Cleanliness is next to Godliness Clean India Green India Can we imagine India without any kind of garbage any kind of litter.
Inner cleanliness is equally important as the cleanliness of outer environment because inner beauty is reflecting our actions and creates a beautiful world which is healthy and leads to a harmonious environment. Thoughts are powerful - we rise above ordinary actions and bring royalty. When our thoughts are wasteful they begin become weak leading to negativity and result in mental disturbances physical ailments etc. Yes cleanliness is next to Godliness. So let us take out time to keep our mind clean maintain purity and dignity. Our inner mind is a pious temple of God It should always be pure and clean Of negativity. The day we will succeed in cleaning our mind the outer environment and surroundings shall be cleaned subsequently.
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Cleanliness is
Yes it is possible and how it is possible, first we have to be clean all the impurities from our inner self then we can go around cleaning the whole society.

Power of Greens Eat your way to good health by incorporating these essential nutrients into your diet 1. FIBRE: Dietary fibre, also known as roughage or bulk, includes the parts of the plant that your body can’t digest and therefore discards. Soluble fibre (in oats, peas, beans, apples, citrus fruits, carrots and barley) helps prevent cancers and controls cholesterol. Insoluble fibre (from wholewheat flour, wheat bran, nuts, beans, cauliflower and potatoes), regulates bowel movements, controls weight and prevents diabetes. 2. WATER: Drink 10 to 15 glasses of water a day to balance electrolytes, keep your joints lubricated (preventing arthritis), help digestion, keep your eyes moist and working well, regulate body temperature and flush out toxins through urine and perspiration. Just make sure the water is safe to drink. 3. ANTIOXIDANTS Get your beta-carotene from bright-hued foods like apricots, asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, corn, green peppers, mangoes, turnips, peaches, pumpkin, squash, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and watermelons. Munch on berries, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, kiwis, mangoes, oranges, papaya, sweet potato, strawberries, and tomatoes for vitamin C. And for vitamin E, just eat balanced meals – the vitamin is present in most foods. 4. NUTS AND SEEDS Though high in calories, nuts and seeds are great asits Rich in fibre and protein, they are good sources of vitamin E, folate, manganese and selenium. Avoid nuts roasted in other oils and sugar coated nuts Almonds are rich in heart healthy mono-unsaturated fat, flax seeds have anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fatty acids, peanuts have anti-aging CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
effects, walnuts are good for Vitamin B1. 5. MINERALS Calcium means stronger teeth and bones, good muscle growth, better blood clotting and a healthy heart. So eat spinach, salmon, white beans, broccoli, and red beans. Chloride regulates the acid-base balance in your blood, aids digestion and helps fluids flow better. So add sea salt (in moderation), celery and coconut to the menu. Iodine prevents brain damage and thyroid malfunction. Get it from sea salt, fish broth, butter, asparagus and dark green vegetables. Zinc keeps your mental and emotional balance in check so add split peas, chick peas, cashews, almonds, peas, eggs, and ginger root to your meals. 6. ALKALINE FOODS Broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, celery, turnip greens and spinach are rich in vitamin K and folate which cancel out acidic insides. Garlic, in addition also lowers blood pressure, cleans the liver and fights disease. Lemon may be the most alkalising food of all. It can heal wounds counter hyperacidity and virus-related conditions, as well as coughs, colds, flu and heartburn. 7. COLOURED FRUITS While being good antioxidants, they also help reduce risk of several types of cancer, especially prostate cancer, prevent cell damage, and keep strokes and heart disease at bay. 8. ENZYMES The enzymes in raw food help start digestion. Choose watermelon, raw milk, sushi, coconut water, fruit salad, buttermilk and raw almonds. Oct 2021 - 012

Subject : Clean N Green India Sir/ Madam I totally agree with the view published in the Article “Clean N Green India”. Cleaning is very important in all walks of life. We have to keep our house and surrounding clean if every citizen will follow our city and whole Country will be clean and our future generation can get good environment As A.P.J. Abdul Kalam said “ Something to know. Every mature tree gives about 14kg of oxygen every year! Plant more trees for reviving the plant. Toxic emissions of industries must be strictly regularized. Installation toxic smoke and effluents treatment plants must be mandatory at every industrial unit. Government along cannot do anything. We must not forget that if we have to stand in the categories of advanced nations, we will have to make our country as clean and green as them. I request that people at large to take this issues a serious one and make themselves with the clean idea of cleaning our nation to turn green and to plant a saplings for a head. DREAM “Dear Sumi, How are you, my love? Sorry I couldn’t contact you for so long. Actually, I was so busy with my profession. But I used to feel that I should have stopped to smell a flower, listen to a bird’s call or look at the beauty of sunrise and sunset. I want to share my dream with you. In my dream, I could still feel us sharing the chemistry and amazing emotion called ‘love’ even after so many years. We were in a hill station on a romantic trip. Dark shadows of trees were drawing beautiful designs on the lonely road. Hand in hand we were walking like teenagers enjoying the beauty of pine trees, blue hills, green mountain slopes, gushing streams and flower-strewn valleys. Forest and bushes were covering the mountains in a mantle of green looking like a carpet. The evening was silent except for the soft noise of our footsteps on the dry leaves fallen along the way. Somewhere far away, a nightingale was singing a love song calling its lover. I remembered our favourite songs rekindling our memories and also the love story we watched and reconfirmed our love for each other…Indeed time flies but memories remain forever. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
The mist was covering the mountains like a white veil. There was a sweet fragrance of wildflowers in the wind. Then we came across a water spring which seemed to be running with joy ,like a teenage girl, along the stones and pebbles. The time had come to a standstill and there were only the two of us in a different world of trance. I realized the magical feeling of love and stood there, oblivious of the passage of time. Then we climbed a beautiful green hillock. Sitting on the grass we enjoyed the beauty of the sunset. The horizon looked awesome with vibrant colours. The sunset was marvellous. A sad song was coming from somewhere down the valleys. Your eyes were tearful. I held you close to me, wiped your tears and requested you to smile. I told you that your dazzling smile was like a rainbow in the sky coming up when there is both sunlight and drizzling. Your smile comes straight from the heart and it takes my heart away. That was my dream Sumi…You know, I just can’t forget this dream. I really miss you a lot darling. -Your Anirudh.”

Clean India Green India India is the seventh largest country in the world in terms of area. It has a variety of ecosystem biomes with its varied habitats like Hills, valleys, plateau, sea shore mangroves, grasslands etc. It also reflects different kinds of climates, precipitation, temperature distribution, river flow and soil. India is one of the 17 mega bio-diversity countries of the world. In India 19 % of the land is covered with forest. Nature has blessed India with wonderful natural wealth and is considered as a second largest home of variety of fauna and flora. India is a land of agriculture. It is covered with green trees and plants. Trees purify the air. It prevents soil erosion, gives medicines, fruits, flowers, nuts, shade and many more. So many rivers run in India. It makes the soil fertile. Canopy of trees protect all the creatures, animals, birds and insects. All Indians are responsible to protect the Indian vegetation. It is all our responsibility and duty to make our India clean and green. For every problem there is a solution, in this case the only CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
solution is to plant more and more trees. Before cutting one tree, we have to think many times whether to cut it or not. Let us come up with multi ways to plant many trees. Let us avoid plastics which pollute the land. Usage of plastics is to be avoided. If at all we use there should be minimal use of plastics, when it is extremely necessary. If the plastics is buried, it causes land pollution. If it is thrown in water, it causes water pollution. If it is burnt, it causes air pollution. Plastics and the like items like tyre, rubber etc. create a lot of pollution. When the plastics, rubber is burnt, it produces some gas, which ultimately results in acid rain. We all know that there is a thin layer of gas above the earth surface called as Ozone layer. It protects our earth from harmful UV-B rays. Since the layer is a very thin the things which we burn, the smoke which goes up depletes the ozone layer and Ultra violet rays fall directly on the earth and causes a lot of problems. Ultra violet rays erode the building, creates skin related disease to humans, animals etc. Oct 2021 - 018

Clean India Green India When the plastics are burnt, some chemical reaction happens in the upper layer atmosphere stratosphere. All of us know that there is water vapour in the clouds, that is H2O hydrogen and oxygen. When Sulphur goes up, it will have a chemical reaction with hydrogen and oxygen and forms H2SO4 - Sulphuric acid. Sometimes chlorine goes up and takes a chemical reaction and forms HCl hydrochloric acid. Sometimes Nitrogen goes up and combines with H and O and ultimately forms HNO3 that is Nitric acid. Rain from these clouds fall down as acid rain. So, it is wise not to burn plastics, rubber anything and cause any sort of disturbance there. In India some states like Himachal Pradesh, the people do not have the rights to cut any trees. This sort of rule should be implemented in all the states so that we can control deforestation and cultivate afforestation. Felling down trees should be strictly avoided. Saving nature should be encouraged and inculcated in the young minds of the students. Because today’s students are the pillars of the nation. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Saving water, saving electricity, saving fuel, even saving food should be inculcated in the children. Everyone should be able to distinguish which is biodegradable and which is non-biodegradable waste. Especially e-waste - electronic waste which is now a big threat to the earth. Next medical waste is so much, they must be treated in such a manner that it doesn’t harm the environment. They are dumped just like that in the ocean. It harms the aquatic animals in the sea. The only remedy for all problems is planting trees. Beyond that all should practice 5Re’s Recycle, Reduce, Refuse, Renew and Reuse garbage and plastics. Though government takes a lot of steps for clean and green environment, every citizen in the country has to do his or her part. Then only our country can be clean, green.

Clean N Green INDIA Introduction: Our Indian nation of many religions and many races is on the path of progress with unity. Many Centenary projects are being implemented based on the premise that this progress should be sustainable and clean. One of them is the Clean India project. Such schemes are being implemented to make India a superpower. A prosperous future can only be achieved if a country is clean and free from pollution even as it travels towards development.
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
This article addresses issues such as lack of cleanliness, implementation of the cleanliness program, and the duties we have to perform.
Oct 2021 - 020
K. Vasanthakumar M.Sc., B. Ed , B T Assistant In Mathematics
Clean N Green INDIA Lack of cleanliness: Lack of cleanliness causes various problems and environmental inconveniences to humans. Pollution is also high in India due to increasing population. Many major cities in India are among the most polluted areas in the world. New Delhi, the capital of India is the most polluted city. The city is polluted by a large amount of waste and vehicle smoke, making it difficult for people to even breathe. And more rivers in India are polluted. The worst polluted river is the Yamuna. These rivers are rich in garbage, inorganic wastes, heavy metals and chemical wastes.
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Illegal littering is rampant across India. The reasons for this are unplanned urban development and lack of waste management. India is badly polluted due to the high consumption of non-perishable plastic in India. The formation of massive slums in the cities of India is further polluting the country. Implementing the cleanliness program: The country will automatically clean up if everyone thinks that the cause of every pollution found in the country is the wrong actions of human beings and that everyone should keep their home and environment clean. The government is developing a number of naturalistic projects to clean up India. The Swachh Barath Mission was launched in 2014 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Oct 2021 - 021
K. Vasanthakumar M.Sc., B. Ed , B T Assistant In Mathematics
Clean N Green INDIA This was followed by the massive Clean and Green India project across India. In the meantime, great efforts were made to clean up the river Ganges. Banning polythene and non-compostable waste that pollutes India, doing proper waste management, preventing deforestation of natural resources. To achieve the goal of Green India by planting trees, the dream of a clean India can be achieved through activities such as sowing the dream of a clean India to future young Indians. Duties we have to perform: The best change for a society is to transform each individual. "Thinking of changing society, you must change first. Let change begin with you," says Mahatma Gandhi. We need to switch to products made from organic materials that can stop the use of polythene and plastic. Natural methods of farming, chemical-free eating habits, proper disposal of their waste, use of garbage bins, stop littering in natural areas in public places.
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Businesses that publish anti-environmental issues should be banned. We humans should not do activities that pollute the environment for income. Self-thoughts like this will be a great gratitude we make to our country and environment. Conclusion: Indians who make their mark in all fields of the world have forgotten to love the nature of their motherland. The situation in India is changing to such an extent that human beings cannot survive due to the stupidity of giving rule in the hands of wrong people. It is a pity that our India, which is past its size, is today a proud nation with sacred rivers, great mountains and natural resources. If we all unite we can cleanse our country and enrich our nation.

