BACK PAIN, WHIPLASH, NECK PAIN, MIGRAINES, DIZZINESS, TMJ etc…?

Do you suffer with recurring back pain, migraines and headaches, stiff neck, frozen shoulders, pain in the hips or knees, repetitive strain injury, trapped nerves, difference in legs length, sinuses problems, TMJ (misaligned jaw), dizziness, whiplash? A strategic and non-chiropractic massage is applied to the short musculature of the neck. In only one application, safely and permanently, the Atlas bone returns to its correct position. Testimonial: “It is with pleasure that I recommend Paul and Allzones Roofing Services. We encountered a problem at our residence over the last winter during the large snowfall with an ingress of water in two dormer window areas. We requested quotes from two well known roofing companies and were told we require a completely new roof at an exorbitant sum of money. Thank goodness we had someone refer us to Paul. He identified the problem as being poorly fitted felt and loose tiles which were pushed up by the snowfall & freezing weather. He and his men attended immediately and corrected the situation at a fraction of the cost quoted by the previous two companies It is truly wonderful to meet a tradesman who is not only extremely honest but very proud of the work he performs. I am quite confident that any who employs this company will be very pleased with the final result.” Yours truly, Richard Reuss Independent Business Consultant Forest Row

mums the Word... Holidays coming up… For a Fantastic FREE day out try:
Screens V. Real-life Need help to keep the kids off the screens? Try: Gardening for kids, Growing Herbs Instead of growing from seed, buy a plastic pot of basil from the food section of the supermarket. Get 5 or more additional little plant pots filled with compost. Take the basil plant out of the pot and you’ll see it’s actually made up of around 40 individual plants or “strands.” Just peel off one at a time and plant one in each pot. Put them on a window sill and water daily. You’ll need to pinch off the top pair of leaves every so often to stop it growing up too tall; it should start branching out and getting really bushy.
Tilgate Park, Crawley
(winner of Netmum’s Gold Award for free days out) From Stunning lakes, lawns and gardens to miles of woodland and bridleways for long leisurely walks. Plus some excellent facilities.
Tilgate Nature Centre
When they’re big enough, place outside. The smell is gorgeous and it can be used on loads of Summer dishes from pizza to salads. Idea: the kids can make mini-pizzas with pitta-bread and use the basil they grew! Tip: This works well with other herbs, such as coriander, too
Tilgate Park has it very own Nature Centre which houses a huge variety of animals from endangered species to farmyard favourites. The team at the Nature Centre also organise educational sessions for schools and groups and also run the Tilgate Nature Club for those children who love nature and the great outdoors. Conservationis also high on the agenda at the Nature Centre where many successful breeding programmes of vulnerable and endangered species have taken place. Children’s Play Areas - Walled Garden & Café - Craft Units - Picnic Areas (sorry, no barbecues) - GreenZone environmental centre - Toilets (incl. Disabled)
History and Conservation Tilgate Park has had a long and varied history from the discovery of dinosaur bones through to use in the 17th century iron industry to becoming a palatial estate to being used by Sir Malcolm Campbell for flotation trials prior to his water speed world record! ‘My mum always told me to walk into a place as if I owned it. By that she meant to walk in with your head up and high (with) confidence. I find that’s been excellent advice. If you act as if you’re not worthy (of the job, the man, the respect), others will prey on that. But if you act as if you’re really something, that attitude will be contagious and others will respond accordingly!’ – anon

