to attainment of the goals of teaching- learning at large. A greater level of collaboration among the elements of the education triad which include parents, teachers and schools would become indispensable to help students navigate the future fruitfully.
The first step towards the attainment of the aforesaid objectives would be an attitudinal change of teachers that would require them to undergo multiple and rigorous training, as learning in the future would become more learner- centric with the teacher just playing the role of a facilitator. To be true, the teacher would no longer be a sage on the stage but would rather be a guide by the side. The second requirement would be to ensure equal accessibility to technology for all the students across the country. Only then would this hybrid model of education be able to cater to the ABC of a student’s personality, the three domains namely ‘A’ffective, ‘B’ehavioural & ‘C’ognitive. Bandan Preet Mahajan

High Performance Learning I recently met the Head of a School of a leading education group in Dubai. During my conversation with her, I was very impressed by her belief that all students can be high achievers regardless of their academic starting points. When I asked her how, she mentioned it is through engaging in world class lessons, delivered by world class teachers who systematically and consciously use current pedagogy and High Performance Learning (HPL) strategies. She mentioned to me that all students can be high performers when every educator believes in the potential of each learner and teaches with this expectation at the forefront of their minds, and that all students can achieve, with practice and perseverance and regular reminders. As I walked around the school, it was so very evident that HPL was truly becoming a part of the school’s learning culture; from the children articulating their learning in the classroom, to children working collaboratively and engaging in creative and critical thinking tasks across all areas of learning. The school ensured that they recognise and nurture
every individual student's potential. I decided to observe one of the lessons in the classroom and it was wonderful to see how HPL was embedded through carefully planned lessons which incorporate the 5 Advanced Cognitive Performance Characteristics (ACPs) or as the children understand them as ‘The 5 learning brains’: Meta-cognition Brain, Linking Brain, Realising Brain, Creating Brain and Analysing Brain. There were two more things that impressed me from this visit—one was the Innovative Learning Zones and the other was High Performance Learning Student ambassadors. The innovative learning Zones were very effective in creating impactful learning. It was very interesting to note that the schedule was created by the school’s High Performance Learning Student Ambassadors. The formula for success

There are many schools that are using the HPL framework, which is based on the latest research in neuroscience and psychology. learners have the potential to achieve the very highest results and emphasises and develops the attitudes and performance characteristics required for this to happen. More pupils than we previously thought have the potential to perform at the highest levels. Gifted education tells us exactly how to achieve this. There really is ‘Room at the Top’ if we systematically nurture more children to get there. High Performance Learning theory suggests that most students are capable of achieving the high levels of academic performance once seen as the domain of the very few and that the role of a school is help students make this a reality. The 7 Pillars of High Performance
Let us look at the benefits of HIGH PERFORMANCE LEARNING: 1. Encourages students to aim high and believe in the growth of the brain and their ability 2. Develops intellectual curiosity and confidence to form, shape and express ideas 3. Develops a love of learning and intrigue through enquiry-based approaches 4. Provides students with opportunities to solve problems creatively by adapting and improvising aspects of their learning 5. Instils a desire to embrace challenge and to challenge others 6. Encourages risk-taking and knowledge that mistakes lead to learning 7. Encourages self-regulation and reflection to recognise strengths and build on areas of development 8. Develops active listeners, who can give and receive critical feedback 9. Teaches students how to critically evaluate sources and draw conclusions 10. Encourages students to be happy, resilient and confident. The High Performance Learning approach recognises that all
There are different ways to make our home a high-performance learning home. Parents need to build resilience in kids at home by helping them believe in themselves, not to be afraid to make mistakes and to keep trying. We need to encourage kids to know how our kids are doing and whether they need to put more effort in any specific area. Encourage our kids to be receptive to ideas that differ from your own. And also make sure that kids practice regularly until they can do it well. We need to develop a spirit of curiosity in our kids by encouraging them to ask questions, by answering questions and working together and independently to find answers to questions.

Importance of Educating a Girl India is still far from achieving gender equality and its skewed sex ratio of 940 females per 1000 males bears witness to this fact. A girl child in India is often seen as a liability, a ‘burden’ to pass on. Given the prevailing influence of patriarchal values, right from their birth, a lot many girls bear the brunt of gender inequality, gender stereotypes and are treated inferiorly, as compared to boys. No matter how talented and ambitious she is, the girl child often receives the shorter end of the stick. In fear of exploitation and abuse, many girls are not sent to school and kept at home only to be married off early. And even if she is not married off, the young girl is still denied a deserving education, quality healthcare, employment opportunities and equal rights that a boy easily gets. While some girls manage to ‘escape’ from the shackles and try to build a bright future, most resign to their ill fate. How can we hope for India to progress when half of our society remains under the shadow of discrimination?
To find answers, we must first understand the key difficulties that a girl child faces. Survival as the first challenge While there are laws that ban sex-determination of a foetus and selective abortion, this practice continues in the shadows. This not only negatively impacts the number of girls born, but also affect the health and safety of the mother. Consecutive pregnancies with the hope of a boy take a toll on the physical as well as mental health as it is the woman who gets blamed for the sex of the baby. Stricter implementation and monitoring of laws, and better awareness, is essential to help the girl child survive. Hurdles in receiving quality education Recent national data reveals that the dropout rate for girls at the elementary level are 4.10% which rises to 16.88% at the secondary level,

Anniversary Special Edition with the figures being substantially higher for girls from vulnerable groups (19.05% for SC and 24.4% for ST groups) (U-DISE 2015-16). The retention rate of girls at the elementary level is 70.6% which drops to secondary level is 55.5% (U-DISE 2016-17). Due to existing attitudes regarding girls’ education, safety concerns, distance between home and school, lack of affordable sanitary napkins, absence of separate and functional toilets, and poor school infrastructure, several teenage girls tend to become irregular in attending schools or drop out before completing their schooling. Only one in every three girls in India completes school education age-appropriately (U-DISE 2016-17). Child marriage Out of the 12.15 million children married in India, 8.9 million are girls, and married girls are three times the boys. As per Census 2011, there are about 3 million children below age 14 that are married. Rural girls constitute 55% of married children. Child marriage robs girls of their childhood as they step into adult roles that they are unprepared for – be it managing households, bearing children, making decisions and so on. It not only hampers her schooling but also pushes young girls into early pregnancy which harms the health and nutrition of the teenage mother as well as her child. Abuse and violence/safety concerns A girl child is an easy target and is usually at the receiving end of abuse and domestic violence, which more often than not goes unreported. In rural areas, parents are reluctant to send their daughters to school fearing their safety. Latest data released by the National Crime Records Bureau also reveals that kidnapping, abduction and sexual offenses against
children were among the top two crimes committed against children. 28% of all rape victims were girls under age 18 and out of the total number of children that went missing in the year 2018, 70% were girls. Ill-equipped schools Due to extreme taboos, lack of affordable sanitary napkins, lack of decent functioning toilets, and inadequate school infrastructure, several teenage girls of menstrual age lag in schooling. Why is the education of the girl child important? In our country, many people are unaware of how the education of the girl child can transform lives for the better. It is a sad state of affairs when people across socio-economic strata think that investing in a girl child’s education is a waste of money. The fact that they would rather justify spending on their daughter’s marriage expenses or dowry instead of their education is even more disheartening. Early education can be instrumental in shaping the society towards progress. When a girl is educated, she is empowered. She can make decisions for herself, raise the standard of living for her family and children, generate more employment options and reform the society as a whole. Therefore, a change in the mindset towards girl child education in India is the need of the hour. Every girl child must be treated equally with love and respect. The government has been making persistent efforts to raise the status of the girl child in the society as well as incentivize her education through various schemes and programs. These have surely contributed to girls’ education to an extent yet a lot more needs to be done for girls to be truly treated as equal to boys.