Our dream India It can’t be done by only one hand But by the joining of million hands as band To make India clean and green We must work out everything up brown. May be this goal is far away from the reality, But we could achieve it with our unity, Cleanliness in India even after diversity. And it is the first step towards prosperity. The attitude from “make sure I am safe” Must be to “make sure others are safe” We need to act fast before it becomes too late. We should neither litter nor let others litter. Clean India and green India should be our dream India. Clean & Green India Pledge India is my country and all places are my own places. I love my country and I am proud of its Clean and Green heritage. I shall always strive to be worthy of it. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA

Clean India Today keeping our surroundings clean and hygienic is the need of the hour. We need to keep our environment clean as we keep our houses clean. A question that should trouble every Indian is when our houses and personal properties can be kept clean then why do we fail in keeping Public places and properties clean and hygienic. Today it is a sad plight to see the roads filled with garbage and painted with tobacco spits. Rivers loaded with industrial waste and lots of other things in the name of rituals. People very conveniently empty the garbage & waste of their houses on the roads, streets & in the rivers, without even realizing that this could be hazardous for their near & dear ones. When somebody spits on our compound walls we get furious but when CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
someone spits in a public place or dirties the monumental place by scribbling over them, we let it pass as if we didn’t notice or why do we care. Why don’t we stop such people who use walls for spitting & streets for littering? Even when people are at a tourist spot, they throw wrappers, eatables anywhere and everywhere. Why can’t they be stopped from doing it? Isn’t that a moral responsibility of every citizen? Our Government has initiated measures with introducing programs like Swatch Bharat Abhiyaan, Clean Ganga & Namami Gange but Government alone cannot make the change, we all, the citizens of this country, need to contribute equally. We all belong to this place and this is our Motherland and if we make up our minds, nobody can dare to pollute our surroundings, not even us.

Mrs Sonia Achantani Career Counsellor - Gujarat
Green India
Clean India We need to take the responsibility and lead from the front, make people realize the importance of cleanliness and hygiene, and do our part. We can always hold workshops to explain to them the importance of keeping our surroundings clean and pollution free. As we have started to understand the harm polluted water can do, so to some extent people have started using organic things for pooja and rituals as those things need to be disposed of in rivers. In the same way we can also carry out a drive for planting trees and also encourage everyone to do so because the more greenery we have around us, the better climatic conditions we will have. We are all facing Global warming because we cut down trees and destroy forests, for our personal benefits and growth.
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
By spreading this message of Clean India, Green India, we will get oxygen rich environment to breathe and live in. Such small steps could delay the process of climate change for years and that will give our leaders the time to work on the initiated programs and projects potentially, before we lose out on what we have always possessed without appreciating it, our Mother Earth, its fresh air and water.

Ways to
Reduce Air Pollution 1.Riding a bike or walking instead of driving. 2.Taking a bus or carpooling. 3.Buying a car that has greater fuel efficiency. 4.Turning off lights and appliances when they are not in use. 5.Using energy efficient light bulbs and appliances. 6.Buying fewer things that are manufactured using fossil fuels. ALGAE; Algae, when used in conjunction with Al-powered bio-reactors,is upto 400 times more efficient than a tree at removing co2 from the atmosphere. Algae can consume more carbon-di-oxide than trees because it can cover more surface area, grow faster and be more easily controlled by bio-reactors, given its relative size. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Trees and Algaes equester carbon-di-oxide naturally. MOSS WALLS: People and plants are natural partners.We breathe in oxygen and exhale carbon-di-oxide, and plants absorb carbon-di-oxide and release oxygen. Moss walls help to keep this natural partnership in action even when you’re indoor or in an urban setting. Moss is particularly good at combatting air pollution.The pollutants in the rain and the air cling to the surface of the moss, and while the pollutants are stuck there, bacteria convert them into the plant’s biomass. As you can see,having a moss wall nearby can do a world of good for your lungs. ALGAE-FILLED WALLS: Algae-filled walls is a new technology for producing energy empowering green buildings.The algae-cells wall works as a cycle.In each panel,the algae grow in water. Oct 2021 - 028

Ways to
Reduce Air Pollution The algae is then harvested after a fewdays or weeks for energy, food, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals. To start the next growing cycle, a small amount of algae was left. In photosynthesis, algae take in carbon-di-oxide and produce oxygen. In the panels,the algae is supplied with liquid nutrients and compressed carbon-di-oxide. ALGAE CURTAINS: Plastic curtains designed to turn building facades into“living walls” that help purify dirty air.The curtains contain a maze like network of tubes filled with microscopic algae,which like all green plants remove carbon-di-oxide from the air while pumping out oxygen via the carbon- sequestering process known as photosynthesis. Air flows into the bottom of the curtains and rises through the tubes, feeding the microalgae along the way. 10 SURPRISING USES OF ALGAE: 1:Algae is efficient to create Bio-Fuel. 2:Algae can use land that would otherwise go to waste. 3.Algae can use for Cosmetics. 4:Algae can function as an EnergySource. 5:Algae can be used to create Vegetable oil. 6:Algae is a Great Human food supplement. 7:Algae is used as Fertilizer. 8.Algae is used to prepare Nutritional Supplements. 9:Algae is used for making Plastics. 10:Algae is used for Wastewater Treatment. IMPORTANT USES OF ALGAE: Algae are a rich source of carbohydrates, protein, enzymes, and fiber. Many vitamins and minerals like vitamin A,C,B1, B2,B6,niacin,iodine,potassium,iron, magnesium, and calcium are abundantly found in algae.So,they are widely consumed in many parts of the world, especially in Asian countries like China, Japan, and Korea. Algae are also used in producing nutritional supplements.Seaweed is an important food supplement for animals. It can also be used as a fertilizer. It has the potential of producing vegetable oil. Diatoms, the microscopic algae, are used in forensic medicine.Agar, carrageenan, and alginate are some important extracts prepared from these autotrophic organisms. These extracts are used in food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. Agar is mainly used as a preservative in canned meat and fish, and as a gelling agent in food. Carrageenan is used in toothpastes, ice-creams, petfoods, and lotions. It is also used in dairy products as a stabilizing agent. Oct 2021 - 029

Algae naturally have high levels of protein,as well as a range of pigments that some people think may convey health benefits. So,when you flip that green juice label around and read “spirulina,” now you’ll know you’re drinking juice with a little bit of algae sprinkled in. Spirulina is actually a form of cyanobacteria. While cyanobacteria are a form of prokaryote (unlike micro-and macro algae and plants), they are studied along side the other algae. CONCLUSION: By planting Algaes we can easily reduce the Air-pollution. Thus we can control the severe Airpollution in metro-politan cities especially New Delhi. Commercial and industrial algae cultivation has numerous uses, including production of food ingredients such as omega-3 fatty acids or natural food colorants and dyes, food, fertilizer, bioplastics, chemical feedstock (rawmaterial) , pharmaceuticals, and algal fuel,and can also be used as a means of pollution control.

Healthy Minds Live In Healthy Bodies Healthy mind, healthy body—we often hear this, but don’t do much to incorporate it in our lifestyle. Our fast lives have not left us with much choice, except to multitask. We all are trying to do so many things in a limited time period and our lives have become hectic which leads to irregularity in following a healthy routine with lots of healthy habits. As a result, our physical and mental health suffer and we do not feel fit enough to chase our dreams and complete our to-do lists. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
According to an English proverb, “A healthy mind lives in a healthy body.” Even if the body is not healthy the effects of this condition will not be permanent provided the mind is not allowed to get affected. Feelings of depression and weakness grow into a disease only when they prolong and rooted in thoughts and feelings for a long time.

One-Minute Tricks That'll Boost Your Health • Drink Before You Eat: Guzzle two glasses of water a half-hour before mealtime. Aside from keeping you hydrated, keeping you “regular,” and keeping other bodily functions running smoothly, simply downing 16 ounces of water 30 minutes before each meal may prevent overeating and help with weight loss. • Power Up with Protein: Choose you meals which carries good amount of protein. “Having protein helps fill you up and keeps you feeling satisfied for longer”. • Get Ready, Set, Stretch! Start with a morning stretch, and take stretch breaks. Starting the day off with at least one minute of stretching can help get your blood flowing, ease morning muscle and joint stiffness, and invigorate you before you pour that first cup of coffee and don’t forget to take a walking or jogging in place with doing short, fast bursts of jumping jacks, squats, lunges, or sit-ups. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
• Give Yourself a Time-Out: Do a one-minute meditation. It can be as easy as closing your eyes and breathing deeply, practicing deep breathing on a walk, repeating a mantra, or praying. • Keep Happy Hour Happy: Keep yourself happy because you glow differently when you’re actually happy. We must not forget that “Health is Wealth.” If we do not take care of our physical health, our mental health will automatically suffer. So, eat on time; sleep on time; do some exercise; take some small breaks; pursue your hobby to balance yourself; and move towards a healthy lifestyle and a healthier “YOU.”

Making Sustainability a Vision for a
Clean and Green India For a very long time, we have failed to see the strong link between prosperity and environment. At the cost of our environment, we encouraged economic growth. Tackling pollution was considered an unwelcome cost on industry and a handicap to economic growth. But now with global warming, we can clearly see that sustainable development is the only form of development that makes sense. The drive towards a pollution free planet provides an opportunity to innovate and become more competitive. Living in Dubai, I have seen how the ambitious visionary leadership and the strategies of the Government of Dubai have been instrumental in ensuring that economic growth and sustainability go hand in hand. to help overcome the negative effects of climate change and mitigate global warming. Proper alliances are established world over with partners to share knowledge and experiences. All these goals provide focus, underpinned by wise leadership for a brighter sustainable future for the UAE, and Dubai especially. It has a motto that defines the importance of sustainability: “For generations to come”. This shows the commitment to provide a better place – not just for our children but for theirs as well. The same vision is needed for a clean and green India. We need to adopt sustainability in our vision and strategic plan to achieve specific long-term sustainability goals. Clean and Green India Development Goals (SDGs), and is committed to making every effort over the next 25 years to end poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change. The transition to green and sustainable development is not easy. But we need to need to focus on how to intensify and accelerate these trends in order to protect the environment, combat climate change and curb pollution. We need political leadership and partnerships. A global compact on pollution would ensure sustained engagement at the highest level and make prevention a priority for all. It would also encourage policymakers and other key partners, including the private sector, to integrate prevention into national and local planning, development processes, and business and finance strategies. We need the right policies. Environmental governance needs to be strengthened – with targeted action on “hard-hitting” pollutants through risk assessments and enhanced implementation of environmental legislation, including multilateral environmental agreements, and other measures. We need a new approach to managing our lives and economies. Sustainable consumption and production, through improved resource efficiency and lifestyle changes, should be promoted. Waste reduction and management must be prioritized. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
We need to invest big. Mobilizing finance and investment in low-carbon opportunities and cleaner production and consumption will drive innovation and help to counter pollution. Increased funding is also needed for research, pollution monitoring, infrastructure, management and control. We need advocacy for action. Citizens need to be informed and inspired to reduce their own pollution footprint and advocate for bold pollution-beating commitments from the public and private sectors. The philosophy is simple: if you love the environment, teach others to love it as well. It’s a simple belief that can be easily transferred to others, for the benefit of future generations. It is often easy to forget that the planet is a resource shared by billions of people and that future generation will be affected by the decisions made now. Nevertheless, increasing efforts are being made by both individuals and corporations toward a greener tomorrow. Sometimes all we need is to be shown the path so that we too can walk the talk. Corporations have the power to re-build our future, and teach us how to walk the right path so that we can individually play a role and change the world together.

