Group and convention travel was drastically effected by the Pandemic. Natchitoches saw a significant decrease in motor coach tours and meetings and conventions. These travel groups are expected to return in the coming years as group travel becomes safe again. The Groups & Tourism Sales manager position was vacant from OctoberDecember 2021. This also also effected the numbers reported. The outlook for 2022 is better with motor coach tours and meetings and conventions already scheduled to return to Natchitoches.