Benefits of Education for Women Introduction
Art made by myself portraying a woman
Life style of an Indian woman, educational opportunities for them, increases their scope in various sectors as leaders which is very appreciative and encouraging. The development of future generation mainly depends upon the education of women in this world. So their education is the most essential part for the development of the society, at the same time it is benefited, as in turn it becomes helpful for all the women to educate their children’s to be good persons in the family as well as an active member of the society. Mostly mothers are responsible for cultivating as well as nurturing good behavior in their children as the influence of a mother on the child is much more important. Therefore it is very necessary that a mother is imbued with good qualities and act as a guide/ mentor. Every educated woman is able to run her house well and can make it a paradise on the earth,

Thus the education of women holds great importance for our national as well as social life. I think it is a duty of the society and the Government to provide adequate facilities for educating women. Because, if we educate a women in turn we will educate the whole family. When a woman is educated it results in promoting her self–respect in turn rising her status. Savitribai Phule, Abla Bose, Sucheta Kriplani are considered as an eye openers of women education. Savitribai Phule was the pioneer of the feminist movement in India. She started the first ever school for girls in the country in the year 1848 in Bhidewada, Pune. Here I would like to highlight some points which are beneficial for women education. Such as:
3. Decrease in Chance of Abuse
1. Good for Economic Growth
5. Promoting Social Inclusion
When women are provided equal rights and access to education they go on to participate in business and various economic activities. Through their earning power and capacity they become helpful and work as a social transformer against current and future poverty.
Normally girls and ladies are always found working in the home on domestic chores. They are discouraged from pursuing activities outside the house. This creates a social isolation for girls and women of different ages, leading to higher levels of depression as well as other mental health issues. An education encourages woman to develop a professional life within the public sphere, allowing them to became a part of the community and develop their own identity away from the home.
2. Good Communities Educated women are more likely to encourage a good education and inspire compassionate values into their children as well as others in the society. It also improves children’s and women’s survival rates and condition of their health. Due to study they get delay in marriage and early in pregnancies. Education empowers women both in the home and the workplace and helps to tackle many old believes as well as other obstacles in the community.
Educated women are much less likely to suffer domestic abuse then illiterate ones. In traditional household women are viewed as domestic commodities existing in and for the house, but educated women with their knowledge and attitude can teach others that they can add to the family value along with being an family asset. 4. Decreased in Mortality Rates Normally educated women get married at proper age and also bear a child at a right time frame/ age in life. They are likely to survive from their first delivery and are able to take good care of the baby. They are able to provide proper nutrition and take care as well as healthy sanitation of the child.
6. Promoting Good Health Educated women can promote better health through better knowledge and training. Advantage of women education is the fight against the spread of HIV- AIDS and various other diseases.

Anniversary Special Edition 7. Better for the Environment Everybody knows that small family is a happy family. Education can be helpful to control over–population in the nation. Female education means they get more chance to involve in society, community and the nation. Conclusion Napoleon once said that, “Give me an educated mother, I shall promise you the birth of a civilized nation”. Swami Vivekananda once said that, “It is impossible to think about the welfare of the world unless condition of women is improved”.
It is impossible for a bird to fly without one wing; it needs both the wings at the same time to fly. Similarly men and women are only able to fulfill their dreams together. The fortune of the nation depends upon the educational system. Women and men are equally treated in the eyes of law. But in our cultural condition the women are supposed to be remained at home for internal domestic routine work and men in the other hand are the bread earners. Gradually changes are taking place in all sectors. So with the development in the educational field lots of changes are bring be observed.

Education Education is a constitutional right of every citizen that prepares an individual to play their role as a sophisticated member of society. The importance of Education can be implied by habituating the lack of its existence. Education began in prehistory, as adults trained the young in the knowledge and skills deemed necessary in their society. In pre-literate societies, this was achieved orally and through imitation. Story-telling passed knowledge, values, and skills from one generation to the next. As cultures began to extend their knowledge beyond skills that could be readily learned through imitation, formal education developed. Formal education occurs in a structured environment whose explicit purpose is teaching students. Usually, formal education takes place in a school environment with classrooms of multiple students learning together with a trained, certified teacher of the subject. Most school systems are designed around a set of values or ideals that govern all educational choices in that system.
Such choices include curriculum, organizational models, design of the physical learning spaces (e.g., classrooms), student-teacher interactions, methods of assessment, class size, educational activities, and more. The importance of education and its significance can be understood through the life of an ignorant and illiterate person, who has never had the chance to visit the school and is experiencing the bane of illiteracy could value the answer to the question-‘Why is Education an essential factor in our life?’ He/she knows the prominence and importance of Education and its changes in an individual’s life. The enormous hardship of illiteracy is its constant dependency issue. An illiterate individual depends on others for his/her survival. Education prepares its wings to fly and explore the surroundings while being confident and opportunistic. Education builds individuals, educated individuals build better societies, and better societies build great nations.

Research suggests that online learning has been shown to increase retention of information, and take less time, meaning the changes

With this sudden shift away from the classroom in many parts of the globe, some are wondering whether the adoption of online learning will continue to persist post-pandemic, and how such a shift would impact the worldwide education market. While some believe that the unplanned and rapid move to online learning – with no training, insufficient bandwidth, and little preparation – will result in a poor user experience that is unconducive to sustained growth, others believe that a new hybrid model of education will emerge, with significant benefits. “I believe that the integration of information technology in education will be further accelerated and that online education will eventually become an integral component of school education. It is clear that this pandemic has utterly disrupted an education system that many assert was already losing its relevance and outlines how schools continue to focus on traditional academic skills and rote learning, rather than on skills such as critical thinking and adaptability, which will be more important for success in the future. Could the move to online learning be the catalyst to create a new, more effective method of educating students? While some worry that the hasty nature of the transition online may have hindered this goal, others plan to make e-learning part of their ‘new normal’ after experiencing the benefits first-hand. Thus, People of current age carry constant exploration. They could do so due to their education and knowledge about the past technology. Skills or Certificate Which candidate would you prefer? A non –graduate who has completed all courses from the online Khan academy or a graduate from the prestigious Harvard university? Wait till the end of this article for the preferred CEO’s answer. Focus on skills. We must have heard it so often, that it hardly rings a bell in our ears anymore. What are these skills anyways? Is learning a skill better than earning a degree? I learnt' it the hard way. I was all pumped and excited about the new course I was enrolling into. It was called the PG Diploma in School Leadership and Management (PGDSLM) conducted by the School of Education (SOE) by IGNOU (Open University). All these years in education, I understand that while I speak of the education theories from Vygotsky’ theory of cognitive development and Piagets’ early child development research to Blooms’ Taxonomy and Gardner’s’ Multiple Intelligence, I am a novice to world of education myself. Gate crasher is the word we use in our organization. It somehow gives us the edge.
It makes us feel tall, in front of the sea of teachers we train. So all in all, conscience pricked and I decided to get an educational degree of my own. I choose the diploma from IGNOU. The largest Open University in the world. And the school leadership was on. I worked hard. Completed my assignments. Wrote the exams. Attended the boring but compulsory week long classes where you sit before a television and watch a lifeless and soulless video on the vibrancy of education! I did it all. I even got good grades in all but two of my exams. I missed those two. I had to travel. I did not get my certificate! So I was back to square one. No diploma to show. I had worked hard to complete and submit my assignments. In fact I researched for my assignments. I was the star of my contact classes. I made new teacher friends. I shared emails with them. I also gifted a very precious book to my Head Teacher. We had great time with our presentation. And needless to boast, my team was superb while presenting. This only to reinforce that the classes and studies were fun, despite a certificate less program.