Repercussion of Environment Most of the environmentalists believe that the modern humans should protect the environment for future generations. I completely support this notion because human beings should take the responsibility of their actions.Over the past few decades, there has been an enormous amount of increase in pollution and global temperature.This has grown concerns among mortals and made them contemplate regarding the future.In this essay I will exemplify the importance for facilitating a sustainable ecosystem for ourselves and for the subsequent peer groups. It is true that the environmental issues today have reached a certain level which cannot be ignored.In fact , if humanity does not take any immediate action to protect the habitat, it is possible that the next cohort will meet the economical catastrophe.As a result, the level of diseases and death related to the ecological situation will increase. For instance, the pandemic which today’s world is facing where not only mammals but also other species are CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
being affected and hence ,our ecosystems are at risk during this corona virus crisis. Another reason for this is that it would encourage and influence other people to preserve and protect the environment.Furthermore, it will teach them the value and importance to have a healthy ecosystem, and how it affects individuals and nature when there are any changes in it. For example,rise in inhabitants and climate catastrophe has affected not only anthropoid but creatures as well. Moreover, as water levels are spiking exponentially , both beast and manlike are losing a tremendous amount of land. Consequently , an ethnology should leave a legacy behind by contributing to the welfare of its people. To reiterate, it is our authority to take measures to preserve our planet so that it benefits and inspires all contemporaries to carry the same inheritance and leave the natural heritage for the society . It also makes sure that our posterity will not suffer from severe organic issues. Oct 2021 - 036

Sustainable Development in India Sustainable development in this environment, therefore, calls for cooperation of all countries both industrialized and developing. That cooperation must be based on the foundation of the right to development and the need for an equitable distribution of burden. The need for equity is starkly reflected in the fact that the emissions per capita in industrialized countries are ten to twelve times those of developing countries. The total emissions in the world must decline. We must find a way of solving this problem in a way that does not deprive developing countries of their right to develop. Economic growth, social development and environment protection are the three pillars of Sustainable development. Sustainability has different meanings for different contexts. For example, while developed countries are grappling with lifestyle sustainability, the developing countries are tackling issues of livelihood sustainability. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
As a developing country in the frontlines of climate vulnerability, India has a vital stake in the evolution of a successful, rule-based, equitable and multilateral response to issues relating to climate change. The principles of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change provide the basis for creating a workable framework along these lines. India’s Sustainable Growth: India is one of the mega bio-diverse countries of the world. Our traditional knowledge is both coded as in our ancient texts on Indian systems of medicine, and non-coded, as in oral traditions. With four global biodiversity hotspots, India ranks amongst the top ten species rich nations. India was one of the first few countries to enact a comprehensive Biological Diversity Act in 2002 to give effect to the provisions of the Convention on Biological Diversity, 1992. Oct 2021 - 037
Dr. Senorita Joyce Author | Keynote Speaker | Social Activist
Sustainable Development in India Yet India and the world have miles to go before we can claim notable success in fulfilling the three objectives of the Convention namely, conservation of biological diversity, and sustainable use of its components and the fair and equitable sharing of the benefits. India’s tiger population is on the rise. The 2011 tiger census showed a 20 percent increase in the number of tigers over that of the year 2006. It is estimated that there are today around 1700 wild tigers in India out of a global population of around 3,000. India’s forest cover had increased by nearly 5% between 1997 and 2007 with a small decrease since then. It hopes to see further accretion with the implementation of the Green India Mission which aims to increase the forest and tree cover by 5 million hectares and improve forest cover on another 5 million hectares. Eventually these forests will act as a sink that could absorb 50-60 million tons of carbon dioxide annually. This would offset about 6 percent of India’s annual emissions. The Government of India is trying to put in place institutional arrangements and mechanisms to promote policy development and stakeholder engagement on sustainable management of commons. India has recently established a National Green Tribunal under the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010. The Tribunal provides for the effective and expeditious disposal of cases relating to environmental protection and conservation of forests and other natural resources. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
This includes the enforcement of any legal right relating to environment, including providing relief and compensation for damages. The National Ganga River Basin Authority is yet another example where the Govt is trying institutional innovation to protect the sacred River. The objective of the Authority is to ensure conservation of the river Ganga & to maintain environmental flows by adopting a comprehensive river basin approach. The Rio Declaration of 1992 enunciated 27 far reaching principles that sought to protect the integrity of the global environmental and developmental system. These principles have stood the test of time. India’s journey on the path of sustainable development has so far been marked both by reasons for celebration and introspection. The right place to begin the story would be the 1980s and early 1990s, which mark the beginning of economic reforms, catalyst for India’s phenomenally faster growth rates since, and coinciding with a time when countries around the world acknowledged and started addressing the increasing environmental concerns, such as at the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992. India’s faster gross domestic product (GDP) growth over the last two decades has been unprecedented; but at the same time India’s rankings in terms of the human development index (HDI) as well as indices measuring environmental sustainability are yet to fully reflect this growth. Sustainable Development in India However, it would be a mistake to downplay the enormous progress made, as India has followed a much more conscious path of sustainable development with impressive results on the ground. The key environmental challenges have become sharper in the past two decades. The 2009 State of the Environment Report by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MOEF) clubs the issues under five key challenges faced by India, which are climate change, food security, water security, energy security, and managing urbanization. Climate change is impacting the natural ecosystems and is expected to have substantial adverse effects in India, mainly on agriculture on which around 58 per cent of the population depends for livelihood, water storage in the Himalayan glaciers which are the source of major rivers and groundwater recharge, sea-level rise, and threats to a long coastline and habitations. Climate change will also cause increased frequency of extreme events such as storms, floods, and droughts. These in turn will impact India’s food & water security problems. India also faces the critical challenge of meeting its rapidly growing energy demands. It currently depends on around 80 per cent imports for its crude oil requirements. A large section of the rural population is still not connected to the grid or efficient modern cooking fuel sources, and India’s per capita energy consumption of 439 kg of oil equivalent is far below the world average of 1688 kg (Planning Commission report in 2006). CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
India’s Progress towards Sustainable Development: There is a strong sense of progress made at community level, where it matters. India has made remarkable gains so far in sustainable development, as measured, for example, in three summary ‘outcome’ indicators. a. Life Expectancy India has achieved a decade’s gain, which is a broad indicator of economic well-being with social justice. b. Forest Cover there has also been a rise in forest cover despite the pressures on land use, which is a measure of environmental sustainability. Satellite data confirms that not only has India been able to control deforestation, but its forest cover has also been increasing between the 1990s and 201C. India is one of the few developing countries where forest cover has increased over the last 20 years and continues to increase, although a slight dip is reported in the latest data for 2011. c. Literacy a third summary indicator is gains in literacy among younger women, an indicator of future generations’ well-being. d. On all three counts, India has outpaced the ‘deltas’ on global averages, although it could have done even better. e. The Constitution of India and relevant amendments that have been incorporated over the years, reinforce the policy and legal basis of sustainable development in India. The pillars of sustainable development are embedded in the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution, which lay down the framework for social justice in India. Oct 2021 - 039

Sustainable Development in India f. Article 21 conferring the Right to Life has been assigned the broadest interpretations by the judiciary to encompass the right to a clean environment, right to livelihood, right to live with dignity, and several other associated rights. g. The National Environment Policy 2006-has attempted to mainstream environmental concerns in all developmental activities. The Government of India, through its various policies, has been factoring ecological concerns into the development process so that economic development can be achieved without permanently damaging the environment. The challenges ahead are, nevertheless, large. India and GHGs: Although India ranks among top five countries in terms of GHG emissions, its per capita emissions are much lower than those of the developed countries even if historical emissions are excluded. Its high level of emissions is due to its large population, geographical size, and economy. The most recent data available for India come from the assessment carried out by the Indian Network for Climate Change Assessment (INCCA) in May, 2010. The key results of the assessment are that total net GHG emissions from India in 2007 were 1727.71 million tons of c02 equivalent (eq.), of which CO2 emissions were 1221.76 million tons, ch4 – 20.56 million tons, and n20-0.24 million tons. In 1994, the total net GHG emissions for India were 1228.54 million tons of c02 eq. this represents a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 2.9 per cent during the period 1994 to 2007 (Table 12.4). CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
GHG emissions from the energy, industry, agriculture, and waste sectors in 2007 constituted 58 per cent, 22 per cent, 17 per cent, and 3 per cent of net c02 eq. emissions respectively. India’s per capita c02 eq. emissions including land use, land use change, and forestry (LULUCF) were 1.5 tons per capita in 2007. Developed Vs Developing Countries: Developed countries, despite their opprobrious colonial and imperial pasts, never fall short of toeing the line with double standards. They pollute the planet to the maximum extent, and then expect developing countries like ours to spend the same on environment protection as they do. For record, all countries except the US have signed and ratified Kyoto Protocol. Canada openly criticized India’s contribution, only to show its dichotomy and backing out from Kyoto Protocol (after having signed and ratified it way back). The leaders of the first world thought they could have it their way at the last year’s United Nations Climate Change Conference (held in Durban, South Africa), and could scheme poor countries into falling for their flawed ideals. The developed countries never talk beyond total emissions. Poor countries, due to vicious cycle of poverty, have high populations, which add up to net emissions being more for them. There is a need to look at per capita emissions, and that is what our minister tried to explain. Even then, India’s contribution to global emissions (5%) is lesser than that of China (17%), US (16%), EU (11%), Indonesia (6%). When we compare per capita emission stats (totals emission per person), we find that for India, they are way lower than all top ten polluters (for India, it is 2.1 tonnes, as against 24.1 for the US, 23.2 for Canada, and 5.8 For China). Cleanliness Is Next
To Godliness The next important task is preserving greenery.The greenery helps in reducing the pollution in the air and also reduces the natural disasters. We should clean the environment everyday and also dispose the garbage in a proper and correct manner.The small steps like collecting dry waste , wet waste separately, which can reduce land pollution to a great extent. Global Warming is another serious problem. This problem has one simple solution i.e to grow more and more tress and keep the environment free from harmful emissions. The forest cover helps in maintaining the ecological balance of the nation.
United , we can definately make a difference. Mass forestation drive, promoting the use of green fuels,minimising the use of fossil fuels can solve the problem. People are being updated as needed to take the matter of cleanliness seriously . Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan is a five year campaign by the Government of India from 2014 to 2019, which was launched on 2nd October, 2014. We can make our country beautiful by being in the Clean India Mission , we can achieve something fruitful. It is our duty to make our country clean and green. Clean India Make A Purest Green India Healthy India can be built only by a healthy mind, so we all should contribute in building our healthy India by cleaning India and planting trees. Nature has provided us numerous gift as air,water,land,sunlight,minerals,plants,and animals. All these gifts of nature make our earth a place worth living. Existence on Earth would not be possible without any of these. Now, while these natural resources are present on Earth in plenty. Unfortunately, the necessity of most of these has increased extremely over the centuries due to growth in the human population. What is Conservation of Nature? Conservation of nature means the preservation of forests, land, water bodies, and minerals, fuels,natural gases, etc. And to make sure that all these continue to be available in abundance. Thus all these natural resources make life worth living on Earth. Life would not be imaginable without air, water, sunlight as well as other natural resources present on the earth. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Thus,it is essential to conserve these resources in order to retain the environment integral.Here is a look at the types of natural resources existing on the Earth and the ways to conserve these: Types of Natural Resources : Renewable Resources :These are resources such as sin, water, and sunlight that refill naturally. Non-Renewable Resources :These are resources like fossil fuels and minerals that do not restock like plants and animals. Biotic: These originate from living beings and material like plants and animals. Abiotic : These come from non-living things and non-organic material. These comprise a it, water, and land as well as metals like iron, copper, and silver. Natural resources are also categories such as actual resources, reserve resources, stock resources and potential resources based on their development stage. Reduce water consumption Water is available in abundance on Earth. This is one of the reasons people do not consider much before using it. Therefore, simple things such as turn off the tap while brushing or reuse the leftover water to water the plants can help in the direction. Only human beings with their power and ability can save nature in its purest forms " Oct 2021 - 043

Do you live in the middle of a dirt? Won’t you clean your house if it’s surrounded by litter? Our surroundings have to be clean to make our inner soul clean. But, no one is looking after it. Everyone thinks that keeping your home clean means you’re clean, no it’s not that way. Even the Earth we live on is also our home. And we are responsible for everything that it faces. Now, it’s really not happy, as we covered her with full of plastics and other non-degradable waste and due to that it is suffocating to breathe. Do you leave your mother just like that if she is troubling to breathe? How can you leave your second mother to suffocate?
Our mother will feed us until we grow but many of us fails to feed our mother when we grow. Both our mother and mother Earth. Our mother Earth wants to feed her with seeds that grows as a tree. She wants her children to feed her with seeds that gives her peace for eternity. A mother will always do good things for her children. And so, the mother Earth wants us to plant trees not only for her but also for our wellness and peaceful life without any pollution. Keep everything around you clean to keep your inner soul clean. Especially your environment has to be peaceful and clean to get success in what you dream of. So, plant a tree and keep your Earth home clean and make your mother Earth happy. “Let’s join hands to clean, to make our Earth green”.