The Plant Hunters & The Great Gardens of Sussex By Katy Brown
An Extract from her booklet: ‘The Great Gardens of Sussex’ “Such gardens are not made by singing ‘Oh, how beautiful’ and sitting in the shade” Rudyard Kipling. Why in Sussex? One reason why Sussex boasts so many great gardens (Wakehurst, Borde Hill, Nymans, The High Beeches & Leonardslee) is that the fertile acid soil and high rainfall of the High Weald provide the ideal climatic conditions for experimentation with non-native plants and shrubs. Add to this, sheltered positions and varying micro-climates across estates and one can see the area as a veritable paradise for gardeners. But we need to look more closely at why they all developed in the latter part of the 19th century and flourished in the years before the Second World War, with the “Sussex Style” reaching a peak in the 20’s and 30’s. All were in fact the indirect result of the expansion of the railways in the Victorian period which saw Sussex develop as an ideal place for a country estate for those who had made their fortunes in the City of London or in commerce. Such estates were perfect for relaxing after the pressures of work and for entertaining friends at the weekends. None of the owners came from the landed aristocracy; none of these estates had been given to ancestors at the time of the Norman Conquest. All belonged to families who had acquired their wealth more recently and their gardening involvements provided a relief from the city, business and public activities. Why Gardening? But an interest in gardening does not necessarily
follow from the possession of a country estate and what we see in the great Sussex gardens is not just a matter of gardens as rich men’s toys but something far more significant. To explain this we need to look at the climate of the times, at the scientific drive behind the development of gardening and at the stimulus provided by the Royal Horticultural Society. Plant Hunting. The importance of plant hunting in the development of these great gardens can’t be over-estimated. If we look at the plants at Wakehurst Place, for example, we find that they come from China, Australasia, South East Asia, North and South America, The Himalayas, Russia and Alaska, and the picture is similar for all the gardens. All the garden owners supported plant hunting expeditions, Harold Comber, the son of the head gardener at Nymans, himself became a notable plant hunter and, at The High Beeches, Anne Boscawen and her husband have continued the tradition into the present day, making expeditions to Nepal and Buhtan. Tony Schilling, who ran Wakehurst Place from 1967-1991, was a leading plant hunter in the Himalayas and hence the Asian Heath Garden at Wakehurst is named after him. When not actively involved in supporting expeditions, owners could enrich their collections by buying from the great nurseries of the period, above all James Veitch and Co. and A.Bee and Co, founded by Arthur Bulley, who also supported plant hunters with commercial advantage in view. Frank Kingdon-Ward
David Douglas
George Forrest
could also, together with their able and experienced head gardeners, engage in experimentation and propagation at home. The plants which were introduced into Great Britain as a result of such expeditions and experimentation permanently changed the nature of our great gardens.
Kingdon-Ward gave us primulas, poppies, cotoneasters and rhododendrons and his finds also included the Rhododendron Wardii. This boasts the most beautiful lemon-yellow flowers which at Leonardslee is thought to have “the finest yellow flowers in the genus”.
The Hunters
Douglas died a gruesome death when, because of his extremely weakened eye-sight, he seems to have fallen into an animal trap already containing an angry bull. Forrest, who wrote on an expedition in 1904,
It took a special type of person to be a plant hunter in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Reading of their exploits and the hardships they endured is enough to make one question their sanity, though their obsessive enthusiasm for the task is never in question. They risked severe physical hardship, faced dangers from local inhabitants and terrain, fell prey to illnesses which often permanently weakened them and shortened their lives, not to mention being separated from their families for long periods. And on top of this they faced additional difficulties in bringing home their precious plants, seeds and photographs. Heavy photographic plates were often damaged in transit and plant material rotted or died during long sea voyages. David Douglas (1799-1834), George Forrest (1873-1932), Ernest ‘Chinese’ Wilson (1876-1930), and Frank Kingdon-Ward (1885-1958) are men to whom the world of gardening and horticulture owes an enormous debt. Douglas introduced the fir which carries his name and which became an important feature of British gardens, providing wind breaks and shelter for more tender plants. Forrest, described in his obituary as “the greatest plant hunter of his generation”, is remembered by the range of plants, including primulas and outstanding rhododendrons, which bear his name. Wilson brought home the beautiful Magnolia sinensis, the impressive Primula pulverulenta and the much sought after Davidia involucrata or handkerchief tree.
“I am heartily sick of China and everything Chinese, but will have to stick to my guns”, was only 59 when he died. Kingdon –Ward suffered from malaria and the unwelcome attention of leeches. Wilson writes amusingly of waking at 2am during his 1903 expedition to find his blanket missing and, “…pulling it over me again I disturbed four halfdrowned chickens whom my thoughtless men had tied to a post alongside my bed. These chickens, resenting the loss of the blanket, tried to follow it and succeeded in nearly blinding me with mud”. But he may be thought to speak for all the hunters when he writes that such hardships, “..count for nothing, since I have lived in Nature’s boundless halls and drank deeply of her pleasures. To wander through tropical or temperate forest with tree-trunks more stately than gothic columns, beneath a canopy of foliage more lovely in its varied forms than the roof of any building fashioned by man…where does the hardship figure when the reward is such?” It was to the inspiration and determination of men like Wilson that the great gardens owed so many of their outstanding plants and shrubs, not least the richly coloured rhododendrons, camelias, azaleas and magnolias which are such a delight to visitors.