But no one could take my learning away. Thus I spoke about my lessons. I taught the teachers in bits and pieces. I also shared my books which I doubt anyone ever read. Yet I persisted. Persistence is one skill I cherish, on a side note here. Then the big opportunity arose. A school approached me asking for a regular training for their new teachers. On further enquiry, they said something on the lines of leadership and education would be wonderful. Here, I was with my Aha moment. Thus developed the school leadership program. A program that I knew so well. A program that would now benefit more than a mere me. And as I write, I have conducted this program in four schools last month and the reviews were excellent.
The program helped me develop modules based on certain skills that a teacher needs to learn. Skills that practiced over a period of time becomes’ a teacher’s habit. And habits are what become of us when all is forgotten. A research in a medical journal cites that habits even stay with a person who has amnesia! Habits are a powerful skill to embed. While at school, we focus so much on the subject which is essentially for a degree program or board exams, that we lose sight of skills to develop. Skills are the next currency of 21st century education. As for the answer to our earlier riddle, most of the CEOs of top Corporates said, they would prefer a non-graduate from the Khan academy.

It has not only taken the lives of people, but also took away the support of people's lives, and one of them is the education sector which has been affected a lot due to Corona, for about 18 months, the entire schools of the country And colleges are closed. Due to which there has been a very bad effect on the education sector, but due to this corona, skill development and virtual education has also been encouraged in our country, many schools, colleges, universities and NGOs of the country have promoted virtual education in the country. And has done many skill development programs and education to reach all the citizens of the country. And along with this, by organizing many quiz competitions, poetry competitions, art competitions and national and international webinors, conferences, the work has been done to bring
education to the people in times like this corona. Due to which the desire to learn something new has also increased among the people. And along with that people have also become attracted towards virtual education and its importance has also been realized.Education is the milk of a lioness who will drink, sing the same roar. that is why there is no age to get education, whenever, wherever and whatever education you get, it should be accepted because the real key to your success is education, your people can leave together Yes, those whom you consider as your life can go away from you, but education is always with you in good and bad times, that is why education has a very important contribution in human life.Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits. Sustainable Development Goal 4 Quality Education and 21st Century Skills for Education System Introduction to Education:Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits. Educational methods include teaching, training, storytelling, discussion and directed research. The word "education" is derived from the Latin word ēducātiō (A breeding, a bringing up, a rearing) from ēducō (I educate, I train). Education began in prehistory, as adults trained the young in the knowledge and skills deemed necessary in their society. Education frequently takes place under the guidance of educators, however learners can also educate themselves in formal or informal settings and any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or acts may be considered educational.
The methodology of teaching is called pedagogy. There are movements for education reforms, such as for improving quality and efficiency of education towards applicable relevance in the students' lives and efficient problem solving in modern or future society at large or for evidence-based education methodologies. Formal Education, Informal Education and Non-formal Education:The National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020), which was approved by Government of India on 29 July 2020, outlines the vision of India's new education system. The new policy replaces the previous National Policy on Education, 1986. The policy is a comprehensive framework for elementary education to higher education

Anniversary Special Edition as well as vocational training in both rural and urban India. The policy aims to transform India's education system by 2040. It envisions an India-centric education system that contributes directly to transforming our nation sustainably into an equitable and vibrant knowledge society by providing high-quality education to all. Shortly after the release of the policy, the government clarified that no one will be forced to study any particular language and that the medium of instruction will not be shifted from English to any regional language. The language policy in NEP is a broad guideline and advisory in nature; and it is up to the states, institutions, and schools to decide on the implementation. • Formal education occurs in a structured environment whose explicit purpose is teaching students. Usually, formal education takes place in a school environment with classrooms of multiple students learning together with a trained, certified teacher of the subject. Most school systems are designed around a set of values or ideals that govern all educational choices in that system. Such choices include curriculum, organizational models, design of the physical learning spaces (e.g. classrooms), student-teacher interactions, methods of assessment, class size, educational activities, and more. The International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) was created by UNESCO as a statistical base to compare education systems. In 1997, it defined 7 levels of education and 25 fields, though the fields were later separated out to form a different project. It also extended the lowest level (ISCED 0) to cover a new sub-category of early childhood educational development programmes, which target children below the age of 3 years. While considered "alternative" today, most alternative systems have existed since ancient times. After the public school system was widely developed beginning in the 19th
century, some parents found reasons to be discontented with the new system. Alternative education developed in part as a reaction to perceived limitations and failings of traditional education. A broad range of educational approaches emerged, including alternative schools, self learning, homeschooling, and unschooling. Informal learning is one of three forms of learning defined by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Informal learning occurs in a variety of places, such as at home, work, and through daily interactions and shared relationships among members of society. For many learners, this includes language acquisition, cultural norms, and manners. In informal learning, there is often a reference person, a peer or expert, to guide the learner. If learners have a personal interest in what they are informally being taught, learners tend to expand their existing knowledge and conceive new ideas about the topic being learned. For example, a museum is traditionally considered an informal learning environment, as there is room for free choice, a diverse and potentially non-standardized range of topics, flexible structures, socially rich interaction, and no externally imposed assessments. While informal learning often takes place outside educational establishments and does not follow a specified curriculum, it can also occur within educational settings and even during formal learning situations. Educators can structure their lessons to directly utilize their students informal learning skills within the education setting. Non-formal learning includes various structured learning situations which do not either have the level of curriculum, syllabus, accreditation and certification associated with 'formal learning', but have more structure than that associated with 'informal learning'

The SDGs were set up in 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly and are intended to be achieved by the year 2030. They are included in a UN Resolution called the 2030 Agenda or what is colloquially known as Agenda 2030. The full title of SDG 4 Quality Education is "Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all". SDG 4 has ten targets which are measured by 11 indicators. The seven "outcome-oriented targets" are: (1) free primary and secondary education; (2) equal access to quality pre-primary education; (3) affordable technical, vocational and higher education; (4) increased number of people with relevant skills for financial success; (5) elimination of all discrimination in education; (6) universal literacy and numeracy; and (7) education for sustainable development and global citizenship. The three "means of achieving targets" are: build and upgrade inclusive and safe schools; expand higher education scholarships for developing countries; and increase the supply of qualified teachers in developing countries. SDG 4 aims to provide children and
young people with quality and easily accessible education plus other learning opportunities. One of its targets is to achieve universal literacy and numeracy. A major component in acquiring knowledge and valuable skills is the learning environment. Hence, the urgent need to build more educational facilities and also upgrade the present ones to provide safe, inclusive and effective learning environments for all. SDG 4 QE consists of 7 targets, 3 means of actual application and 12 indicators. Eight of them are supposed to be achieved by 2030, while one is to be achieved by 2020 and the rest have no target years. Each of the targets has one or more indicators to measure progress. The targets include free primary and secondary education, equal access to quality pre-primary education, equal access to affordable technical, vocational and higher education, increase the number of people with relevant skills for financial success, eliminate all discrimination in education, universal literacy and numeracy, education for sustainable development and global citizenship, build and upgrade inclusive and safe schools, expand higher education scholarships for developing countries and increase the supply of qualified teachers in developing countries. COVID-19 pandemic and SDG 4 Quality Education:Achieving SDG 4 for inclusive and equitable access to education is likely to be missed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a projection that more than 200 million children will still be out of education by 2030. After the pandemic hit, school closure (including universities) starting in April 2020 affected up to 91 percent of enrolled learners. Most of the world's children were deprived of formal education during the COVID-19 outbreak—a legacy that could threaten