The Colour of Life is Green Have you ever wondered what colour solely vibrates in the wheel of life that makes it revolve its mark of existence? Mother earth is more than a planet but a home that shelters and nourishes other lives- animal life, phyto and human life and we are responsible for taking care of this home. The air in the atmosphere is naturally made up of about 78% N, 21% O, 0.04% CO2 and small amount of other gases to maintain a balance. Our environment gets replenished and restored through the supply of Oxygen, which is the molecule of life through green plants life by photosynthesis. While our lives depend so much on the use of Oxygen, the “Green” plants help restore its depletion by using up the non-beneficial human waste product of Carbon (IV) oxide which we breathe out, converting it into oxygen which we can’t do without for survival. This life of our environment flashes its colour which we overlook or destroy. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
When we keep burning, cutting down trees or greens, we tilt this environment to an imbalanced state, we cut down the source of life’s molecules and the rapid increase in the level of CO₂ is evident, which accounts for about 76% of green house gas emissions in the earth’s atmosphere causing global warming, respiratory diseases, pollution and climate change, due to anthropogenic activities. In addition, these pollution from factories, industries, generators, agricultural practices, transport systems, burning fossil fuel etc, all contaminate our air as a result of our recklessness. It is high time we made a change by educating oneself and our children on the importance of taking responsibility of our environment and seeing it as our very home that depends on us for its healthy existence.

After all the claps, wishes and cake mischief, my friend Rajeev asked me, "Vihaan, it's your 18th birthday. Let's do something special. So tell us, what do you want as a birthday gift?" I had already thought about it and even discussed it with my parents. I was yearning to do something for the betterment of our housing society. Flashing a broad grin, I said, "Cooperation!" Last but not the least, new saplings purchased by us would be planted around the compound by the senior citizens of our society. Apart from that, we also wanted to put up large dustbins for dry and wet wastes separately. We were shy of just three weeks from our independence day and ample work had to be done. But first things first, rope in the secretary of the society for our mission! It wasn't easy. Not only did he not trust our capabilities, he also felt that the rest of the society members wouldn't support us. The girls in our gang had great convincing power. Urmila voiced out our unanimous thoughts very sweetly. "Uncle, please give us a chance. We'll prove ourselves and after independence day, you will witness a clean, green Blue Star Cooperative Housing Society." He reluctantly gave in, but not before commenting... "Okay, all the best, but if something goes CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
wrong, I'm not going to take any responsibility and I don't want any complaints from anyone. Is that clear?" With that, the marathon began! We homies cramped together and made a list of things to be done, requirements, and assigned work equally among us. We already had our own whatsapp group, each one vowed to update their end of the progress and keep the others updated. The prime job was to collect donations. We see-sawed back and forth and in the wake of endless yes and no, came up with a reasonable figure of Rs 100/- per family. We had 52 flats divided in four wings. If all were generous enough, then we would have a decent amount to carry out all that we had planned. Girls were given the task of money collection. We were damn sure, with their chubby talks and coy smiles, they would fish out money from everyone. We also kept the option open if anyone wished to donate more. Goofy smiles tattooed our faces when we counted the cash. It was double. We cheerfully high fived and Mohan remarked, "This is more than what we require. Let's party!" He earned a slap on the back from Prachi, "Duffer! It's not our money okay and that's cheating." I chimed in, "Exactly! Not only that, now we can keep more prizes, buy better gifts and even decorate the place. What say?" All hollered in agreement. Oct 2021 - 050

Green India We needed an anchor and were debating who it should be. Vaishali spoke up. "Vihaan, this entire proposal was yours. Besides, you're a good orator. So who better than yourself?" All my pals backed her with yeah and I threw my hands up in surrender. "Alright, alright, I'll do it. But guys, please help me write the speech okay?" After dinner, the night before the main event, we all met at my house and held a round table conference. Mom delighted us with hot chocolate, whilst we amigos discussed the final flow of our show. A written notification was already circulated and acknowledged by every family. To be on the safer side, a reminder was also put up on the notice board. Lady luck was on our side. That year independence day fell on a Sunday. Therefore the entire society would be present. Moreover, since the heads had organised breakfast after flag hoisting, there wouldn't be a rush to scurry home. We expected the members to be relaxed and linger around for a longer time, thereby participating in the fun filled bash we had orchestrated. Spirits were high and festivity was in the air on the bright sunny morning of 15th August, as patriotic songs resonated all around. As mutually agreed upon, our cluster was uniformly dressed in crisp white kurta pajamas. Since I was anchoring our set of events, the secretary insisted I host the entire festal occasion.

It was a mega success. Every single member of our society not only appreciated our ideas and efforts, but each one had a jolly good time, right from kids to the oldies. Smiles remained plastered on their faces, as they happily participated in the various activities we had organised. The best part was, nobody cared about the prizes. The sheer joy of getting involved overshadowed everything else. Loads and loads of pictures were clicked and video recorded. After the prize distribution, when I ended my vote of thanks, our secretary took the mike from my hand. Of course he had a lot to acclaim us. Nonetheless what he said at the end, is engraved in my heart forever. His words of praise will continue to be my inspiration and encourage me to keep doing a good turn for our society. He proudly said, "Vihaan and his team have done what we only keep talking about. Today's event is going to be a metamorphosis of our housing society and of our youth as well. I hereby declare that such kind of event will be conducted every year and will be engineered by these very same children. However, it will be sponsored by the society committee. We're very proud of you kids. Brilliant job! Please give them a huge round of applause." Many such events followed, nevertheless, that independence day was the most memorable one and has gone down in history.

"Harmonic" Transformation of landscapes and ecological balance The scientific study and implementation of the issues of preservation of the modern urban environment, protection and sanitation from its human impact, ensuring the problems of realization, maintenance of ecological balance, rational use of natural resources, is an actual and urgent problem of modern urban planning. The "harmonious" transformation of urban landscapes implies the preservation of ecological balance and the sustainable development of the landscaping system. From the 19th century, with the unprecedented development of cities, it became clear that human existence without connection to nature is unimaginable. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Therefore, city planning and urban landscape design also involve the arrangement of parks and squares. Artificial imitation of nature in an urban environment has a completely different workload. The main task of any city park is to reduce the noise or turn the megalopolis into a "green oasis", as well as to surprise and entertain the vacationer. In many cases, parks reflect the spirit of the city, so in many cities city parks are an essential part of the tour program. Such a "park system" was created in the 19th century: the example of this is "Central Park" in New York and "Prospect Park" in Brooklyn (called the "City of Kings").

"Harmonic" Transformation of landscapes and ecological balance Modern architecture views green space as a social space that creates a healthy community, a well-planned city, and a comfortable living space. City dwellers often find it very difficult to escape the tedious daily routine, to breathe fresh air, to walk in nature, and to visit the beautiful green "islands". A landscape in which natural and anthropogenic components and elements are functionally balanced and their highly aesthetic fusion is achieved is called a harmonious landscape. Landscape as a social space reflects different cultures, fundamental differences of traditions and so on. The parks spread in the modern urban environment should be entirely grateful to the English tradition: in the English park you will definitely meet the lake, the nature as if allowed of its own free will, with natural paths and definitely with an architecture-oriented environment. All the hints lead to some form; it is a bridge or a small temple. Of course, the functions have changed, but there are too many parks around us with similar free plans. The French garden is very different from the English one, as it is based entirely on symmetry and intricate shapes, with a rare and colorful environment, with fountains. Everything here is decided in such a way that human influence and power appear properly. As for the East, the whole landscape culture is so large that it is a small imitation of the ideal nature in China. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Gardens planted in Georgia have amazingly interesting stories, because the idea of cultivating them came to the minds of foreigners. For example, the Mushtaidi Garden was planted in the 1830s by the Iranian Feteaga Seyed Tavrizi, who chose Tbilisi because of his Georgian wife, who had died earlier and was buried in the same garden. The city of Borjomi is located in a narrow gorge on the banks of the river Mtkvari. It is a small town; the economic stability of which depends on tourism and the famous mineral water of Borjomi. The history of the city dates back to the Middle Ages. Two important castles have survived from this period. Nevertheless, the main cultural heritage of the city dates back to the 19th and 20th centuries, when it developed as a favorite elite resort of the Russian royal family. The general plan of the city was developed by order of Prince Romanov at the end of the 19th century, which made it possible to regulate the chaotic development of the city. The manifestation of the Georgian landscape school is Vakhushti Batonishvili's "Description of the Kingdom of Georgia". The paper describes and identifies the connections between the components of the landscape, the issues of horizontal and vertical zoning, and more. Academician Alexander Javakhishvili's great contribution to the establishment of the Georgian Landscape School is also great. It is equally Oct 2021 - 054

"Harmonic" Transformation of landscapes and ecological balance important the contribution of foreign scientists Leister and Dobrinin working in the 40s. From the scientists working in different periods and distinguished by the achievements in landscape research, we can name: M. Saneblidze, D. Ukleba, Cr. Jakeli. Z. Sepherteladze, D. Nikolaishvili and etc. Special mention should be made of the contribution of the incomparable natural researcher, well-known geographer and cartographer, author of the theoretical concept of space-time analysis and synthesis in landscape science, founder and first head of the International Geographical Union (IGU) “Landscape Analysis” Commission (2002-2006), Head of the Department of Geoinformatics and Cartography at TSU (1981-2006) Professor Nikoloz Beruchashvili. His scientific research allows us to effectively manage the harmonious development of nature through effective management of spatio-temporal analysis and synthesis of landscapes, to raise human awareness of environmental regularities and to be able to organize interactions of all the interested sides: government electoral bodies, municipal institutions, professional organizations, residents, etc. This is especially important in terms of urban greenery protection and sustainable development. Changes in cities must be based on avoiding the destruction of natural resources and respecting the natural bal CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
ance. Modifications should be used to improve ecological conditions, to stimulate the spread and availability of green spaces; also, to avoid excessive pressure on natural resources. An important trend in recent years is the recognition of the concept of the landscape approach, which is reflected in the recommendation adopted by UNESCO "About the protection of historic urban landscapes" (2011 year ... 10.). This recommendation addresses the challenges posed by modern socio-economic transformations. Nowadays, the field of cultural heritage operates in terms such as "historic urban landscapes"; "Intangible Cultural Heritage". Establishing these concepts, in turn, requires the development of appropriate legal, planning and management tools. The landscape approach ensures the protection and preservation of not separate objects of cultural heritage, but of the historical planning structure, intangible cultural heritage of the city, architectural-spatial dominants, natural and cultural landscapes as a whole. The problem of protecting and preserving cultural heritage has long transcended the boundaries of national interests and has become a problem of world dimension. Each signatory to any Convention or Charter is responsible for complying with the requirements of these international legal acts. According to the signed Oct 2021 - 055

