Massive waterfront development a reality for Walvis Bay’s lagoon area Staff Reporter A 150 room luxury hotel, an access canal from the sea into a modern shopping centre and trendy residential areas. This is how the new waterfront complex was introduced to the Walvis Bay public last night, by Afrikuumba (Pty) Ltd, who have recently entered into a joint venture with the Walvis Bay municipality to develop this nearly N$1 billion complex in the town's lagoon suburb. Waterfront Continued from Front Page dark, after an initial process to rezone the two said properties were not properly communicated to the public. The process is redone now, he assured, and expressed eagerness that residents participate in the process including to plan the amenities that would go with this massive development. Afrikuumba's portfolio include large infrastructure projects in Angola and locally the company has been appointed the contractor for the construction of the Dunes Mall. “We approach this waterfront project as a business case. There is no quick buck to be made here and we want a development which local residents can be proud of,” explained Nakuumba. Although design concepts were shown to the public, Nakuumba warned there would be a lot of changes in order to achieve the best project. Although a large number of the public supported the idea, mostly because of the massive increase it would bring to property prices in the direct vicinity for others it was less impressive. There were concerns whether indeed there would first be a new swimming pool complex and cricket facility constructed before the project sounds the death knell for the existing ones. Others were taken aback that the decision was already made to use the land for the development without consulting with residents. Some were concerned commercial activities would bring people and unwanted traffic to the area. Nakuumba assured the public meeting is the first of many, as during the rezoning phase and environmental impact assessment of the project public consultation will enjoy high priority.

Councils Continued from Front Page Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Management Committee and additional members to serve on the committee. With the Swapo Party having a 60 % representation in Council, these positions will be all be assumed by Swapo Councillors. A caucus preceded the swearing-in ceremony where it was determined who will be elected in the positions as well as the proposers and seconders. Walvis Bay's swearing-in of Councillors and office bearers takes place at the Council Chambers in the Civic Centre. Councillors are: Alderman Immanuel Wilfred (Swapo), Hilka Erastus (Swapo), Gibson Goseb (UDF), Paulus Kauhondamwa (Swapo), Penelope Martin (Swapo), Tobias Nambala (Swapo), Ndishoshili, Nghilumbwa (Swapo), Manuel Ngaringombe (DTA), Lilo Niilenge (Swapo) and Saara Shailemo (Swapo).

Airport parking ticket system raises concern A brief investigation this week by namib times, into the system used by the Walvis Bay Airport to collect parking fees, could not reveal any wrongdoings as alleged by several readers. The system however, only issues receipts upon request. Namibia Airports Company (NAC) recently introduced parking fees which starts at N$5 and could run up to N$80 per day. Although construction of the new public parking area is not yet completed, a system is operated whereby a vehicle's arrival time and general information is recorded by hand on a ticket. This ticket is handed to the driver. When exiting the parking area, the ticket is again handed over to a collections officer who calculates the tariff based on the time recorded when the vehicle entered the area and the time it

exits. The weak point in the system is the collections officer receives the money and returns change, but only issues a receipt on request. This frustrates drivers who has to account for spending their employer's money on parking fees, as many don't know they have to ask for a receipt in order to have one. The tickets do have serial numbering, which means at day end it is possible to determine the number of tickets issued, the total parking hours recorded on each and the corresponding tariff charged. These totals are match-

ed with the cash takings. Although appearing fool proof as far as a system is concerned, the system remains vulnerable due to the fact the booms of both the entry point and exit point of the parking area is operated manually. Officials can allow vehicles without issuing tickets. The ideal situation is to automate the system where a ticket is issued when the entry boom is lifted and the parking tariff automatically calculated when the ticket is used as a key to activate the exit boom.

Stevedoring Strike Continued from Front Page May this year. “The company is in no position to backdate that amount to 1 May. In short they actually agreed to the rate but then they said they wanted it backpaid from 1 May and that we cannot do, there is no means that we can afford that. If it was a normal increase obviously that would have been something that the company could have put money aside for but, as these is a rate adjustment it is massive. ” Another concern Derks expressed is the issue of negotiations between the company and NASAWU. According to Derks the union did not negotiate in good faith, as it keeps on changing its demands. It led to a delay in the signing of the recognition agreement. Derks said regarding the strike, workers have already blockaded the whole premises, parking area as well as the entrance of the building in Hage Geingob Avenue. He urged workers to stick to the strike rules, and said he would seek the assistance of the Namibian Police if rules are not followed. The President of NASAWU, Paulus Hango, says the company should just pay the workers what is due to them. “Either it is a salary increment or a salary adjustment; it is their fault for delaying matters. They are exploiting the workers and do not care about them. We were supposed to negotiate this year to implement the rate in May already, but they were however delaying the negotiations.” Hango further stressed that had they (NSS) reached an agreement with them on 1 May, they would not have needed to resort to demanding back pay. “It is not our fault” he concluded.