the SDGs' underlying ambition to leave no one behind. Many educational institutions are attempting to maintain programs through online education. However, equity remains a major constraint on access to distance learning, as many students in the developing countries do not either have access to the internet or a safe and supportive learning environment appropriate for e-learning. In an effort to foster international collaboration and ensure that education never stops, UNESCO in March 2020 launched the COVID19 Global Education Coalition, a multi-sector partnership between the UN family, civil society organisations, media and IT partners to design and deploy innovative solutions. Organisations that are involved in ensuring quality education is achieved include: Plan International, The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Global Partnership for Education, The United Nations Girls' Education Initiative, National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Childhood Education International, UNESCO Institute for Statistics, United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), International Telecommunication Union (ITU). 21st Century Skills for education through teaching and learning process:21st century skills comprise skills, abilities, and learning dispositions that have been identified as being required for success in 21st century society and workplaces by educators, business leaders, academics, and governmental agencies. Importance Of Education At Home People believe education makes a man wise. In Particular, parents believe it will help children reach places. Yes, I too agree it is vital for a person but to what extent. I bring before you a few questions like, what do we examine before admitting kids in school? What do we instill in him or her from the first day of school? Who does the homework? Do we pitch in our ideas when kids share something creative? The answers will make us believe that we have done everything right. But, how many of us remember the saying, parents are the first teachers. Instead of spending time with kids, we run behind wealth, to invest in children’s education and believe that the institution will make him or her evolve into a superhuman. Yes, the institution will do its role but what is our role? It will be hard to accept but I am stating the fact. It took many years to find a culprit among the teachers, why? Because, the word family time is uprooted and became alienated. I believe if parents play the role of teachers at home, then the zeal will draw
the minds and hearts of students towards a harmonious future. I bring to our attention the role of Albert Einstein’s mother, When Einstein mail the issue of Annalen der Physik to his father to share his joy, he will receive a reply from his mother. She expresses her interest in the intellectual activities of her son, though it was not addressed to her. This shows the involvement of mother in his life. A similar incident happened in the life of Thomas Edison, his mother will home school him after receiving a letter stating that he is an addled child. The content in the letter was reported positively to him and he found the truth many years after the death of his mother. The role of parents and their teachings can’t be ignored. We should teach children what is necessary. Instead of observing the arguments like How to punish the bad teacher? How to safeguard the kids? Whether to include sex education in syllabus? It’s time for us to become friendly with kids. The quality time spent will block the room for error.

Education
Education is one of the key components for an individual’s success. Remember, education is the source of wealth, power, knowledge and leisure in human life. Different meaning of letters in Education is E- Expansion of mental horizon, D- Development of personality, U Understanding reality of life, C - Conformity with social ideas, A - Ability to earn livelihood, T- Transformation of Society, I - Integrated personality, O - Obedience of self-consciousness, N - Nations’ pride. “Education” means the drawing-out, or development of the faculties. This begins in school and college; but it does not end there. At school and college one learns the rudiments, and gains a smattering of knowledge on various subjects. More
important, one learns how to learn the best method of acquiring knowledge. School and college education trains the mind, and makes it accustomed to continuous application and study. But this is not the whole education; in a sense, it is but a preparation for education. Our education should never be “finished” at any rate so far as this life is concerned, until we die. “ Every person has two education: one which he receives from others, and one, more important, which he gives himself.” The best part of every man’s education is that which he gives himself. That which is put into us by others is always far less than that which we acquire by our own efforts. Knowledge conquered by labour becomes a possession a property entirely our own. Education is the pathway for a nation’s progress. Education is the backbone of society. The government should take all measures to provide education to every individual of the country. This will bring equality among people and when people improvise their way of living, they become more responsible towards society.

Bilingual Education “Education is not just about learning and teaching. It really means the way we see the inner beauty of our world through he knowledge we have gained” K. Monisha Balaji Kumar Mettur,Tamilnadu. Bilingual education is a necessity for some students who speak a language at home that is different from the language spoken at their school or college. Although it can be a challenge, it turns out these students are at an advantage compared to their peers, and voluntary bilingual education prepares students to enter a global workforce. Research shows that bilingual students are able to use two languages at the same time, switching consistently, it develops skills for functions such as inhibition, switching attention, and working memory. Teachers working in bilingual education classrooms will balance their use of two languages when teaching math, science, history, and other subjects to help these students develop a stronger foundation of their first language as well as English
as their second language. Bilingual education is a prominent thing in our life. It is an endless process for an individual to gain knowledge with the growing age. It gives us the chance of having a good career in our life. We can have a plenty of chances for our goals if we are educated. Our education system should focus on creativity. According to me education is not a business it is a life. We have to change our curriculum system for a better knowledge. Some students take admission for trends but, truly that is not a good education. Having education in an area helps people think, feel, and behave in a way that contributes to their success, and improves not only their personal satisfaction but also their community.

Indian education system has been very effective till 30 years back when so much of information was not available in the knowledge market when Indian students carried super heavyweight loads of education made them more knowledgeable, hard working, passionate and being capable of taking up greater loads at workplace than others while being knowledgeable, committed and efficient. Individual excellence, multi tasking abilities and being over committed (always not by passion but by compulsion too) Indian workforce did leave great impacts in developments of many nations in the world outside India.
The students should be allowed to follow drawing, music, poetry and other forms of art. This will improve their ingenious talents and augment the academic wisdom. Students should be able to apply their knowledge in real life situations. It is the need of the hour that the students should be able to manage the requirements of the latest workplace. Education bridges the parallel gap between the rich and the poor. It literally means the things a person learns by being taught. Exploring multiple languages in the classroom provides a foundation for cultural education that allows students to learn and grow alongside classmates from a different cultural background. As a result, students learn to become more adaptable and more aware of the world around them.

Education Wins Poverty In 1970’s , no one gives importance to education as poverty dominates their life. During this time, my grandmother has lived with her husband and children in a small hut. She has eight children – four boys and four girls. They all went to school and out of eight children, seven discontinued their studies because of poverty. My grandfather’s occupation was singing bow song (villupaatu) in which a team of performers would narrate stories and it was usually performed during festivals. An aunt discontinued her studies and accompanied him to perform the bow song. Till today, she was performing bow song in temple festivals. An aunt went to matchstick industry and another aunt went to tailoring. The uncles too discontinued their studies and went to work as mason. My mother has eager to study and so she continued her studies, not bothering about poverty. She believed that education will give her happy life. When my mother was studying in class VIII, her family was highly affected by famine. They had no sufficient food to and had no neat clothes to wear. So my mother planned to work with my grandfa
ther without discontinuing her studies. The bow song will be mainly performed during nights. She went to perform the song in the night and went to the school in the morning. As they began to work together, they got sufficient food to eat. From that day, she continued both her studies and her work. During her +2 public examinations, she was not able to study properly as she had to perform the song in the night and in the morning, she went to write the examination. She spent her sleepless nights to achieve her destination. She worked hard and scored good marks in schools. After schooling, she went to college and did her Bachelor degree in Commerce. Then, she went for a one year typewriting course. In 1996, she got success for her hardwork. She got a government job as Supervisor in Land Development Bank, Thiruvattar in Kanniyakumari district. Now, she got promotion as a Senior Grade Supervisor. Soon her family got free from poverty and happiness filled in their home. She understood how education is important in one’s life.