Thus, in the field of cultural and natural heritage, the formation of a unified world legal space has been going on for a long time. In order to ensure compliance of Georgian legislation with the principles recognized by the European Union, all laws and other normative acts adopted by the Parliament of Georgia from 1 September 1998 must comply with the standards and norms established by the European Union. How can the situation in the field of urban development change in the conditions of Georgia? First of all, let's find out what the fundamental difference is between “a master plan” and a general plan. - This is a strategic spatial planning document of the city, which can be of both a state spatial arrangement as a whole, as well as large cities or a small unit of such a city - one specific district. This type of planning is long-term and focuses on specific goals and objectives. The "Master Plan" as a strategic development document is prepared by the government with the active participation of experts and citizens. An CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
example of a comparison is the program implemented in the city of Perm. It consists of three parts, they are: 1. "Master Plan"; 2. General plan; 3. Action plan. Let’s consider the current legislative initiative "Georgian Code of Spatial Planning and Construction", what is gathered in this document before the parliamentary discussion, in terms of modern approaches. The purpose of this legislative project is to ensure the legal preconditions for the functional-spatial order and safety of the natural and man-made environment in the territory of Georgia and its separate parts. If this section focused on the European Economic Integration Program under the auspices of the United Nations-led European Economic Community under the auspices of the United Nations, on the one hand, between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, and on the other hand, between Georgia; the recommendations of the AA & DCFTA (2014) Commission: "Territorial-spatial planning, a key tool for effective governance and development for countries with economies in transition with special emphasis", it would then be a clearer systemic approach to international norms. To do this, I decided to explore the role of landscapes in urban development with my students, so we first explored the area of the local park "Irine’s Park" in the Zestaponi district near the school and the Oct 2021 - 056

Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park is located in the center of the Caucasus Ecoregion. Due to its biodiversity and vulnerability, the ecoregion is included in the World Conservation Fund's 35 priority ecoregions and 34 conservation hotspots for international conservation. After more than a hundred years of history, the foundation of Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park laid the foundation for the establishment of the first national park in the Caucasus region. It was established in 1995 with the assistance of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and the German government. My students counted and recorded species of biodiversity, recorded adventitious and local endemic species, studied history and created dynamic schedules, compared the plants from “Irine’s Park” to Kharagauli forest-parks, investigated the purpose for which different species of trees were introduced, and drew a parallel between the ecosystem and the infrastructure. They also determined what dangers the local population faces in the event of landscape reduction. The students recorded an interview with allergist Nino Chkhobadze and received the following message: CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
The rate of oncological diseases in Zestaponi municipality is increasing from year to year. If in 2000 the number of registered oncology patients was 446, in 2015 the number of these patients almost doubled to 814. From 2012 to 2015, the incidence of tumors of the digestive, respiratory and thoracic organs increased. Finally, in terms of prevalence, digestive and respiratory tumors, and breast tumors lead which, among other factors, is also caused by ecological problems. Nino Chkhobadze: “The whole Mendeleev tabula and manganese are scattered in the air, which is a toxic substance itself. There is not only one enterprise in Zestaponi. If before there was just one, nowadays there are 6 enterprises and the whole load falls on Zestaponi. In the recent years, we have only come to understand the fact that man has destroyed much of the landscape and brought it to disaster. Environmental protection includes all measures aimed at preserving the vital foundations of man and nature as a whole and eliminating existing damage to the environment. At the forefront here is the limitation of human-caused damage and the impact on the environment. Students and parents think that the introduction of the studied statistical materials to the masses every year will ensure the "harmonious" transformation of the urban landscapes and the ecological balance. Protect And Respect We can start from our houses. There is a proverb, “Cleanliness is next to godliness” It's important to practice cleanliness as it is valued as much as worshipping God. One who maintains cleanliness keeps away diseases and if we keep our home clean we can keep away disease. In the current scenario, Those who kept their houses clean stayed safe from the Covid pandemic. So let's keep our houses clean. After doing it, we can target our Neighbourhood. We can keep it clean. The next is the Society. If we work together as groups then it would be easy to clean up soon. If we do this simple thing, our Nation will be Clean and Clear.
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
We must also try to protect nature. “ Green is the Colour of Life”, if Green is lost, we lose everything, even the air. We won't get fresh air or water from clouds. So, we must conserve Green. We can plant trees in our backyards. We can also have gardens in our Houses. If land is less, then we can adopt the Miyawaki method to grow trees. We can use Bonsai techniques and promote the indoor planting of trees. Thus we can improve the Green in our Nation and make it Fresh and Tidy. As an Indian, let's Protect and Respect our Nation and do our Best to keep it Clean and Green, and make our Mother Earth proud. Oct 2021 - 059

Clean and Green India “Being green and clean is not just an aspiration but an action” - Christine Pelosi What is the purpose of being Clean and Green? Why is green environment essential? When should we change our environment into Green? How can we change our environment into Green? The definition for the title “Clean and Green” is to make our India greenery at same time it should be clean. Cleaning is important not only for our environment and planet, but also for the health of human beings. “Think clean and go green, go green to keep this world clean” The purpose of clean and green is to avoid the chemicals and plastic products which had been already entered and ruling our country. If we clean our surrounding, it will become neat and tidy, so that our country will change into greenery without any pollution, but with fresh air. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Green environment is very important because without nature we are all nothing. Due to COVID 19, many people died because of insufficient oxygen. So, we shouldn’t pollute the green environment, another main thing is “Nature will not affect the people until we don’t affect the nature". Each one has to plant one tree and we have to protect it, until it grows. If everyone is planting a tree then our environment will transform into a purified world. To change our environment, we have to ban the plastics, chemical products and shouldn’t dump the non – biodegradable waste into the soil. Reducing the pollutions which will not harm the birds and our environment, it avoids deforestation. Go Green The current major challenges of the contemporary world facing the global scale and cannot be solved through the cooperation of all peoples. For example the recent international policy actions concerning the environment are not likely to stop global warming. Among the elements of any policy aimed at reducing these imbalances, science and technology have an important role especially awareness through culture. The deteriorating conditions of human biological life and equivalents (all organic beings having a biological constitution similar to ours) on Earth, and therefore simply the eventual disappearance of humanity in its physical existence. In fact, I can also underline about the rise of poverty which particularly affects Africa. When UNICEF learns that a billion children live in poverty, this fabulous figure of one billion (that can only be an approximation, an image) is a global scandal. This rise in poverty has taken a global twist, and therefore human, not reducible to national CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA

Poverty is like the wind and the ocean, it pushes the boundaries, it forms a kind of world continuum which we do not grasp the exact shape and contours, especially as these vary constantly. We know that poverty engenders strong migration movements. The poor "third world" and those of "fourth world", the border becomes blurred. It is true to say that the 2015 COP21 in Paris was, in a way, a success. At least fifty-five states, responsible for at least fifty-five percent of greenhouse effect emissions eventually agreed on reducing theirs in order to maintain climate change below 2 degrees Celsius. However, it is not said that countries will implement policies efficient enough to guarantee this 2-degree increase. Moreover, the environment does not seem to be currently either on developing countries or on western countries political agenda, albeit one of the most serious issues of our times. People tend to have short-term views on this problem, whereas they should foresee what might affect future generations on Earth. Furthermore, some people even deny the fact that human actions could have any effect on climate change. Very few scientists are skeptical about the way mankind progressively harms its environment. At the end of the day, the current political situation only allows pessimism regarding climate change. Green India We have heard a lot about pollution. Don’t we? The topic has been made a part of curriculum and a day has been assigned to raise awareness. Isn’t it? People are well informed but still why does the world address the same issue frequently? What is the real cause of all this? The questions will definitely lead us further not exposing the true cause of it.
Though the Supreme Court has raised its concern about it, the felling of trees does take place. For Instance, if the trees on either side of the road are axed for a 10 kilometer straight, what do we get out of it? Growth or Pollution? Though actions like this are taken in the name of development; the garbage bins on the road side are insufficient.
Does anyone believe poverty and development as a reason for it? Yes, it might be hard to believe but it plays a vital role. Most of the individual’s money plays hide and seek; barely sufficient for them not to be starved. It does lead people to prefer low quality products in which the durability won’t last long and thus resulting in the change of the product often, moreover leading to the pile of plastics. It is also believed that the major cause of air pollution is Vehicles. Why is it not maintained? On the other hand, however, it is instructed to use the public transport; recruiters turn anyone down if they don’t own a vehicle. We do find garbage collecting trucks with loudspeakers to educate people but the trace it leaves is indelible. Whom to be blamed?
Either the pockets of the people should be filled always or the cost of the products should not cross beyond stretching length. The products that assure long durability should be put into the hands of the people. The talk of Clean and Green will remain a recent issue until a change arises from every individual. So, it would be good if we pledge that,
Sometimes, a well-known road will resemble something new and odd. It did happen in many places. In the name of widening the road the trees have been axed.

So plant trees as much as you can or try to not cut off. Plastic is not really necessary or a basic need? Because plastic is our country’s major weapon than a bullet from our enemies rifle. So try to avoid it totally, instead use a paper bag which is very common now a days. “We won’t have a society if we destroy the environment” -Margaret Mead. As he said clean and green is not just an action it was our life. Because we are also a part of society. It is not only necessary for us but also for our further generation too. When he reached Mayan village, he was surprised to death. He has never seen such a beautiful view throughout his life. As for as he can see, everything was in Green. There’s neither any pollution nor traffic noise. It was so peaceful and pleasant, when he knew that he’s breathing such a pure oxygen without any impurities. ‘ First impression is the best impression' as the proverb says, the first view of the village has changed his total ideas about the villages. While walking to his grandpa’s house, he sees Agriculture farms, Big trees filled with ripen fruits, Flowers covered by snow and Animals which were playing enthusiastically. He couldn’t see any garbage there as it was in the city. Women have cleaned their house and surroundings early in the morning. People there haven’t cut down any trees unnecessarily, instead they planted more. He learned a lot in the small village for his entire life. Then he has spent his holidays there happily and learned many new things. After the holiday ends he returned his home. When he reached his house and sees the city filled with pollution and the CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
people who destroying the nature, he wanted to bring a change in the society. As a first step, he changed himself and started to keep his house clean. When he went to school he asked the students to put the wastages in the dustbin and also shared about his experience in the village. Now he also keep his surroundings clean but he sees that people doesn’t care about the society and throw the wastages from wherever they are. So, he started an organization with the help of his friends and teachers and also started planting trees and given awareness to everyone. At the peak of his desire, he has sent an email to the Prime Minister of India, about his mission on changing the country. He also said; “ Youngsters are the one who bring changes in the society. And developing is not about polluting the country with new technologies or destroying the forests to build buildings or expand the roads. It is all about keeping our mother country Clean and Green. As a citizen of India, I have changed myself to change the country will you help me to make my dream come true sir?” Now, it’s 2 o' clock in the afternoon, students are in their class. Suddenly everyone is running towards the gate in rush. Many cars entered into the school. A majestic man gets off the car and his guards surrounded him with guns. Everyone is surprised and shocked. He asked for Raju and looked at him with a smile and Raju sees him admiringly.