Walvis Bay Airport gets aerodrome license The Namibia Airports Company has proudly advised that the Walvis Bay airport has received its Aerodrome licence. Says CEO Tamer ElKallawi: “An inspection was conducted at the Walvis Bay airport from 13 to 17 July and corrective actions were implemented and evidence submitted end of November that all findings have been addressed and were found acceptable. We were then handed our licence on 30 November. He added that NAC would continue to

fulfil its duties and obligations at the airport to ensure that the licence would remain valid at all times. The continuous improvement of safety and security of airport operations is one of the six strategic priority areas as outlined in the NAC's Strategic Plan 2014-2017 and similar activities are on-going for the airports of Eros and Ondangwa by the end of 2015 for successful renewal of their

operational licences. Once completed, the current licensing process will enhance the level of compliance of NAC's airports to national and international safety and security requirements, ultimately contributing to Namibia fulfilling its commitment to license all international airports by December 2015 as per the Declaration adopted by all African States in Abuja (Nigeria) in July 2012.

“You are your best Erongo police applauds policeman” community on elections Mavourlene !Gaёs

NamPol Community Policing Officer, Sergeant Ileni Shapumba is calling on the community to become their own police officer. He said the festive season is approaching and it is a wellknown fact this is the time of the year that criminals commit crimes on a serious note, because they want to have something in their pockets for Christmas. Shapumba says “It is very important that we as citizens become police officers of our own properties, the best policeman and a policewoman to protect your property is yourself.” He is advising the community to report any crime-related

incidences to the police without any delay and expose the criminals. “We are in actual fact ready to protect them, however they should make sure that they are keeping the emergency numbers and using them.” Shapumba adds they are expecting an influx of people both nationally and internationally and insist on law and order or they will take the necessary steps. “Those that are coming in (visitors) should obey the laws and those that are living here should also obey the law, that is

what we want. We are going to take predetermined action against any disobedience of the law.” According to Shapumba, the police are looking forward to working together with the community as they have been doing in the past, particularly the community structures and crime prevention forums from the community to assist them in order to improve on the safety and security of the inhabitants in the Erongo Region. “We have prepared ourselves and are still preparing ourselves in order to make sure that we are in the position to respond to the pressing demands of the community during the festive period. “We wish everyone a happy Christmas and happy festive season and want to remind them that “crime is not cool so we should not promote it, we should not commit it, we want people to start behaving.”

“We are happy with the manner in which the whole election process went,” said NamPol Community Policing Officer, Sergeant Ileni Shapumba at a media briefing this week. According to Shapumba they did not receive any reports of major hiccups during the recent elections. “That is something that we need to commend our community for, political leaders, Party leaders and their supporters and followers, sympathisers and everybody else, they demonstrated a strict sense of maturity in terms of democracy and we hope that is going to continue in all national processes of this nature,” he added. He congratulated those who won the elections and said they (police) are looking forward to their support in community policing. “We need their support and assistance and as much as we are congratulating them and wishing them luck, the safety of persons that they are leading is indispensable, everybody's participation in safety issues is important.” Shapumba also thanked the shebeen owners and alcohol retailing outlets for enquiring whether they should open or close their doors for the day. “Our phones did not stop ringing with calls from them wanting to know if they should open or not open. They called and said since the Head of State had declared the day as a public holiday, they felt that despite the fact that their licenses are saying they can operate on any day, they really felt that they should close for the moral aspect. We are happy

about that because that really would have caused a nuisance and disturbance.” However, he said, there were a few individuals who did not close on the day of the elections, particularly the youth, who were entertaining themselves. “While the people stood in the voting queues at the polling stations to cast their votes, the majority of them especially the youth were suffocating the supermarkets with plastic bags full of alcohol. The community even complained to say that it does not look good for a person to be selling alcohol on a day that the country goes to vote.” Shapumba further stressed that the community refrain from what the law says they should do and start focusing on what they know is right. “The people should not only say that the law is just about this and that but, should also listen to what their conscience is telling them.” He noted that, “The duty of allegiance that you owe to the state as citizens is loyalty, we ought to support the Government and respect the national processes. It did not look good when they were selling alcohol.” He concluded by saying that community members must consider their fellow citizens and respect their request not to sell alcohol as it could disturb elections or voting processes.