The Future of our Nation's Education We've all heard "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the whole world", by Nelson Mandela. My question is how far is that true? Is only book learning enough to succeed in life? If at all, why do most of the toppers & first benchers are still working for last benchers getting their monthly salary. While most of the back benchers are successful now in running business, providing employment to people & making a turn over of more than crores. Have you ever thought why this discrimination exists? Our education system mainly focuses on feeding syllabus & scoring marks. While inculcating confidence & teaching financial management in a practical way is still a big question mark. 80% of students just cram the syllabus & spit it out during exams. What's the purpose of cramming up? Of course, you may score good marks in exams. But after that, will it be useful for life? Only a few students, about 20% of students, understand the real meaning of education, understand the concept & apply it even in real life. And among those 20%, 5-10% of people focus on their passion & co - curricular activites apart from
the academics. Success comes to those 5-10% of students who invest their free in their in self - growth. In the beginning, I raised a question. Most of the last benchers are running their business successfully because they aren't feared of failures. Although they aren't good enough in academics, they learn from the outer world & gather life's experiences. Entrepreneurs definitely need the mindset of overcoming struggles & tackling critical situations. Education mustn't be ended on completing college. Learning is a process till the end of our life. Thus, financial education & practical education must be inculcated in our existing system wherein students get benefitted in their real life too. "Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school" ~ Albert Einstein "The roots of education are bitter but the fruit is sweet". ~ Aristotle "One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world". ~ Malala Yousafzai

Importance of Education Education means a lot in everyone’s life as it facilitates our learning, knowledge and skills. It changes our mind and our personality and develops self-confidence. The importance of education tells the value of education in our life. Without education our life is like a lamp without a wick. Better education is necessary for everyone to move ahead and get success in life. Education is that which teaches a human how to live. It is the basis of human life. An uneducated person is considered like an animal in our society. In this world Education is the one thing which everyone wants to get and give it to their children. Be it Rich or Poor. We can understand the significance of education through the life of an illiterate person. The person who has never ever gotten an education throughout his/her life cannot compete with this world. He/She can never make a decision with himself/herself. cannot compete with this world. He/She can never make a decision with himself/herself.
If you want a successful life then the first step of yours should be to get the right education. A nation can be developed when more-or-more people must be educated. The percentage of educated people in India is very less as compared to other countries. In India the literacy rate is 73% and Kerala State is on the top with 93% literacy rate while Bihar is the least literate State of India with 63% literacy rate. So the Government should work to improve the literacy rate in India and should have promoted Primary Education. Our governments must ensure that everyone gets a right and equal education. An education system should be created which is beyond caste, creed, religion, colour and discrimination. An education system should be created which is employable, so that the poverty of the country is removed and the country always progresses.

Educate to Change Nothing is permanent except change. Every change is attained with a primary vision which blooms only through right education. According to India’s most legendary saint Swami Vivekananda , “ Education is the manifestation of the perfection already present in man”. In order to pave the way for individual perfection, education is the only tool. As we all know, man is a social animal. In order to sustain in a society, there are several norms that one has to abide by. But not each of the societal norms are justified to all and sundry. Due to the existential orthodox rules, many families as well as individuals are tormented daily in every nook and corner of the country. To be more precise, social evils claim hundreds of lives even after 75 years of independence. In such a high time , educating the masses with the right resources for uplifting their lives to lead a dignified life is the need of the hour. Education endows one with the sublime power to think uniquely such that no one has ever thought of. One who thinks in novel ways can be believed to bear the
ability of transforming these novel thoughts to novel changes. Instances are not few where revolutions sprang up only through the stroke of inks of the great revolutionary writers resulting in the complete transformation of social demeanor, behaviors and standards. The saying, “pen is mightier than sword” best suits to justify this. Thoughts and ideas to bring changes can be properly expressed when one is well educated. Education must not only be confined to the bookish knowledge, rather it should revolve around each and every aspect of information that exists in this world to learn ,irrespective of how small or how big that matter is. The search for reason ought to be accompanied with the trust in the divine. A man who has a wholesome approach to every problem,(intellectually, morally, ethically) can be considered to be well educated who can envision changes in the society with the potential of turning them into reality. Thus, education must be given the superior importance in every individual’s life right from early childhood. It is only by means of education that one can achieve the cherished goals and the dream of a perfect life, shall no more be a utopia.

In such competitive world, education is the essential requirement of every individual. Education fulfills one’s life with joy and happiness. An educated person is satisfied with his life, or we can say that education gives the reason to be alive in this world. Education steps simultaneously with your life till end There are lots of reason why is education important in one’s life. The very first thing that livelihood that is prior thing in human life to live. Education that platform by which one can get success and reach top of destination. It is a fact the more educated you are much wealthier you are. Education improves the mentality and behavior of people. Thus, educated people are more sensible and claim. They treat animals and nature politely too. They have an advanced and developed mind. Also, they desolate the surrounding of superstition and make others believe in a reality. A quality education system in the country lessens the corruption and terrorism and encourage its progress. Today, you live in a technical word just because of educated people. People invented lots of gadgets, machines, instrument, communication tools, etc. A country well-equipped with science and technology is known as strengthening and advanced country. In earlier days, there was lack of education. But today, education systems are growing day by day and thus, people enlarge their views all over the world.
Online education is conducted in two ways 1. Through the use of recorded classes, which, which, when opened out to the public, are referred to as Massive Open Online Course (MOOCs). 2. Via live online classes conducted as webinars or zoom sessions. Advantage of online education 1. Accessibility of time and place Time efficiency is another strength brought by the online learning format. A synchronous communication through online conferencing programs allow the professional juggling work, family, and study schedules to participate in class discussions. There is no question about doing the work; just do it at the times that are more convenient. Student can access their courses at any time of day or night. Further, they have continuous access to lectures, course materials and class discussions. This is particularly convenient for those who may need to reread a lecture or take more time to reflect on some material before moving on the virtual classroom is accessible 24 hours a day seven day a week. 2. Increasing affordability in online learning The traditional campus model continues to inhibit access because its too costly for some and, for other- such working parents- it doesn’t offer encourages administrators to resist the temptation to charge the same tuition for online courses as they do for in- person instruction. Online learning must also offer student more than streaming or recorded video of lecture. More mature programs employ instructional designer that can give an online course a ‘film studio’.

Improve student attendance Keep the tardy and truant students informed as quickly as possible through email notifications, SMS alerts and push messages from mobile devices and encourage students to attend class more often. Identify units of study in the curriculum which are redundant. Use curriculum map tools to develop generic graduate attributes with a set of desirable skills and competencies incorporated across various programs to improve collaborative learning and ensure better academic out comes. 4.learn from anywhere, at any time Today, online education is on the rise. With ever- improving technology and communications channels, people who are hungry for knowledge and learning are no longer starved of the opportunity to learn. Online education has almost eradicated the barrier between students and universities. Whatever the subject field, the internet, along with video conferencing program are helping people improve their education and subsequently, their lives on a constant basis. 5. Convenience Online education gives students the flexibility to plain their study time. At show academy, student can access recorded versions of their class 24/7. Online education also saves students times otherwise spent community to college and libraries. All of this makes online education or online learning a good option for people who need to balance their work and family life. Disadvantage of online education 1. Inability focus on screens
For many students, one of the biggest challenges of online learning is the struggle with focusing on the screen for long period of time. With online learning, there is also a greater chance for students to be easily distracted by social media or other sites. Therefore, it is imperative for the teachers to keep their online classes crisp, engaging and interactive to help students stay focused on the lesson. 2. Lack of motivation Online learners must exhibit self- discipline in order to be successful. Students who have trouble with procrastination and time management will have difficulties completing their work and avoiding distractions. Virtual schools also lack the structure found in traditional schools. 3.Cheating prevention during assessment is complicated
online
e-learning continues to be cheating through various methods. Compared to on- campus students, online student can cheat on assessments more easily as they take assessment in their own environment and while using personal computer. Additionally, without a proper identify verification system in place, students taking online assessment might be able to let a third party take the assessment instead of themselves, resulting in a wholly fraudulent test result. 4. Technical issues Online learning center around technical problems, nothing disrupts an online lesson more than audio, video or connection issues many time in the past, students were required to download and/or install cumbersome apps or technology that would deliver in performances.