Green India “Nature provides everything for man’s Need, not for man’s Greed”, said Mahatma Gandhi. Cleanliness deserves utmost importance everywhere, be it our house, residence, workplace or public space. It is one of the very basic needs for a civilized lifestyle. Gandhiji’s mantra “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” is the motive behind the new initiative called “Clean India and Green India”. These two great missions were launched by India which is set by the UNO under the Millennium Development Goals (MDG), the forerunner organizer of the agenda of sustainable development. It is with the same objective that the Government of India has launched a scheme in the name of “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”. Clean India and Green India are two phases of the initiative, Clean India was the dream of the Father of our Nation and it took nearly 75 years for its accomplishment. Initially named as the “Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan” was later renamed as the “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” by the cabinet approval on September 24th, 2014. It was a National level campaign which was started in 2014 on the 145th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The purpose of the campaign was to clean the roads, and all the towns and villages in India. The campaign was hosted chiefly by our honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi , who initiated the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan ( Clean India Movement )

in order to clean the streets, roads and infrastructure of the country’s 4,041 statutory cities and towns, which was officially launched on 2 October at Rajghat, Newdelhi. Gandhiji advised to follow the guidelines put forth by him for a hygienic society and mandatory sanitation, which is something necessary than Independence. On the inaugural ceremony, about thirty lakhs of school and college students participated in the drive. The famous slogan towards the Clean India Movement is “One Step towards Cleanliness”. The main objective of this mission is to eradicate open defecation through the construction of community toilets for proper sanitation, and to convert the insanitary toilets into pour flush toilets to stop the practice of manual scavenging. Along with that, establishing a feasible and transparent mechanism for monitoring the initiatives of the Government was also the ideology of the Government. Indian Government had a goal to achieve Open Defecation Free India by October 2019. But Clean India Green India is a possible mission as the ball is in the court of children and youngsters of the nation. The soon India becomes Clean, the soon it is to be transformed Green. Once we have attained the cleanliness, we can move on to strive for getting back the greenery of India. Oct 2021 - 070

Thus the demand of the time is to protect the environment purity, thereby its beauty simultaneously, which is a bit complex to achieve. Complexity doesn’t mean the hard work; rather the time we require to satisfy this goal is pretty far. But no matter I would tell, because hard work and sincere efforts never go in vain. To plant more saplings for the shelter of more trees to an extent of 5 million hectares is the first step that our country is focussing on. Right now, there are initiatives going on for improving the existing quality of the ecosystem by doing carbon sequestration and storage. The 2020 pandemic has played a pivotal role in relieving the country from the carbon emission of the vehicles and a fall in the pollution rate globally. People started realizing the need for a healthy atmosphere for a healthy co-existence in the lockdown days and many have volunteered for attaining this goal. Last but not the least; the future is to be bright with the contributions from the heirs. But the goal is far away from the reality. The plans are to be practical, logical and innovative which will have to be implemented with stringent measures and laws. Above all, sincere devotion and dedication of a citizen towards their duty is needed for being the role model for inculcating the sense of responsibility in every other citizen.

In this pandemic , we lost people in COVID-19 due to the lack of oxygen in hospitals which remember the bitter fact that we chop trees for industries which creates deforestation and that leads to pollution . It seems like nature's warning for hurting it and showing that it can create and destroy us .
As the quotation says, what we sow today, we will reap twice tomorrow. Nature is like a caretaker of every human who supports us with numerous amounts of love . It offers a protective layer which guards us against all kinds of damages and harms in every possible way. But in our fast moving world we gave more importance to the machines than to the pure souls. We cut down the trees and killed animals for our sophisticated needs. We forbid the capability of nature and pollute it's land ,air, and CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA

STRESS -
A SILENT KILLER A commonly appearing statement made by people across all age groups is,” I have such a lot of stress”. Let us first understand what stress is. Stress is more than just a disease; it not only affects our personal being but also ruins our social life. Pressure at work, college or school, deadlines, other people’s expectations, peer pressure, unrealistic goals and pressure we put on ourselves, schedules, relationships, caring for a loved one, health concerns and one of the biggest causes of stress… money and financial security! The toilsome, mechanical routine of modern life seems full with repeated "stressors". Our body immediately reacts to the stress. It distracts our minds and affects our health for the worse. We know when we are "stressed-out," and the message is a loud and clear — we're slowly killing ourselves. Experts refer to stress as a “silent killer.” CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
It is a known fact that life presents innumerable situations, which we greet with both negative and positive sentiments such as excitement, frustration, fear, happiness, anger, sadness and joy. When the negative reactions to life's situations become repetitively intense and recurrent, we tend to develop symptoms of stress. Stress affects people of all age groups physically, emotionally and psychologically. Too much challenge, hardship or change, cause an increase in the risk of illness. Keeping stress at a comfortable level seems to be the key to physical and mental well-being. Short-term physical effects of stress include headaches, digestive issues, disturbed sleep-pattern, exhaustion and increased vulnerability to infections. Over a long term, the cumulative effect of these small problems can result in chronic conditions. Oct 2021 - 075
STRESS -
A SILENT KILLER The body response first causes a reaction in the area of the brain dealing with decision-making, memory, and emotional responses, to decide whether or not there is a threat. Then it alerts the brain to control hormones and sends signals to the rest of the body to trigger a “fight or flight” reaction. Recurring and overlapping of difficult events can easily become chronic stress and in time health deteriorates, normal function does not return easily. Let us understand that it is not the event which is stressful; but our viewpoint, that is how we view and respond to it. We are often able to have control over what happens to us, but the important fact is that we have to view the situation objectively. When stress seems overwhelming or unmanageable, there are solutions. If stress is dominating the lifestyle, it's time to reach out. Nurturing and maintaining social contacts can help to cope up. Family relationships give outlet to frustrating life dilemmas, and friends can also be a source of support. Besides removing the source of stress altogether, there are other ways that can manage the daily stress level and reduce the impact that stress has on the body and mind by involving in physical activity, relaxation activities, social activities, good nutrition and maintaining proper sleep habits.
ment techniques and upbeat strategies, it can be controlled from doing long-term harm. During the next instance of stress or while going through a tough time; make it a priority to drink 6-8 bottles of water a day. It helps the body to get rid of the toxins that stress builds up and helps to balance the hormones. For instance, while dealing with something in life; ask yourself a question- Will excessive worrying or stressing be helpful in any way? The answer of course is no. Actions help; so take action; take a step forward, no matter how small and the feeling of accomplishment achieved would do away with all stress. Try it! Frank Herbert aptly says, “The mind can go in either direction under stress—towards positive or towards negative: on or off. Think of it as a spectrum whose extremes are unconsciousness at the negative end and hyperconsciousness at the positive end. The way the mind will lean under stress is strongly influenced by training.” Hence, we should remember-
It is not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way you carry it.
Mrs. Vishakha Gupta

Creating A surveillance state in India The last few days have once again provided extensive evidence of cyber attacks on Indian citizens. Apart from the blasphemous statements issued by various Ministers of the Government of India, we have not yet heard any clear explanation as to why the phone numbers of many Indian politicians, activists and lawyers, including Rahul Gandhi, are in 50,000 other phone numbers. Find possible surveillance targets for governments around the world.It is true that for various reasons, forensic testing that could detect infection through the NSO's Pegasus was not possible in each case.But the presence of these numbers calls for a full investigation, rather than another word salad offered by the government.The French and Israeli governments have already ordered an investigation. Most followers of this controversy will remember that this is not the first time that the current government has been accused of cheating citizens. In 2019, it was alleged that Gol used NSO's software to take advantage of a threat in the WhatsApp to illegally spy on 24 citizens and hack 121 Indians. The result was the refusal of all ministers to bomb and to prevent any action by the ruling party. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology, chaired by Shashi Tharoor, held some hearings but did not reach any conclusion or at least no information was released. Such inaction on the board makes us citizens wonder if the oversight structure is one in which all parties are involved and something unnecessary is done deliberately after public outrage. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
In 2019, WhatsApp, in order to avoid any conflict with Gol, decided to sue NSO in California. The documents filed in that lawsuit tell us that Pegasus could "remotely and covertly extract valuable intelligence from virtually any mobile device". Pegasus was designed, in part, to intercept communications sent to and from a device, including communications over iMessage, Skype, Telegram, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and others. Pegasus was modular malware, which meant that it could be customised for different purposes, including to intercept communications, capture screenshots and exfiltrate browser history and contacts from the device. That case isnow on the discoverystage, in which both sides can request documents and records that may reveal more. This is just one part of the surveillance structure that runs rampant in India. On March 11, the Indian government unanimously announced the adoption of scalable facial recognition technology. We are told that 1,100 individual participants in the Delhi riots have been identified using photography and other information from the government's "database". That number later rose to 1,900. While other developed democracies, including the European Union and many US states, are slowing down or blocking the use of facial recognition in the public sphere, here in India, we are traveling not only in the other direction, but the government. The steps taken indicate that the rule of law is nothing more than a small bump in the road.
Oct 2021 - 077
Creating A surveillance state in India There are at least three other projects that are building a 360-degree surveillance mechanism by the government. These projects, namely CMS, NATGRID and NETRA, operate under complete secrecy without any publicly available information. CMS and NETRA are demonstrably among the most invasive in the world - all the more so, considering how a patchwork of broadly worded laws with questionable compliance rates allows them to tap into virtually any network, often without the knowledge of the service providers themselves. NATGRID was built with an intent to enable government agencies to get information such as bank account details and transaction details, in violation of the principles which were laid down in the Supreme Court's Puttaswamy judgment. There is a concerted effort to use technology to create a state of surveillance, control rather than monitor and empower the free flow of information.citizens. Where the government reads every face, political dissent is under permanent intimidation. We cannot live our lives outside the range of others' cameras anymore. What should happen now? First of all, we must not allow this to become another scandal that will catch our attention for a few weeks before anything else erupts. We must all keep up the pressure. Second, an independent commission of inquiry should be set up. The commission should be headed by a panel of members of the judiciary, civil society and technicians, not one or two Supreme Court judges. We should also ensure that the matter is not referred to the CBI, which the Supreme Court itself has called a caged parrot. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Third, in the absence of an independent judicial inquiry on the orders of the Supreme Court, the states should order such an inquiry as the state of West Bengal headed by Mamata Banerjee has ordered. Fourth, all victims should approach the courts, the police and demand the enforcement of their rights. Courts should stop buying national security arguments and allow governments to use the market to build surveillance infrastructure. The government's right to continued access to our data must be a violation of constitutional human rights, even without appropriate security measures. Fifth, information about the three surveillance projects, namely CMS, NATGRID and NETRA, should be publicly available and subject to the principles laid down in the Patta Swamy case. Sixth, we must seize the opportunity to force Parliament to enact a strong privacy charter by law that protects the right to freedom of conduct and the analysis of large-scale data, which is clearly But harmful. There should be no exception in such an act. It should make all public surveillance - and government use of private surveillance technologies - subject to the rule of law. "Without the freedom to think freely, there are no rights that can be exercised by anyone. If we leave this discussion only to politicians and don't hold them accountable this time, we are doomed to live through the death of freedom."