Family left devastated after grave destroyed by vehicle Mavourlene !Gaёs

A person who drove over a grave in the Kuisebmond cemetery on Wednesday night at around 21:00, destroying it much to the distress of the deceased family, might after all be traced after the vehicle's number plate fell off. Cemetery caretakers picked up the number plate and it is now only a matter of time before the police would be knocking at the person's door to investigate a case of desecration of a grave.

March to end corruption Sharlien Tjambari The Anti-Corruption Commission's (ACC) Erongo Regional Office in Swa-kopmund will host the commemoration of International Anti-Corruption Day on 9 December. Through the Office of the Erongo Regional Council a request is sent to the public to partake in the event by attending a march that starts at the ACC's office at 08:00. According to the Chief Public Education and Corruption Prevention Officer for the Erongo o f f i c e , M r To b i a s Amoonga, 9 December was designated by the United Nations General Assembly as the International Anti- Corruption Day. Worldwide on this day events will raise awareness on corruption and the role of the United

Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) in combating and preventing corruption. Amoonga says that the public should be aware of what acts or omissions constitute corruption and the public should also know that they have a role to play in fighting and preventing corruption. The march from the ACC office will end at the Swakopmund Municipality and it will be led by the Navy Brass Band. A keynote address will be delivered by Namibia's Prime Minister, Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhilia

Tobias Amoonga, Chief Public Education and Corruption Prevention Officer for the Erongo Regional Anti-Corruption Office

where after a youth soccer match and day of sport action will take place at the Mondesa Sports Fields to signify the youth's role and support in fighting corruption. According to Amoonga, all people from all walks of Namibian life are invited to join the commemoration.

The family of the late 40-year-old Abed Nepaya, who passed away last month from cancer, are devastated over the incident. According to the brother of the late Nepaya, Sakaria Awene, they received a call from undertaker AVBOB yesterday morning. “We were just at home when we got a phone call from AVBOB informing us that our late brother's grave was destroyed by a motor vehicle running over it. We rushed to the cemetery and met a very shocking scene. Awene added he is not only devastated by what happened, but very angry. No one can understand why any person would do something like that and hope tracing the culprit could shed more light on the incident. They don't rule out a deliberate act aimed at their late brother, but said even in the event of accidentally running over the grave a person should stop, ascertain the damage and get in contact with the family to rectify the situation. “There is adequate space in the cemetery to drive, if you must. I do not understand how someone will just drive on someone's grave with so

much force. If you drive and feel you may have hit something, you should immediately stop. This person just kept on driving.” One of the supervisors at the Walvis Bay municipality, Lucky Shipanga, explained to the newspaper what happened. “When we got here in the morning, we saw what happened and discovered a number plate next to the grave. We suspect that after driving over the grave, the perpetrator drove off, unknowingly leaving evidence behind in the form of a vehicle number plate. Shipanga called AVBOB, informing them what happened and gave the plate number to Natis, to find out who the vehicle belongs to. He confirmed the family is willing to open a criminal case and give the matter over to the police for further investigation. “The message here is that we have to respect the dead and to respect the feelings of loved ones who lost someone,” said Shipanga. There are also rules and guidelines for conduct at a cemetery, including open hours. Cemeteries are off limits after sunset.

Drunken drivers Shifting the blame? You cannot blame service stations fro drunk driving or selling alcohol.