Education I can and I will. These are the highly used words beyond the reason for many of our success. It’s not a problem to take risk, bleed blood and sweat more. When we mean education, the primary thing that attains to our sense is knowledge. What is knowledge? Where do we use it? How do we utilize it? When should we use it? Yeah! Hell lot of queries emerge when you begin thinking, why and how? We don’t know the confidential value of it, but we earn it and use it. I can proudly say education is the best key to victory. Learners fall and raise but they don’t give up, because giving up your education is one of the ridiculous things that students can ever do. Learning is something that’s beyond your books and syllabus. Of course, gaining experience apart from syllabus is a great step ahead. “Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it. “ – Albert Einstein Let us take the example of Helen Keller who is blind, dumb, and deaf ,but has curiosity to experience
something new. That’s the right way of heading towards the education. Pythagoras theorem, grammar and chemical equations doesn’t matter but where do you apply, it counts. “ Stop reading and start learning “ Any can skim but only a few can acquire and accomplish. Education is not only about a certificate or degree but it’s about your talents, and capability to do initiative work. Where ever you go, the main key is to listen what others say, because you should not only be in the providing end but also must be in the receiving end. Set a goal and work for it, sure education will lift you to rise and shine. When you start triggering as good as you want yourself to be, then no one can stop you from learning. Educating yourself will make you experienced, productive and unstoppable to raise your voice and views to the world. Perspective of each and very individual may vary but the correct vision of a student is measured . NOTHING SUBSTITUTES EXPERIENCE !

A Medium For All The author himself reminds the era of 90's and the 2000's respectively where he gained his education through mediums of languages and knowledge. Yet he's a dropout student of so called engineering, jokes apart. What if we are knowledge less, what if we are education less, what if we don't bother of what's going around us or the world, what is the only question. Yet we knew there was a time when schools, colleges, universities were called as the guardians of education. But now in the era of 2020's and 2021 respectively, we are hereby informed and Knowed that they couldn't afford to teach the students and teach them necessities of education. But that's not the end part of this living leaded story. There was a time when cell phones weren't allowed in the classroom or the school, college, universities premises as we knew the memes which
gone around that years ago mobiles weren't allowed in school and now the entire school, college and university is being running via cell phones. But apart from the matter, we knew that education doesn't bother about which means it can reach, but yes it will be always able to teach you in all possible aspects and ways of manner. Be it social media, be it the internet face, be it a YouTube knowledge channel or any other means of source that could meet the needs of fulfilling the ideas of education in to several variations. As it is being said that education is limitless, and so being limitless is a huge success one should learn and earn through it. Modern Academics Since we are in the verge of “learn and work from home”, it is the need of the hour to closely observe the importance and value of ‘Modern Methodology of Academics’ in this pandemic era. I would like to write this in an Indian perspective, as most of our fellow beings complete their fundamental education in India, at least till the junior college or under graduation. Since the onset of the pandemic, students are more aligned towards technology. Every student is now a victim in undergoing a hassle-free learning due to the novel education system in India. So, how’s the modern academics right now? Though it is innovative, it is complex. As we know, we are getting accustomed to the new normal since 2020. The quality of our education is glorifying every day, but with certain limitations. Limitations like accessibility to internet, lack of technical knowledge, mental and physical stress as a result of the online education are all evidently seen in our country. Online education poses much threat to a healthy lifestyle. Families find unaffordable for arranging proper gadgets and setting up a feasible atmosphere for the children. Well employed and educated parents are often the victims, who fail to instruct their kids about the pros and cons of the ongoing system, thus badly affecting their lifestyle. It is the need of the day to put an end for these atrocities, thereby creating awareness for a healthy
ambience for a stress free modern life. School life and college life are the two sides of a coin. In schools, we are brought up in such a way that we would completely focus on the subjects we learn, thereby to gain a recommended score. Knowledge regarding placement and profession are not much gathered during school days. Children of today’s scenario too do the same but the 90’s kids had to lack something in their school life. Any guess? Of course, Internet and modern IT. Though the access to the internet was ample as today, those generation couldn’t make use of it except for academical purpose. Today everyone owns a mobile phone, witnessing a drastic change in the nation as well as the world. Nowadays, every student started exploring their uniqueness by self introspection and assessment. Here there is ample availability of wide range of courses, entertainment sources for the present generation, say since 2012 onwards. Things are now at the tip of one’s finger. Students started finding the vividness of the world and the various oppurtunities lying across to travel . The exposure that social media offers right now is just amazing. In this regard, let us gross our capabilities as much as possible with a healthy usage of social media and science and technology. Annapoorni.E.G.

An empty throne? On a sunny day in July 2020 I took a train to Eastbourne from Victoria station, London. I had been invited by Marque Berger, the son of Princess Lakshmi Kumari Rathore of Ratlam. The son of Maharajas met me at the station. We drove to Langham Hotel, to have lunch at the terrace overlooking the beach. We had a nice conversation. I found out that we had some of the same problems online, a lot of messages on Messenger and WhatsApp…many friend requests daily…Nice in a way, but after a while it drains your energy. Suddenly he asked if I wanted to meet his grandmother, Kuvrani Sahiba of Ratlam. I was not prepared for this. I had seen pictures of him in shorts, so I had only brought shorts. Not really dressed to meet a Kuvrani… I appologized when we met, and she with a noble gesture and smile indicated it was ok.
She had been married to HH Ranbir Singh Rathore of Ratlam, brother of the last maharaja of Ratlam. Maybe disappointed with the state of affairs he more or less left Ratlam in the hands of his younger brother and wife. The couple became the de facto last Royal couple of Ratlam, and their daughter, Princess Lakshmi Kumari Rathore of Ratlam the last recognised Princess of Ratlam, teverenced every time she visits Ratlam. In Europe the Royal families have changed with the present conception of genfer equality, so in some kingdoms a female inherits if no male child, but in most kingdoms the firstborn inherits. Not so in India. There is no organization that can implement such a change. In that case it must be each Royal family by itself.

Anniversary Special Edition This does not mean that there are no examples of female rulers in India. In Bhopal, a muslim state, 4 subsequently Nawab Begums ruled the state. There are also examples from Hindu kingdoms, esp. as regent for their young sons. As no rule of female succession exist in Ratlam, Princess Lakshmi Kumari Rathore can not inherit the title Her son is not a Rathore either. Adoption of a boy has been often used in Indian Princely states, but no adoption was done by the last Maharaja. Inherance on the other hand follows other rules I believe. But it is difficult if title and inheritance do not go hand in hand. For instance in Udaipur, if the Maharana is comparativly poor while his younger brother is rich. Or Bikaner, where the Maharaja has got his Raj tilak from the Holy men with the consent of the nobility. The palaces etc. now belongs to a Foundation. The last iMaharaja of Bikaner did not have a son, but several daughters. Here the lack of female succession plays it’s trick again. Well, after lunch I could not resist a swim in the sea at the beach in Eastbourne, my first visit here. After all it was a hot day. Then we drove past the pier typical of English beach towns to his grandmother’s residence. Apart from The Kuvrani I met Marque’s wife, Denise and their daughter, Peyton. His mother had not come over on this occation. I was shown the place, kept in white, gold and pink, the favourite colours of the Kuvrani. In a lovely garden room, almost a conservatory, we had early afternoon tea. I also saw old portraits and the garden before I left, going back to London. Of course there are other pretenders for the throne of Ratlam. Rathor Rathore living in Jaipur is one of them. In the palace at Ratlam, Ranjit Villas Palace, lives a noble family that used to be ministers to the Royal family. But while the Court system of India keeps grinding at a slow pace the Palace in Ratlam is falling into disrepair…

Capt Tapesh Kumar An Airline Pilot - Commercial Pilot & Influencer
Believe In Yourself Tapesh’s current status is that he is self made independent man but it didn't start like that. His life journey till now has given him learnings and taught him to value everything. He was born in in Bhiwani, a small town in Haryana in 1992 to a very poor family who were going thru financial crisis and struggling to make ends meet. Having spent the initial years of his childhood, he with his parents moved to New Delhi with nothing more than a bag full of clothes and 20rs in the pockets of his parents. The passion to make their place in this world and face challenges, kept them moving Those days have taught them the real life, and after struggling for long to find a decent place to live in a place like Delhi, to earn the money to arrange 3 time meals a day and also struggling to keep adjusting with the city life, going through various emotional ,social & mental break downs in life, finally he and his parents finally found their calling in aviation when his father joined Jet Airways in 1995 due to his efforts From thereon,
there was no looking back as things in their lives improved, at least in terms of finances. When he got his class 10th results, he had scored 93.2% and it was unanimously decided that he will be studying for IIT and becoming an engineer in the future. However, engineering was never his choice of work, with his interests being in playing professional football. However, under societal pressure, he decided to undergo IIT-JEE coaching, like lakhs of students do every year. But as a famous saying goes, Do something you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life Tapesh was on the opposite spectrum of this saying, doing something he was absolutely not interested in and working every awake moment. This tussel/war within himself continued for 2 years while he was in class 11th and 12th. And finally came the day of the dreaded IIT-JEE exam.