Peregrination of India Since childhood we have heard the saying that, “cleanliness is next to godliness”, and India as a modern day nation understood this dictum since ancient times and has laid constant stress on applying it in the practical sphere. It was in this vein which made the Narendra Modi government to realise that ‘clean India’ and ‘green India’ are complementary to each other, and hence the “Swachh Bharat Mission” was launched in 2014. In the past couple of decades we have felt the vagaries of Mother Nature, mostly because of unsustainable development led by man. However, the people of India, be it those from the Indus Valley civilization, or of Rig Vedic period, or of present day age,
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
knew the importance of sustainable development. Themes such as preservation, safeguarding and management of the environment is detected in various sources of ancient Indian literature. The sacred books of the Hindus, as The Vedas, Upanishads and Puranas have accepted the relationship which exists between nature and man and also mankind’s liability towards nature. The Arthashastra prepared by Kautilya; although a thesis on the government and economies of ancient India, has also given an elaborate information regarding rainfall regimes, soil types and irrigation techniques for specific areas. Kautilya saw forests, gardens, orchards etc., as not only recreational spots but also as sources of revenue, and divided the Indian landmass Oct 2021 - 079

Peregrination of India into village areas, mountains, forests, drylands, plains and uneven lands. The Arthashastra laid down strict punishments for injuring domestic and wild animals. Even the Manusmriti formulated by Maharshi Manu considered biodiversity as all living forms which include moveable and immoveable- plant kingdom. It laid stress on animal conservation, biodiversity protection and vegetarian food habits. Almost all the Vedic philosophy revolves around forests, wildlife and trees. They considered deforestation as a punishable offence, and recognised the significance of preserving season’s cycles as they could be altered due to climate change because of man’s actions. People of the Vedic era believed that mountains caused rains, fresh air and provided medicines. Water was seen as a symbol of purity and was to be free from pollution. The Sun and fire were considered to be the utmost in purifying the environment. Rig Veda {6:48:17} states: “Do not cut trees, because they remove pollution”. Yajur Veda {5:43} states: “Do not disturb the sky and do not pollute the atmosphere”. Even in the Pre-Vedic period, i.e. in the Indus Valley period, in its various coins and seals, animals as elephants, ox, peacocks,

tigers, bulls etc. were included which show their oneness towards the children of mother earth. The Pashupati seal, which depicted a man surrounded by animals, pointed to the fact that people of that time were one with nature and used to spend some time in forests. However, all this equanimity with nature changed with the arrival of Mughals in India, to whom the forests meant no more than woodlands where they could hunt. No worthy environmental jurisprudence took place during Muslim rule in India (except perhaps during the period of Akbar), with no effort being put for the conservation of natural resources as the rulers were only interested in war, propagation of religion and empire building. The British did took some steps in colonial India to preserve the environment and natural resources but it was miniscule compared to the Vedic period. The Indian Constitution adopted in1950 initially did not lay much stress on environment or pollution control. The Stockholm Declaration of 1972 was the first major attempt to conserve and protect the human environment at the international level, and it in a sense propelled the Indian Parliament to insert two articles, i.e. 48A and 51A in the Constitution of the

Peregrination of India country in 1976. Article 48 A states that, “the State shall endeavour to protect and improve the environment and to safeguard the forests and wildlife of the country”. Article 51A as a Fundamental Duty lays down, “It shall be the duty of every citizen of India to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wildlife, and to have compassion for living creatures and to develop the scientific temper…”. Through its various environment protection laws as, The Environment Protection Act, 1986 (which came into force after the Bhopal Gas tragedy), National Environment Management Act (NEMA), 1998, The Biological Diversity Act, 2002, amongst others, India has tried to maintain its green cover and continue with its cleanliness programs. Also the Eleventh Schedule of the Constitution along with other matters is directly or indirectly related to environment as agriculture, soil conservation, water management and watershed development, fisheries, social forestry and farm forestry, minor forest produce, drinking water, health and sanitation. Even The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India through its ground breaking judgements as Subhas Kumar v/s State of Bihar [AIR 1991 SC 420], MC Mehta v/s Union
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
of India [AIR 2000 SC1997] has interpreted the right to life and personal liberty (Article 21) to include the right to clean environment, drinking water and pollution – free atmosphere. In the landmark MC Mehta case also known as “Oleum Gas Leak Case”, The Hon’ble Supreme Court treated the right to live in a pollution free environment as a part of Fundamental Right to life under article 21 of the Constitution. It held that, “where an enterprise is engaged in a hazardous or inherently dangerous activity which results in harm to anyone on account of an accident in the operation of such hazardous and inherently dangerous activity resulting in the escape of toxic gas, the enterprise is strictly and absolutely liable to compensate all those who are affected by the accident and such a liability is not subject to any exception. The enterprise must be absolutely liable to compensate for such harm and it should be no answer to the enterprise to say that it had taken all reasonable care and that the harm occurred without negligence on its part. Absolute liability is one tort where fault need not be established. It is no-fault liability”.

Peregrination of India Various other interpretations of Article 21 by the Supreme Court have become the basis of environmental jurisprudence and have helped in protecting India’s environment, as in Narmada Bachao v/s Union of India [AIR 2000 SC 3751]; in the Ganges Pollution case [AIR 1987 SC 1086]; in Kamal Nath’s case [W.P. 182/1996 decided on 15/3/2002], in which a PIL was filed against the family members of Kamal Nath (former Minister of Environment & Forests, Government of India), as they had diverted the course of river Beas to beautify their Span Motel in the State of Himachal Pradesh. The Hon’ble Supreme Court directed the owners of the motel to hand over the forest land to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and further order the removal of all sorts of encroachment, spending the money from their own pocket. In the light of all this, the importance of the 6th Assessment Report (AR 6) of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), [which came out on 9th August, 2021] cannot be overlooked. It clearly states that in recent decades human activity has caused unprecedented changes in the climate, most of which is irreversible. The IPCC report says with high confidence that the monsoons in India will become more erratic; the warmer climate will lead to prolonged wet and dry condi

tions, which will have possible implications for severe floods and prolonged drought conditions. In an ironic coincidence, on the same day the IPCC 2021 report was released, India unveiled plans for “atmanirbharta” (self-sufficiency) in edible oils with a Rupees 11,000/- crore National Edible Oil Mission-Oil Palm (NMEO-OP), with the focus in the Northeast and the Andaman and Nicobar islands. Under this, India plans to go for massive cultivation of palm oil, an edible vegetable oil derived from the mesocarp of the African oil palm fruit, used in a range of food and beauty products as biofuel. Now palm oil is widely recognised as one of the most ecologically destructive crops – the decimation of entire rainforest swathes in Southeast Asian countries owes directly to palm oil. This summer, Sri Lanka banned the import of palm oil and ordered phased elimination of its palm oil plantations in favour of less water-intensive, less invasive, more biodiversity enhancing crops. A question naturally arises. At what cost will India’s new edible oil policy be ushered in? The clean and green India initiative started by the Modi government will not bear the desired fruits, despite environmental protection and cleanliness being raised to the status of fundamental law of the land; if the people of this country don’t come out as a collective whole against the damage which our developmental process has made to the living environment. Some can be said well when we say “Thank you” but some can be bad like using abusive language when someone hits our car. But above all, some habits are our very bad like throwing leftover food or chapatti in a polybag and then throwing it in the garbage and a cow on roadside fighting with himself to open it in hunger to have that food and in trying all this the cow eats the whole thing i.e. polybag with food. Likewise, we practice other such habits in our day-to-day life. Very common is spitting on the road. And if we say don’t spit the reply CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
is, “the road belongs to us. We can do whatever we like.” Taking pets like a dog on a road early morning and making them pee and urinate on the road should not be accepted. And if so, then the owner should take care that it should be picked up and thrown in the dustbin not left as such on the road for the flies to feed on it. Opening a wrapper of packed food or like items and throwing in the air from a car or on a scooter or as such on the road should be taken care of as it is spoiling the roads. It should be thrown in the dustbin only or kept in the bag and thrown later in a dustbin.

Designing a way to write the letter ‘L’ Dr Raju Ramekar, an Adilabad based Radiologist from Yavatmal migrated to Telangana for practice, achieved a rare copyright from the Central government for designing a way to write the letter ‘L’ by having a horizontal line below the letter, an emphasis that would help to ensure correct pronunciation of letter ळ (LA) which is widely used in many languages like Marathi (ळ), Telugu (ళ), Tamil (ழ), Kannada (ಳ) etc. When pronouncing the letter L in ‘Tamil’ a Tamillian will pronounce the letter L by touching his tongue to the roof of its mouth, while others will pronounce ‘L’ by touching his tongue to the back of the teeth. Similarly in all of the languages this confusion in pronunciation is all set by writing the Letter ‘L’ as ‘L’ CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
For example Bengaluru, according to this new suggestion will be spelled as Bengaluru, Even the Government of India has already used uppercase ā while writing Bhārat to ensure the proper pronunciation of sound ‘aa’ As per the guidelines of IAST (International Alphabet of Sanskrit Transliteration) he has secured a rare copyright from the Union Deputy Registrar of copyright on July 29/2021. The particular consonant ळ is missing in both Sanskrit and Devnagari transliteration, the horizontal line below the letter ‘L’ will help to give exact translation and identity of the consonants in the names of person, cities, and languages.

It dawned on him that it was his responsibility to go to the flame burning in his spirit. Next to Ashtabhujadevi in the house, he brought an oath that he would fight to the death by conjur CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
ing up the flag of armed revolution to regain the independence of the nation! At the age of fourteen, Savarkar vowed to challenge death, and she and she miraculously fulfilled it.Thus far no one was able to send in the perfect solution, which is not unusual. Savarkar has criticized certain beliefs and norms in his literature. For example, consider a cow sacred, to please God by crawling on her stomach, to write 11 lakh letters of Ram Nama and offer it to Ganga for world welfare, to do Satyanarayana, to worship the planet, to make a funeral procession from Tirdi, to burn the dead on a cheetah Worshiping Wad Pimpala etc. But Savarkar did not write with the limited aim of exposing the openness behind certain practices and trying to dissuade the society from them. Their role is broad and radical. It is founded on rationalism. He receives a scientific approach to cognition and the application of that cognition. Scientific vision is another name for rationalism. Scientific Savarkar tal knowledge which is the foundation of religious thought and spirituality. How to understand that enlightened knowledge is genuine knowledge? Because they indicate that the experience of each revelation is different. Savarkar insists that what is penned in the scriptures should be taken only if it has been demonstrated by direct evidence, observation, experience and experimentation. How can that society, not mature beyond the elevation and length of that mortal or that text! Can't! Savarkar's order is to preserve the entire scripture in the closet today. The right to say what is right today is the right of experimental science! In the face of Portuguese tyranny, "not only people, but also gods escaped with their gods, and then that their idols would not be offended.However, later on, Mind changed, Shivaji Maharaj emerged and it is surprising that the abode of the bathing gods was leaving. In Maharashtra, the harvest of saints is going down. At that place was more emphasis on material substance than on religious remedies. Savarkar also turns his scientific vision towards social structure. At the stem of his traditional social structure are some misconceptions and he too holds the foundation of religion, behind the caste system is the scientific principle of heredity, say her traditional supporters. Later on a detailed exam of this principle, Savarkar states: CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Genetics is the only rule of evolution, The status of the mother during pregnancy and the educational rites after childbirth as well act as a major role in the development of type. As genes develop virtues, so do vices In both cases hybrids are desirable. The people of a racist country are in a more upright position than us. On the whole, he called for breaking out the seven shackles on the feet of the Hindu community and pointed down the principles of societal revolution. Like Hinduism, Savarkar has sharply criticized the superstitions of Islam and Christianity. We saw Savarkar's thoughts on superstition and the faith which is the most basic superstition. Let us today look at their method of argument. Savarkar says that sex worship, animal worship, tree worship are teams and inferior varieties of faith. Religion attains a higher form only if the God of humankind is at its highest level. " " They hit such a cost. It is penned in the script that there is God in the cow. Hence, if you desire to worship a cow, why not worship a pig? They also say that the god Varahavatari was a pig.