Delight in the great outdoors by enjoying a day out exploring the Forest Way. The flat, tree-lined track winds through a peaceful, historic countryside of small fields and scattered farmsteads among wooded, rolling hills. This old Railway Line was opened in 1866 as a continuation of the Three Bridges line. It was a busy commuter line until it eventually fell under Beeching’s axe precisely 100 years later in 1966. Ironically, Dr Beeching lived in East Grinstead and regularly used this line to travel up to London! However, happily for walkers and cyclists, the disused railway line was bought by East Sussex County Council in 1971 and designated as a Country Park in 1974. It is part of the ‘High Weald Landscape Trail’ (stretching from Horsham to Rye); designated ‘route 21’ of the Sustrans National Cycle Network, plus incorporated into ‘Avenue Verte’ - a new cycling route connecting London to Paris. Keep your eye out for for the River Medway as it follows a good portion of the route. 1. As you leave East Grinstead you cross from the western to the eastern hemisphere. 2. Steps up on to the embankment lead to a view of the ruins of moated Brambletye Manor. It fell into decay after 1683 when owner Sir James Richard, out hunting in Ashdown Forest, was warned he was about to be apprehended for treason. He spurred his horse for the coast and fled to the court of Spain. 3. You come to the village of Forest Row and cross towards Tablehurst Farm. 4. You will pass a mobile phone mast bristling with aerials on the right as you pass Blackberry Cottage.
5. Paupersdale Wood, this wide ride is a good place for butterflies on a sunny day. The woods here are used for pheasant-rearing; you may see the grainhoppers and maggot dispensers the birds feed from after they are released from the breeding pens. 6. Clay, Clay everywhere… Names hereabouts mention clay and marl pits. Marl (a limy clay) was spread on fields to improve soil texture. 7. Welcome rest A tea garden for walkers (fine days only!) and a camping site, beside what is probably a flooded clay pit. 8. Two storeyed stiles These unusual stiles suggest the field beyond the St Ives Lane has been used for deer farming. 9. Roman road? At some point you will cross the line of the Roman road from Lewes to London. You can see Gallypot Street where the line runs die-straight to the south. No meandering for those Romans, just a nice straight line… 10. Hartfield This attractive Ashdown Forest village has largely white weatherboard buildings. The “hart’”from its Forest beginnings features on various signs, and “Pooh Corner” can be visited for a cup of tea – of course AA Milne wrote his famous pooh bear stories in Hartfield.

11. An elegant spire The churchyard is as attractive as the elegant spire that can be seen from afar. 12. Withyham The four-square tower of St Michael and All Angels Church contrasts with Hartfield’s slender spire. Within are decorated ceilings and a wealth of monuments to the Sackville family. The summer scent of the lime tree enlivens the churchyard. 13. Buckhurst Park You will get just a glimpse of the house on the site of the original Sackville home. Enjoy instead the parkland scenery. The covered “well” as you enter the Park is actually a chalybeate (iron-containing) spring. 14. The springline Iron-rich water seeps from the ground in Legg Wood cutting a gill for itself. The springs here rise where sandy soils meet the sticky and water-resistant clay you have just walked through.Silvery- grey soils underfoot prepare you for the sandstone outcrops half-hidden in the trees. 15. An unusual use of bricks
Old Groombridge lies to the north, near the Jacobean Groombridge Place. See the 1625 “Gothic’” brick church - It is uncommon to find brick used for such an important building. 16. Towards Kent. There are fine views towards Kent’s greensand ridge and the North Downs as you cross the undulating country south of Tunbridge Wells. 17. Harrison’s Rocks Detour to see this outcrop, one of the most popular climbing areas in south-east England. Wooden boxing and matting help to reduce erosion from trampling around the base of the rocks. 18. Nevill Estate The decoration on Normans Cottages just south of Park Corner introduces you to the Abergavenny or Nevill Estate. You will soon recognise the ornate ‘A’ and the pottery medallions on the decorative course. The ridge finials and the chimney pots are also typical 19th century clay products. 19. Eridge Rocks View the awe-inspiring rocks themselves and then take a closer look at the treasure of mosses,