After the result, it was decided (not by him) that he would be dropping an year and studying, for the same exam, all over again. But there was a difference this time, there was no school, no friends and no coaching. He would sit at home all day and study Or at least try to. 12 hours a day of just sitting in one room with a book is, as can be imagined, not very healthy. However, 365 days later, with a dwindling mental health, he finally gathered the courage that engineering and IIT was not what he wanted from life. Since it was too late, age wise, to continue playing football, Pilot was the best option and he felt pulled by it Luckily for him, after the initial storm in the house, his parents supported him blindly.
Despite the society declaring him a failure, having been told that he’s good for nothing and that he’d fail in his aviation career, just like he did with IIT, the support from the parents was non-faltering and independent of societal judgments. And these very judgements gave him the negative motivation he needed in life! From clearing all his exams in the first attempt to finishing my CPL in 11 months to being number 1 in all of his airline selection process, He nailed it! This feeling of appearing and clearing the exam of what he really wanted to do was thrilling and satisfying. To his readers, all he would like to convey to his readers, don’t let the society define and tell you what you need to do in life, and don’t let them tell you what you can do in life. LIFE ALWAYS OFFERS YOU CHOICES BE SURE OF WHAT YOU PICK SHUD BE ACTUALLY YOUR CHOICE

If Ever I Had A Smartphone Notification of Whatsapp, Instagram, FB, News and many more... Is it compulsory to own a smartphone??? People assume that having a having a latest feature smartphone will make them smart enough. But that's not the case. Some people who don't own a smartphone are more successful than the others... By the way what is in the phone??? The one who invented telephone refused to have a telephone. It only helps us to interact with as many people as we want on the social media but it doesn't give us the first hand information and the feelings we share when we meet in person. As every coin has two sides smartphone also have its boon and bane. Somewhere people used it for wrongdoings by blackmailing or creating a nuisance video and uploading on social media just to gain likes and followers!!!
What on the Earth people are tarnishing images without knowing the facts and what he/she's going through..??? Just Whatsapp ka message aaya means u have to forward... U must check its authenticity too.. During lockdown like situation classes came home with the advancement of smartphone and students were not deprived of their study. It also helped us connect with person living abroad. Various meet, interaction, group discussion and many more can be carried out by simply clicking on the link. Is it possible to have at least one smartphone??? I think yes because it has become a second half of our lives... We can live without water and food but not without our smartphone.. Sometimes using smartphone helps but often it irritates... So what do you think??? Is it a bane or a boon??? We've to decide it by choosing a right decision.

Rethink Plastics Challenge Plastic pollution has become one of the worst problems we face today. All solutions depend on our level of involvement. Tag's Rethink Plastics Challenge Project brought together millions of students and teachers from different countries and continents. The coordinators of this project are: Koen Timmers and Jennifer Williams. Their projects are supported by: HH. Dalai Lama, Dr. Jane Goodall, Charlize Theron, Princess Esmaralda, Michael D. Higgins (Ireland)) and many other well-known public figures. In this project the actions were centered on students. For three weeks the students of the 4th B class from the Gymnasium School no. 2 Timișoara explored, discussed, found solutions to improve plastic pollution and shared them with other colleagues from six continents. This project involved students in many beneficial actions to change their attitude towards the environment. The Gaia Panel was born in our classroom, which includes many instructions on how we can preserve and keep the environment clean.
In May I organized a flashmob in the yard of P.P.29 Kindergarten. On this occasion I explained to preschoolers about the negative impact of plastic waste. Plastic contamination is a serious problem that affects not only the aquatic environment, but also humans. the yard of the Gymnasium School no.2. Parents and students from the primary and gymnasium cycle received leaflets with information about the project and about plastic pollution. On the International Day of Biodiversity 2021, together with their parents, equipped with gardening tools, they participated in the ecological campaign “Plant a berry tree for the future!” Each tree planted was given a name. The students of the 4th grade B decided that at the end of the 8th grade they would meet next to the trees planted by them. After this action we organized a fair with plastic products made by children in the Rethink Plastics Challenge Project. The money obtained from the sales was donated to Take Action Global.

The level of development of children's emotional intelligence CES (special needs) In this research I aimed to establish the level of development of emotional intelligence of children with CES in the integrated school and to determine the degree of acceptance in the school group of students with CES in the integrated school. The research hypotheses were formulated as follows: General hypothesis: Students with CES integrated in integrated schools obtain significantly higher results after participating in the stimulus activities specifically carried out within the intervention plan, (in pre-test compared to post-test) in terms of: the level of emotional intelligence and the degree of integration in School group. Hypothesis H1: The level of development of the emotional intelligence of the students with CES increases significantly due to the specialized activities in which they participate within the applied intervention plan. Hypothesis H2 There are significant increases in the degree of acceptance in the school group of students with CES integrated in mainstream schools, as a result of participation in specialized activities included in the intervention plan. Following the application of specific tests, which aimed to establish the level of emotional coefficient, as well as the degree of acceptance in the school group of students
with CES in mainstream school, conclusions were drawn such as: 1. The level of development of emotional intelligence of students with CES has increased significantly due to the specialized activities in which they participate in the intervention plan applied "Mental Health Program", which was based on theoretical principles of Rational - Emotional and Behavioral Therapy (REBT), a system particularly suitable for emotional education. The activities were meant to be used in class activities. Each activity contains two main parts: a stimulation activity and a discussion. Many of the activities encouraged students to look at each other, share, and learn from colleagues what emotional adjustment means. 2. The degree of acceptance in the school group of students with CES integrated in mainstream schools has increased significantly, as a result of participating in specialized activities included in the intervention plan. Consequently, we can say that the direct result of the intervention activity included in the Intervention Plan materialized in facilitating the emotional and social growth of children, by developing interpersonal skills, by improving self-esteem by developing a flexible perspective on life, by acquiring a personal value system and by learning communication skills.

It includes social activity clubs such as National Service Scheme (NSS), Youth Red Cross (YRC) and Red Ribbon club (RRC), skill based clubs such as Photography club, Artistry club and Music club, it also provides other clubs such as Eco club, Entrepreneurship, Yuva club and Health club with various insights to keep students engaged and relished. MY JOURNEY As everyone urges for college days to enjoy, the same way I did. Later, getting into the nuances of education I personally felt this is the stage of life to experience and experiment the quality of knowledge and life. I thought I'll be just passing my days with books, but the college atmosphere of SRCW made me feel what actual life is. I am now pursuing my final year undergraduate degree in English language and literature. I am not only equipped with the count of days but through the efficient and eminent professors around me who make me live the life and taste the actual essence of learning and growing. I have participated in various competitions and won prices. I have also participated in soliloquy during LIT FEST, conducted by drama club which is exclusively built for the purpose to taste the essence of Literature.