Scientific
Savarkar These ideas about blindness expressed by Savarkar about fifty years ago should seem so advanced today. Scientific sophistication, up-to-date was the key words of Savarkar's social reforms. Savarkar has sharply attacked the practice from a scientific point of perspective. Savarkar writes, "Science has discovered the germs of Plague Cholera, Tuberculosis, removed almost all the panacea and vaccines on it, rescued millions of lives from the clutches of death by using 'X' radiation, chloroform, artificial respiration and many other devices. Man's power is infallible, even over the sea, earth and sky. They can be implemented like slaves by scientific formulas, not by extending. "This new rule must be made. Science must take us.
CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Recognizing this infallible power of science, the message given by Savarkar to Indians should be retained in mind always. Savarkar has said, "What we have to face today is to give strength to the age of scientific discipline and to European science. What we require to edit is the science of science. Blended in are the days of building a social system on the basis of Dharma texts! There are only in the universe The famous brave too What the mother answered Across the ocean Hanumanta is over, Compliments for this "Vinayaka" Grateful greetings at the feet of the first revolutionaries of India who digested the hall of eternal death to please freedom Lakshmi! Let's talk about life……….. / What is life? Spirit means the stop between life, birth and decease. Which the Lord has made us. We have the opportunity to come down to earth and do properly. When we take such an opportunity, we keep saying, life is boring, this life, has become unpleasant and we are burning a pile. We blame fate for not taking advantage of the opportunity God has granted us. We consider more about how painful and painful life can be without considering about how to live it freely. Lifetime is an arduous journey through three stages from birth to demise. It is as clear as a rose petal, but equally painful as a sticker. In the first stage after birth, it is the stage of childhood. In which we are completely dependent on others. The life occupied by education, sports, competitions feels very beautiful. A childhood full of innocence, rudeness, understanding of the expression, innocence is real neat. At this point just one hope prevails. There is no substitute for learning to rise upward. If you desire to execute something in life, you CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
need to take. But not everyone can receive an education. Referable to the economic state of affairs, nonetheless, the dream of some education remains unfulfilled, life turns more difficult without education. It alters the way we look at life. Only sometimes the journey of a lifetime that seems difficult seems easier if we look positively at the difficult place. "Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's patience." We desire to make life more beautiful by using what we possess, rather than crying over what we do not possess. It is up to you to decide whether to choose the expert or the bad fashion of animation. Life is like cycling. To keep your balance, you must continue going. This journey started with parents, relatives, acquaintances and teachers is really precious and full of many memories. On the effectiveness of education and artistic creation, we go into the second phase of lifespan. That is youth. Moves towards fulfilling your dream in youth. In the beginning, we are very selfish Oct 2021 - 091

Let's talk about life……….. / What is life? while doing that. My business, my joys, my aspirations, my joys. We work there knowing the importance of time but can't make time for our household. Time is such a thing that it does not occur again, once the time that has passed does not come back, we continue hearing. Time is of the essence. Only at this stage many grandchildren are also appended. What we call friendship. In life we want to be with somebody, sometimes we want friendship, sometimes we want love. But love never fails, but friendship last forever. In life, your thoughts, your actions, your ideals, your friendships and your time are all with you. Aliveness is a tough journey with a mixture of success and failure. In which how we live is more important than how long we hold out. No matter how well or bad the dance time is, it certainly changes, simply doesn't do bad things in good times so that people don't leave you in tough times. If laziness and ego are removed from us, then the struggle for survival will definitely be less hard. The struggle to create your own identity will move you. Happiness is temporary if we draw anything easily in life. The spirit gets more favorable if we make something valuable through hard study. Everyone's goal is to live a comfortable life. If fate is dying to yield something good, it starts with hard things and if fortune is dying to pass on something amazing, it starts with impossible things. Spirit is truly meaningful only when there is something sublime beyond the pleasures of money and possessions. Noble ideas CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
should not be left behind. A simple path to survive a circumscribed life in a limited circle is to last a long time You are the fairy with you, you have gone astray We should look for the good in ourselves. Otherwise, it will be like a musk deer. Losing one's own life in search of fragrance would create a dreadful movie. Old age is the stage of calculating what you have made and what you have missed in life. This is a country that makes one say about the sins committed in the yesteryear. The belief that comes up at this stage is that life is short and the doorway to death will never afford. The idea of redemption after death comes with the promise of survival. When you pass the door of the last end, the voice comes from the subconscious mind that affects the subconscious mind a slight. But this is not real life, this is the spiritual happiness that one gets from your deeds. Live like you are going to go tomorrow. Learn as you dwell eternally. Rather than determining the solution to the inquiry of what life is, one should live a happy, selfless life without becoming entangled in the inquiry of what life is. Dream and play hard to reach it. But when it is finished, we should never have a fetus and self-esteem, which implies we are not only on the threshold of dying. Likewise, don't be sad that your dream is unfulfilled. Because on the journey of fulfilling a dream, many good experiences are chosen by a mortal. Those experiences have yielded a fresh focal point to one's spirit. This new commission, experience is life. Oct 2021 - 092

Then came the Humans who ate the fruit of knowledge, And exhibit to care for nature with a fugacious pledge. FROM NOTHING TO
EVERYTHING The earth is now suffering with pain,
Flowers refuse to born in this place,
O, the clouds are stopping to rain:
We, humans, annihilate them by a race;
All of the lands become empty and dry,
Industries smoke ignoble gas and fire;
Our people start to pathetically cry;
Nature cannot resist, so it does retire;
Animals and birds die without health,
Death follows and pushes us to grave,
Humanity gets screwed for wealth---
We, all, wait for living, then we crave:
No one pens for nature as its only bard,
There is nothing to save our pity fate
Living is not alive, so we survive hard;
Unless we do something without hate;

FROM NOTHING TO EVERYTHING Our brains become seeds to grow
Taking pledges cannot change this life,
And destroy the litters, we did throw:
Working with nature defends any knife:
We start to recycle the paper for us,
Computers and robots misguide our heart
The trees are saved and it is our plus;
And take away the aesthetic sense of art;
There are some roots that kiss the earth And make babies of nature with mirth;
It is the time to end up this nightmare,
Clouds have happy tears from the sky,
We dream for nature to be its lovely hare;
We see flowers with a dancing butterfly;
Spread the fragrance of a greenish mind, The world has eyes and it is not so blind;
Birds question us about their end,
You must believe, “We became nothing”,
We embrace them to be our friend;
Now we can say, “We become everything”;
There is no need of battles and wars,
Never lose hope when you are empty,
It is enough to heal humanity’s scars;
Think about this and do your own duty;
Animals come and destroy big industry, This unfolds our chaotic dark mystery;
This poem is not only for India, indeed,
We took their inhabitants in the past,
It speaks for the world as an Indian seed;
They take back all what they have lost;
I love India for its saffron, white, and green, Humanity can show you what I have seen;
No pollution comes without technology,
Never fill your eyes with a specific picture,
We clean all of our messes with synergy;
This life can gift you the elegant rapture;
The world will be green from brown---
Contribute something for this lifeless world,
We never thieve nature for making crown;
It is the time to be happy as well as bold.

From the drizzle of the rain To the lush green of the grain From the crimson flares of the sun To the orange of the autumn From the melody of the feathered friends To the chaotic cacophony of the throng From the ebony of the night To the approaching dawn’s silvery light Just as a pearl is to an oyster We mortals are to the Nature’s cloister When the first blush of morning comes The bud on the plant smiles and blossoms When the gardens of nature open their hearts The butterflies flutter by in joy and mirth From every plant to every seed From every animal of each breed From the ecstacy of Joy To the agony of sorrow But more of good and less of evil Just how long before we realise That the Almighty gave us The bitter with the sweet and the hot with the cold It’s all about His blessings: "The Gift of Nature" Oct 2021 - 112

Shame does my Mother Earth feel Oh Man, have mercy on her please She is afraid and feeling cold, please cover her with green vegetation She is wounded and bleeding Won't you come to apply herbal medicine She is weeping and sobbing. Won't you come to wipe out her tears She is feeling utter thirsty, Won't you provide her pure water? She is terribly suffocated, Won't you give her air unpolluted? Greenish Nation My role to nation, role to nation Clean my country, it's my passion. Plastic items seem worst in our life time Scrub these garbage with our team. We will make clean India. It may be a great idea. Break the wall and make the way. You will be in a height on the day. The greenish things that vanish now. The former trees, that show me some love. Put your hands on the sand It will help to save thy bond. Put the seeds, it will feed Greenish nation is our shield.

Captivating Nature In India The magical nature and trees all around There is this solace that surrounds The flowing river has a noise So peaceful and serene is the voice The sun when sets in the deep horizon Glows in the dark and looks wonderful Can't get enough of natural scenes Wish to stay with nature forever Forever in this alluring peace Natures love is such It brings to your life a new light! The chirping birds make sound so sweet, The clear blue sky oh! So high, The sea is so deep and intense, The many gardens and their fence, The mountains so big and huge, The forests giving out some clues, The intensity of the wind and air, Tells us, look around, something is there, Yes, I am nature, and love me to the core, Yes I am nature! I heard whimpering My eyes scanned length and breath Found butchery. The guards on either side of road, Were transferred to a place, From where they could never make a comeback. I cried, even others were shedding tears, Lips of many pounced with questions, Stayed still; what to do then? We have a family. Don’t we? The learning is turning objective, Not a better sign. Nurture Our Nature For The Future Huge salutation to the grandeur God, Who holds high self-esteem as the Lord: The vast universe shelters the colossal men, Who makes a sarcastic stare wide open; When bewitching nature nurtures to the less, The dashings of men culminated with fierce; Later, nature spaced out time on pandemics, Where we can only ponder with woefulness. Look at those chirping birds and buzzing bees, Howling winds, later, depletes turning ease: Serious vanity is everywhere to the sky, That imbibes filthy air in men so high; Left people like some babbling babbles--Terminating them to compose silly squabbles, Fantastic thoughts droves men to the grove, Instead of actions for making them move; Pleasing nature cannot sense it with pleasure, Yet embedding saplings into the soil saves our future. Pledging and promising will never please, Where bestowing efforts render peace: Elate the cosmos with sincere gratify, Change is the victory of making the universe satisfy. People's liability will surge love from God's hand. Helps posterity to imprint their feet on the sand. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA

Thou art the Maharana! When HM Queen Elizabeth II met HH Maharana Mahendra Singh of Mewar, she had ‘touched his feet’, asking for his blessing. Should I do the same? I asked my driver, Tulsi Paneri, a Brahmin who acted as my adviser. I had met him when I came to Udaipur for the first time in the autumn of 2018. He had been the driver of Rawat Sawai MAHA SINGHJI III, the 25th Rawat Saheb of Begun or Begu. Previously. he had been the driver of The Maharana. «No», he answered, you are here on a private visit. Tulsi Paneri had driven me to Samor Bagh Palace.in Udaipur. I entered this rather small palace and was warmly met by His Highness. I suppose I made a Namaste-greeting with my hands, maybe uttered ‘Khamma Ghani hukum’. I had been asked for Afternoon tea. HH had arranged for pizza, to make me feel at home. His son, the Crownprince of Mewar, Maharajkumar CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
Vishvaraj Singh joined us. We talked of many things. HH had experienced a lot during his long life. He is the 108 Sri Maharaj Adhiraj Raj Rajeshwar Ravi Kula Bushana-Mahi Mahindra Yavadarya Kula Kamaldhivakara Chattis Rajkul Singar Maharana Shri MAHENDRA SINGH Bahadur Hindua Suraj Hindupati, the 76th Sisodia ruler and 34th Maharana of Udaipur since 1984. And a descendant of Maharana Pratap, the famous warrior of the Rajputs. HH was born 14th February 1941, installed 19th November 1984; with a raj tilak which was attended the traditional way by the nobility and the holy men. The Royal family was dressed in white clothes, not with much decorations. He assisted in the formation of the Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation; he was managing the wonderful Lake Palace Hotel when it received its 5 star rating, and the Garden Hotel when it received its 3 star rating. Thou art the Maharana! HH has also been involved in politics. He contested the Parliament (Lok Sabha) elections from Chittorgarh in 1989 and won with a record margin of over 190,000 votes. HH is married to HH Maharani Nirupama Kumari, daughter of Lt. Col. HH Maharaja Manabendra Shah Sahib Bahadur of Tehri-Garhwal, and his wife, HH Maharani Suraj Kanwar. The Maharana and his wife have a son and a daughter, and grandchildren. HH was easy to converse with, like me more on the serious side. When I was to leave he said that I was easy to talk to. Maybe because we shared an interest in similar subjects. Before I left, his next visitors waited in an anteroom, they came from a university and greeted The Maharana in the most respectful way, touching his feet. When I left, Her Highness, Maharani Nirupama Kumari, was taking a dog for a walk. This often happens, as in Rajasthan you do not meet the females that often. But their dogs are often out for a tour when I am leaving. I was introduced to her on another occation, but that is another story. CLEAN INDIA - GREEN INDIA