The Priest House, West Hoathly A Hidden Gem of the High Weald
‘The only one of its kind open to the public, this beautiful 15th century Wealden hall house stands in a traditional cottage garden on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in picturesque West Hoathly’. In the year 1392 Pope Urban VI gave the Cluniac Priory of St. Pancras in Lewes permission to appropriate land in the parishes of West Hoathly, Patcham, Ditchling and Wivelsfield to compensate the Priory for revenue lost during raids on the Sussex coast by French and Spanish marauders. The Manor of the Rectory of West Hoathly was created from land that had previously formed part of the Manor of Lindfield. However, the Manor lands were sadly neglected and in 1426 the parishioners petitioned Pope Martin V about the Priory’s mismanagement. It was possibly as a response to this letter that The Priest House was built in the late 1420’s as an estate office - although it is difficult to identify the building precisely in the records. Its current name is probably of recent origin. It is likely that the house was originally occupied by a bailiff or steward, who was responsible
for the day to day running of the Manor, however in 1524 the Priory leased the Rectory Manor to John Browne, a `husbandman’ (a farmer or tradesman) of the parish and The Priest House became a family home. During the Dissolution of the monasteries Henry VIII seized the property of Lewes Priory in 1538 and the Browne’s Manor was given to court favourite Thomas Cromwell, the King’s secretary and chief adviser. In 1540 when Cromwell fell from grace and was beheaded the Manor formed part of the divorce settlement of Henry VIII’s doomed marriage to Anne of Cleves, his fourth wife, who thus took ownership. John Browne, however, continued as tenant throughout this time, until his death in 1546 when he was succeeded by his son Thomas. After the death of Anne of Cleves the property reverted to the Crown and Thomas was to pay rent to Queen Mary and subsequently

her sister, Elizabeth I. In 1560 the Queen sold all the property that had belonged to Lewes Priory to two land speculators who in turn sold the Priest House to the long-term tenants, the Browne’s, who could at last own their family home. Thomas Browne subsequently set about modernising the building. The house was originally an open hall, with a living room and upper chamber on the north end and a service end with a buttery and pantry to the south; the roof was likely thatched. However, Thomas had begun to mine iron ore on his land for the foundries working around West Hoathly. He now styled himself `yeoman’ and needed a house to match

Peace John Godwin King CBE, of Stonelands, West Hoathly. It was in a ruinous state but thanks to Godwin King’s conservationist outlook, over the following three years he had the house restored. Being a neighbour of well-known garden writer William Robinson (of Gravetye Manor) and friend of the great Victorian garden designer Gertrude Jeykll he also created a small cottage garden following their design philosophies.

his new status. It was during those prosperous years of Elizabeth I’s reign that money became available for building and many houses were remodelled and improved. New ones were built with chimneys in the latest fashion, while existing buildings, like The Priest House, had chimneys and upper floors inserted. Stone, being plentiful locally, was used for the fireplaces and brick, a relatively new but increasingly popular building material, was used for the flues and external chimneystack.
In 1908 it was opened to the public, with a museum in the north end to display his collection of locally gathered artefacts, and quarters for a resident Custodian in the former service end. In 1935 John Godwin King presented The Priest House and its contents, with an endowment, to the Sussex Archaeological Society, having sat on the Society’s governing Council for many years.