Periodic prison terms for drunk drivers a possibility Erongo Police Unit Commander, Sergeant Ileni Shapumba shared his concern on Monday over the persistent high incidences of drunken driving. As the festive season is fast approaching, Shapumba says service stations selling alcohol to road users are a major cause of accidents. This is unacceptable Evergreen Street in Narravile has become a real headache for residents & motorists. When work started, we were elated that the long overdue tarring of the road is finally taking place. Sand was piled on the street, and then taken off again. For a couple of days workers were seen busy with earthmoving vehicles all over the street. Now stones have been piled onto the street & no sign of workers or work in progress. Some driveways have been blocked by these ugly piles of stones. Kids are playing on the stones risking injury & accidents. Vehicles are getting damaged & driving in the single lane left to pass. I just want to urge the people responsible to please continue & finish with this busy street. It would be nice to see some progress, no matter how slow, but at least some movement. It is getting to holiday season,& if no work is going on now, it means we are going to spend the holidays among these irritating piles of rock, then work may start only next year. Not good at all. Homeless person causes fire at town hall Madelaine Laubscher Vagrants were allegedly responsible for a fire that started only metres from the town hall at the civic centre on Tuesday night. Old carton boxes and newspapers caught fire, presumably when someone fell asleep with a burning cigarette, emergency personnel said. The Walvis Bay Fire Department attended to the scene and the situation was brought under control at approximately 20:00. was not serious. The culprits set a pile of boxes on fire at the front hall next to the stairway, but fortunately the situation was brought under control. Water Nuisance in Fritz Lange Street: Residents in Walvis Bay’s Fritz Lange Street in die lagoon area are becoming increasingly frustrated with this situation where the street remains closed, as a construction company is pumping water from a building site at a house in the area into the lagoon viaa water pipe stretching hundreds of metres. The pipe is leaking at numerous places causing water to dam up in the adjacent streets. A reader supplied the pictures, venting frustration with the water situation and also asking whether the construction company has permission to pump the water into the lagoon. A grader ruptured an underground water pipe in Rikumbi Kandanga Avenue earlier this week whilst grading the dirt road that leads to the waste disposal site. Significant volumes of drinking water was lost, and it also resulted in a water supply disruption to the headquarters of China Harbour and Engineering Company.

Joy as senior citizens receive Christmas hampers Liesl Losper Nearly one thousand senior citizens in Walvis Bay were handed food hampers on Wednesday, as part of a Christmas project of the Mayoral Relief Fund. Senior citizens of all the communities in Walvis Bay received hampers which brought much joy to everyone. Coffee, tea, sugar, instant soup, maize meal, bread flour, yeast, soap, cooldrink, beef, rice, macaroni and cookies formed part of the hampers. Councillors personally delivered the hampers and too were overjoyed by the sincere appreciation and happiness with which our elderly received their hampers. “The sparkle in their eyes, the thankfulness despite many's hardships, fills one with a sense of purpose and serves as motivation to do more each year. Next year we will definitely organise it in a different way, the deputy mayor of Walvis Bay, Councillor Benson Uakumbua said. One of the hundreds of thankful elderly responded: "I just would like to thank the Councillors for thinking of us. May the Almighty Father, bless and guide them."

Junior Council's message of hope Liesl Losper on World Aids Day The Junior Council of Walvis Bay celebrated World AIDS Day the proper way on Tuesday by handing out hundreds of red ribbons in our town centre, to the public. This was to create awareness of the prevalence of this pandemic and how it affects individuals, families, communities and nations around the world. “Our prime focus on this project is to create awareness that will encourage many people in our town to understand the dangers of HIV infection, how to prevent that, but also to live positively in the unfortunate event of becoming HIV positive, said Junior Mayor Laura van Reenen. The Junior Council also aims to display the importance of the youth's role in the fight against HIV/Aids and for the communities of Walvis Bay to unite in the fight. HIV/Aids affect an entire nation in many ways, irrespective of the individual's HIV-status. HIV/Aids can strain national medical services, it creates hardship by leaving children orphaned as parents die and often leave older members of the community like grandmothers and grandfathers, to look after their orphaned grandchildren. The campaign on Tuesday also paid tribute to the thousands of Namibians who have succumbed to HIV/Aids and also sent a message of hope for those infected or having to care for HIV-positive people.

Josef Huber

Mercedes-AMG C 63 S

M+Z Motors once again invited all enthusiasts to come and test drive their new vehicles. They had 10 different vehicles on display on Saturday at Desert Explorers in Swakopmund.