Grow from the Roots Today Mankind has received a great sustainable goal in the global pandemic and that is just thinking natural. Protecting ourselves from corona, lockdown, anxiety, mental pressure, all these have become a part of everyone's life. One who is able to keep a happy mood alive in the era of Corona is natural in thinking. Thinking natural means sticking to the basic ideas, feeling the bliss of your language, culture, staying connected to your roots. To do all this, no special study is required, all of them are the natural ingredients of Indian culture. There were days when these trivial things at home were found to be mundane by many especially the youth, Today these small things like greeting elders, respect, gratitude, grandma's home remedies, knowing different Indian languages, creating interest in them, stories of the great history of India are such a blessing. Knowing all this has not only kept people of every age, mass, and class strongly bonded in this global epidemic. It has also given them the strength to live. And during this time people have learned
Indian arts, and even the language of the province or city where that art belongs, the food habits of that place have become the subject of interest. Once upon a time,we used to wait for letters, today we understand the fragrance of those letters, as words were written by hand connect with hearts! True friends, true love, supporting each other on time all these are magically and naturally back, Corona has taught all this to come forward to help someone. This is not everything but natural thinking. True and simple and for a happy life, strong thinking to face every situation, the only thing that works for all of them is natural thinking, staying connected to the roots, enjoying the small joys of life.

Celebrating Leadership and Communication “Communication is a sister of Leadership. That’s why Communication is the real work of Leadership.”Vanya Kaushik You may be a follower in a team, a company head, a boss, or an entrepreneur of a small or big enterprise. Maybe you are a public influencer, educator, blogger, writer, filmmaker, or someone who leads or wants to lead, or who wants to raise up the followers in your community. In all these situations, you need to be a good communicator. A good communicator has to be an individual or leader of a group, who can convey their message directly and clearly to the masses. When you can’t convey that message properly, that leads to miscommunication, leading to less than optimal results. We would all love to have a bigger positive impact on the world, but lack of clear, concise, and effective communication with those we are looking to influence stands between us and having the impact we desire and deserve. This creates an incredible amount of frustration and wastage of time and energy in the world. We spend significant time putting together long presentations that fail to
capture and hold the attention of our audience. We spend lots of time and energy trying to convince others of the importance of our message and expertise. We take all sorts of expensive training courses that drain us and produce no results. The Leadership and Communication Summit 2021, initiated by Vanya Kaushik Foundation is a 3-day event, which will be promoted globally, with representation from around the globe. Each day will focus on one of the disciplines above, with expert speakers and panels discussing the problems and solutions they have experienced with communication in their areas of expertise. The objective of this summit is to show leaders in three disciplines, how they can take their communication to a whole new level where they get the results they desire. The three disciplines are 1. Educators 2. Corporate Teams 3. Entrepreneurs This initiative is going to support the cause of Vanya Kaushik Foundation.

A Reader’s Paradise It’s almost unimaginable to think How astonishingly the human mind works. How one thought becomes a word, How that word forms a sentence, And how that sentence yields a message. It’s almost soul- stirring to think that A few words written on a blank sheet of paper Can make such a colossal impact on one’s whole perspective, It’s so hypnotizing to let yourself Fall into a world created entirely by someone else’s conscious. Flipping through the pages of a book is like traveling to some unknown destination. You can feel yourself transporting to An entirely different and enamouring world. A world where no one knows you, A world where you are free to perceive things in your own way, A world full of knowledge that only you can gain.
A book is just like a world on its own. An entirely different dimension itself, Allowing its readers to wander freely Through its numerous pages just like exploring the streets of a new unknown city. Exploring it, finding new words, finding new perspectives and finding yourself. A book bestows upon its readers the privilege to gain knowledge Knowledge about a subject that only a handful of other souls know of, And this knowledge is that one thing which Makes a mere mortal like you and I to feel A desire, a thirst to know more, To indulge ourselves into millions of other worlds, To be surrounded by books, To live in a reality far better than this world, To escape the worldly problems and, To attain wisdom.

Once the real education gets tasted, It becomes an addiction like the blood For vampires, to feed more knowledge: That knowledge will create rippers To rip out the heart of every content! It moves them fast in the darkness of life; It gives rebirth to many doomed talents, And it will make the boneless tongue To speak as the backbone of success; In the final season, people will wait For your daring footsteps; So, educate yourself and others… Ms.M.S.Mynavathi

Dear Nature, Without the sound of an alarm I wake up to a muted world of a stand still concrete jungle The traffic The honking The chaos of office runners Have fallen to decibel zero Public transport vanished Luxury cars grounded The sky is devoid of man made choppers In sharp contrast The chirping of birds The breeze of freshness The brighter skies Now seems more audible The cup of morning tea is now More aromatic Filled with togetherness of the beloved The morning newspaper lies flat On its back in the porch There is no motivation to pick it up For I know what it contains Crimes of rape, murder, robbery, forgery All have suddenly vanished Page 1 to page 10 speak volumes of Just the microscopic villain A monster created by me while playing havoc with you dear nature Place of worships shut Weekend retreats closed I now seek spirituality within I find recreation in house The ‘work from home’ now imbibes more trust Trust of working without being supervised Trust of working without supervising The brick and mortar ‘house’ seems more of a home Where the ‘work’ of every family member is now valued At ‘dusk’ the free birds taking a homeward flight Mock at the helpless human caricatures assembled on Roof tops of skyscrapers Desperately trying to wriggle out of isolation Death lurches just outside the home Struggle to survive continues inside Dear ‘life’ do knock on my door I will be more than happy to open doors and embrace you Sitting in solitude I repent my misdoings In my ego that I inflicted you, dear nature It is time now to introspect Auto correct and Reload I promise to be a better version of humankind Once this catastrophe is over @ ‘dusk’ NIEM First Anniversary Special Edition - 5 Sept 2021 - 130

Prof. Dr. Genius Ivan Gaćina On the Road Branching From an Endless Highway Teachers are timeless treasurers using golden keys to unlock the codes of nature secret rooms hiding the unexplored worlds of knowledge. Every classroom is a separate highway branch, endless and magnificent in its essence, as every teacher, passing through the completely same classroom, leads his students along different paths of cognition. Sometimes we sail across the ocean, climb the mountains higher than the Himalayas, or go down the sun's golden ladder into the fantastic world of dwarves and elves. Teachers place high standards, not to make them difficult for us to reach, but that we can jump over the obstacles and shine in our full glory. Their words travel through the unknown when they overcome the most difficult challenges, and when they turn a new page pigeons carry our thoughts on the wings of reality. Teachers are talented artists who break down the whole into meaningful components, there are no unattainable goals for them and they teach us that all people are equal. Anupama Trigunayat Artist, Home Maker, A Mother ,an Animal Lover Educationist ,and An Author
My Art my Tranquil Retreat My Art my tranquil Retreat My Name is Anupama Trigunayat. I am home maker, a mother ,an animal lover educationist ,and an author . I am a passionate abstract artist painting for over two decades. My art is all self taught or to put it more aptly it began as my magnetic attraction to colors and forms and imaginary shapes. “The gift of form is a profound home coming “as someone has aptly said. The form, shapes, array of colors in my work is a reflection of my own conceptual and symbolic vocabulary connecting the real and the surreal.I work in oil and Acrylic mediums . My art is a very personal affair to me and having to move every three years to a new country with my husband for over 30 years was a blessing. Over the years my work has become multi cultural and multi dimensional. The different cultures and art in different countries and continents have had a tremendous influence on my work. At times I found new concepts and techniques emerging .Even
an interesting simple drive could and does gives an idea for a canvas. I am drawn to textures ,strokes-and anything ordinary becomes extraordinary for my imagination. I had the opportunity to appreciate and assimilate different traditions and forms of art. My work is seldom planned instead it evolves into a finished painting with good energy , juicy paints and delicious bright colors.Every Canvas is a new beginning, a new story and my tranquil retreat. My Canvasses are like my own open book of stories.I always hope my viewers find their own connection and little stories of their own.Art for me is my connection to my core and my spiritual self. Besides painting I love music and like to read.I am a trained kathak dancer . “ Anything I-can transform into something marvelous,I let go.Reality doesn’t impress me .I only believe in intoxication,in ecstasy and when ordinary life shackles me,I escape one way or another. No more walls.” Anias Nin