Thomas had the ground floor level lowered to accommodate the massive stone chimney that replaced the medieval open hearth. The chimney enabled two new rooms to be created upstairs, each with their own fireplace. The thatched roof was replaced with Horsham stone but the new tiles were so heavy that the roof timbers had to be reinforced to take the weight. By the end of the 16th century The Priest House was probably the finest building in the village and Thomas Browne could call himself `Squire’.
John Godwin King brought The Priest House in 1905 and restored it over the following 3 years.
The house remained in the hands of the Browne family for another hundred years but their fortunes were in decline and in 1695 the house and Manor had to be sold to pay debts. The house exchanged hands a few times over the next 200 years but the various owners did little to maintain it. For the most part, it was rented during this period. Finally in 1905, after years of neglect, the house was bought by a local ardent liberal and Justice of the

Never follow links in your email! This is the most common way that cyber criminals can gain your details. Common scams are messages from banks and courier companies, once you click the link you will be taken to a page that looks legitimate, they will then ask for your details, this is what is known as ‘phishing’. . Install a security Package Installing good security software with both antivirus and a firewall is a great way to stay safe. Most will actually block websites known to be unsafe and your firewall will prevent data being sent out without your knowledge. The Computer Studio, for instance, would be happy to do this for you. Update vulnerable software
Choose a secure password Prevent getting hacked by choosing a secure password for email, social networking and anything else you would not want hacked. Hackers can gain access in seconds if your password is too easy. A secure password is at least 8 characters long and has at least three of the following: · · · ·
Capital letters Lower case letters Symbols (For example,? ! £ @) Numbers
One of the most common ways to be infected is due to security flaws in software that your security already trusts. When updates are needed, ensure that you go to the right place to get them, don’t just click the box that pops up: · To update Flash player go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer · To update Windows Vista & 7: Click the circle in the bottom left, then ‘All Programs’, then ‘Windows Update’. · To update Windows 8, just type ‘Windows Update’ on the start screen and select the tile. · To update your Mac, click the Apple in the top left, then click ‘software update’ For more in-depth advice, visit www.getsafeonline.org Feel free to contact the Computer Studio on 01342 440016 for help with this or any other computer support. NEW BOOK COMING SOON:
East Grinstead Through Time Dorothy Hatwell & Simon Kerr This fascinating selection of photographs traces some of the many ways in which East Grinstead has changed and developed over the last century. The book contains some of the collection of over 16,000 photographs, chosen because they depict buildings that are either long-gone or substantially altered in the intervening years. The same scenes are then shown in the new photographs. Often they are quite unrecognisable but others do still retain some echo of their past. It is hoped that they will bring back memories for long-standing residents of the town and spark an interest in the town’s long history in newcomers.

The East Grinstead Living has grown from strength to strength with 83% of our customers continually renewing because our advertising has proven results.
“When I started my plastering business at the beginning of 2010 I decided to advertise in ‘East Grinstead living’ as the cost was reasonable and it seemed like a good publication. Little did I know just how much of a good idea that was!! Over the following 6 months I would say that around 70% of my leads came from that one 1/4 page advert and when I heard that there was going to be another publication (Ashdown Forest Living) by the same people going out to another area, it was a no brainer to advertise in that one too!” Matt Merrell, MRM Plastering and Building

Local History Notes
Whitehall Bombing, 1943 By Dorothy Hatswell
July 9th 1943 is a date never to be forgotten in the history of East Grinstead. It was the day that a Dornier 217 dropped a stick of Explosive bombs on the town. Approaching from the north the plane flew up the London Road, across the High Street and onto Herontye Estate beyond. They caused massive damage throughout the town but the worst damage was to the Whitehall Cinema. It was here that the majority of the one hundred and eight people died and over two hundred and fifty were injured. Much has been written, quite rightly, about the victims. However, this month, which sees the seventieth anniversary of the incident I am not writing about famous or well-known people who have had connections with the town. Instead, I am honouring the ordinary residents of East Grinstead who rose to the challenges that the awful and unexpected events of that
day forced upon them. Many unsung heroes worked quietly to help others. Among them were members of the Guinea Pig Club in the Queen Victoria Hospital where many of the injured were taken. They pushed wheelchairs and generally made themselves useful, in spite of their own injuries.