The powerful new Mercedes-AMG C63 S was one of the most impressive vehicles on display and was favoured by all. The AMG Exterior Powerful High-Performance Athlete Form follows performance – the design of the powerful V8 top model is influenced by motorsport and reflects its fascinating technology. Sensual clarity combines with stylish sporting character – the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S inspires fascination from the very first glance. From a visual standpoint, the Saloon and Estate are both clearly members of the Mercedes-AMG family. The exteriors of the Mercedes-AMG C 63 and C 63 S are differentiated by specific design elements. Interior Every detail in the interior of the Mercedes-AMG C 63 contributes to a stunning overall effect. The careful choice of select, first-class materials, their sump-

tuous tactile qualities and their precision craftsmanship deliver a sense of quality that is seldom seen even in higher vehicle classes. Like the exterior, the more powerful Mercedes-AMG C 63 S is distinguished from the Mercedes-AMG C 63 on the inside by a number of design details. Powertrain The high-tech drive, the signature AMG handling and the high level of individuality in equipment choices guarantee an utterly unique driving experience. The top model in the CClass line-up is driven by a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine closely related to the power unit that provides breathtaking propulsion in the Mercedes-AMG GT. The power spectrum ranges from 350 kW (476 hp) in the Mercedes-AMG C 63 to 375 kW (510 hp) in the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S. With an unrivalled fuel consumption figure of just 8.2 liters per 100 kilometers (NEDC combined), the Mer-

cedes-AMG C 63 is the most fuel-efficient eight-cylinder car in the high-performance segment. The extensive range of standard equipment includes the AMG RIDE CONTROL sports suspension with electronically controlled shock absorbers, the mechanical rear locking differential and the AMG DYNAMIC SELECT drive programs.

MONDAY IN HIS PRESENCE When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he tucked in his garment, for he was lightly clad, and jumped into the sea. John 21:7

PRAYER Lead me, Lord, to new experiences of faith today. When I find myself in doubt, nudge me gently forward and walk beside me. You have blessed me with courage and compassion that I may follow your holy way. Be the smile on my face and the open arms that greet all who most need your love to face the challenges of life. Bless all preparations I have for today. Prepare me the sanctuary of your presence today and help me to see your face in all those I meet this day. Amen

Ahrens books ticket for Rio after winning African Championships Namibian shooting ace Gaby Ahrens booked herself a ticket to next year's Summer Olympic Games in Brazil's metropolis, Rio de Janeiro, after winning the African Championships in the Olympic Trap discipline on Monday afternoon in Egypt. The 34-year-old beat Mariem Rammah of Morocco with 15:10 in an intense final in the capital Cairo. The final initially swung

Rammah's way as Ahrens missed the first three targets, opposed to two missed shots by Rammah. Showing strong character, the Namibian got back into the game as she hit all of the remaining clay pigeons while the Moroccan missed at several occasions to give Ahrens her second continental crown after 2011. “I prepared for this event all year. I worked hard and achieved my goal. This makes me happy. Now my focus shifts to the Olympic Games,” the new

Coastal Pirates Inline Hockey Awards The Coastal Pirates Inline Hockey Club awarded numerous players at their prizegiving on Tuesday, 23 November for their hard work and accomplishments during the 2015 season. The award ceremony took place at the Rossmund Golf Club. This season was a very successful one for the Pirates, winning seven Gold, one Silver and two Bronze placements in the ten divisions of the Namibia Ice and Inline Hockey Association (NIIHA) Namibian national league finals. During the prize-giving, the Club celebrated their 20 year anniversary and paid tribute to their history by introducing new floating trophies named after important founding members. Ulrike Rodenwoldt was a pioneer in making it possible for Namibian teams to start competing internationally, organising teams to travel to Namibia and Namibian teams to travel internationally. The Ulrike Rodenwoldt Top Prospect Trophy was awarded to George Tjaahapi, the club's youngest development player who has shown great dedication and talent. Tina Vinjevold, Russel Vinjevold and Nolles Green were the first guinea pigs who tried on roller skates and started playing with brooms and squashed tin cans at the Mole on the interlocks in 1995 - the venture ultimately led to the official establishment of the Coastal Pirates Inline Hockey Club. The Green/Vinjevold Team of the Year Award was dedicated to these three. It

was won by the U12 White team who showed tremendous growth during the 2015 season, managing to be the first ever second A division team in any Namibian club to secure a medal placement in the NIIHA finals, knocking out three other A division teams to take the third place. The Pirates U12 Black team won the gold medal and was instrumental in contributing to the strengthening of the U12 White team during their combined training practices. Michael Ellinger was a role model for the younger kids and a key player for the Coastal Pirates Open team and the Namibian team. He died in a tragic hit-and-run accident while attending a National Hockey training camp in Windhoek in 2010. The Michael Ellinger Most Valuable Player Award will honour his memory. The 2015 winner of this trophy was Christine Röttcher. The Rudi van der Plas Volunteer of the Year Award went to Glynis Bacher for her hard work in scheduling and fine-tuning the smooth running of the tournaments. Rudi van der Plas has been part of Coastal Pirates from the beginning and is still playing hockey today, and very involved in the running of the club. Huge congratulations went to all of the players, as every single player is essential to make a team and a club successful. An essential part of any sports club is their coach, and Brian Sobel has been excellent in teaching the players to work as a team, as well as to improve their individual skills.

champion explained before taking time to thank her coaching team, especially her father Hasso Ahrens, as well as the Namibian National Olympic Committee for their continued support. Things didn't start off well for Ahrens though. The jury in North Africa ordered six ammo rounds for testing, causing stress for Ahrens as she feared she wouldn't have enough ammunition for the actual qualification round. Her stress was evident during the first qualification round

where she only managed 17 hits. But this proved to be a fluke. With 21 hits during round two as well as 22 during the third and final round, Ahrens accumulated a total of 60 hits to move into the semi-final on fourth place. She then scored a fantastic 12/15, the best semi-final score of the day, to book her place in the final. Bank Windhoek Golf Corporate league kicks off The Bank Windhoek Golf Corporate league got under way recently in what can only be described as shocking weather with the wind pumping and a force of knots not recently experienced at the coast. Then came Saturday and Friday looked like a mild breeze, but that is not the story. From early afternoon there was a buzz at the Club with 12 teams (36 players) rearing to commence battle in a three-ball matchplay competition carrying prize money for the winners of N$5 000.

The format of matchplay is also not a competition that is played on a regular basis and thus the enthusiasm for this event was fever pitched. The scoring of two points for a team win which will determine the log positions while two points will be awarded for an individual win and one point for a halved game makes that each game carries eight points. Added to this Old Mutual Short Term Insurance Company, have also joined the party by sponsoring N$10 000 for the first hole in one scored on any of the Friday playing periods. Unfortunately, the games played outside the

'official' playing days will not qualify for the prize, should someone score a hole in one. Section 1 The Nam Plastic team of Luandre, Pieter and Jonathon, scored two good wins and a halved game against Meridian (Potch, Jerry and Kevin) to lead the section on 7 points. Also on 7 points is the Farts team of Wayne, Pieter and Jaco who also won two and a halved one against Team Quinten – Quinten, Richard and Bobby. The final game in the section saw the WBM team of Wouter, Kurt and Shane won two and lost one against Piscs (JJ, Christaian and Patric). Meridian will be the first to

wear the pink shorts in this section. Section 2 Forca Construction (Nico, Sergio and SJ) were the only team in the round to win all three of their games against Old Mutual (Jack, Philip and Rocco), demoting the OM team to the pink shorts for their next game, and thus leading this section. Jack will wear the special shorts. In second place, by virtue of results, is Marine Ropes (Heinie, Jonas and Gunter) who beat Team Boel (Jakkie, Willie Pens and Boel) two games to one. The Old Boys team of

Danie, Bossie and Pikkie also won two games to one against Standard Bank (Ronnie, Anton and Koot), with the biggest upset being Oom Pikkie beating Koot. Section 3 Thursday School (Morne, Amandio and Stephan) beat Western Enterprises (Thomas, Colin and Pieter) two and one to lead this section. LSS (Duane, Jason and Jaans) condemned Namib Diesel (Herman, Emile and Paul) to the pink short with a two one win. Emile will be the 'special one' in that team to wear the special shorts for their next

TICKLED PINK: (Fltr) Grant Mather, Jack Jordan and Wynand Breytenbach adding a bit of colour to the golf scene game. Municipality (Andre, Deville and Allistaire) halved their game against Onnies ( Wi l m a , P e e t a n d Henjan) each team winning one game with

the third game halved. The next rounds will be played on Friday the 4th and the Friday the 11th. The league will then end and resume on 15 January 2016.