Joe Meadmore was the leader of one of the full time Rescue Parties formed by the Council in May 1943, only two months before they were called to action at the Whitehall. They were based in Southwick House, where the Council Offices were. He was about to go off duty just after 5 o’clock when he heard the explosions. The phone rang to tell him that the Whitehall had received a direct hit. He waited for the order to go and when it was received a few minutes later, the entire squad left. On arrival at the cinema they saw the devastation with horror. A tangled mass of girders and rubble met their eyes. Their training had emphasised that they must handle the injured with care and assess the seriousness of each casualty. Here the imperative was to pull people out of a building which might collapse or catch fire at any moment. Meadmore sent for reinforcements and then continued to rescue as many people as he could. He was working next to Billy Roberts, who was unaware that his daughter, Isobel, was lying

in the wreckage. She survived long enough to speak a few words to her friend, but died before she could be brought out. She was thirteen years old. In a strange twist of fate, Billy was the one who broke the news to Joe that his wife, Alice had been killed in Bridglands, just a few doors further up the London Road. Alice had only started working there as a cashier the previous Monday. Her husband identified her partly by the ink stains on her hands caused by the date stamp she used at work. Elizabeth Draper, known as Betty, was a member of the British Legion and the Red Cross, where she served as a volunteer ambulance driver. She was in the High Street when the bombs fell. She was joined by some Canadian troops who had been in the Crown. She went immediately to Brookers Yard and found Edwin Tooth and his wife, Kate, badly injured in the garden behind their bookshop next door. She bandaged them and sent for an ambulance. Sadly, Kate died before it arrived and her husband died the following day in the Queen Victoria Hospital. Betty had then moved onto Rayward’s Store along the road, where she helped
a woman who had fractured some ribs. She was asked where she wanted to go next and she indicated the Whitehall. She arrived outside the cinmea at about 5.45pm and found a large number of people working there. Betty made her way round to the back of the building and started to treat the injured as they were brought out. She continued with this work until 2am, when exhausted, she realised that no-one else was going to come out alive. On reaching home she had a phone call asking her to report to the temporary mortuary set up in Caffyn’s garage at 7.30 the next morning. When she got there she was allocated the task of identifying the victims and

Roy Reeves was a member of the 1st East Grinstead Scout Troop. He was at home in Oakleigh on the Lewes Road. He asked his mother for the money to go the pictures and his bus fare. He was waiting at the bus stop when he heard the explosions. The bus conductor told him what had happened, so Roy ran home to tell his mother that he was going to help. As a scout he had promised to do his duty and, although only thirteen, he wanted to do his bit. When he reached the London Road it was blocked, so he worked his way along Cantelupe Road to the twitten at the back of the cinema and joined a line of men who were shifting girders and other debris, passing it from hand to hand. When he became too tired to help any longer he made his way home. These three people I have chosen are only a few representatives of all those who helped on this awful day. Exactly 70 years on, I would like to think that, if faced with a similar situation, we would also set aside our own problems and go to the help of others, as selflessly as they did.
This event will be commemorated on 9th July - see whats on pages.

Hot cheese & salsa turnovers
Serves: 4 adults Preparation time: 10 mins Cooking time: 8 mins
This is a great idea for a quick, tasty snack that’s just a bit different. Enjoy!
What to do:
1. Mix together the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and coriander or parsley (if using).
Ingredients: 2 tomatoes finely chopped 1 small red onion finely chopped ¼ cucumber finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped (optional) 1 tsp vegetable oil 4 soft wholewheat flour tortillas 60g hard cheese grated 1 pinch ground black pepper
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan and add 2-3 drops of vegetable oil. Add one tortilla and turn it in the pan so that its base is lightly oiled. Add a quarter of the salsa mixture, spreading it over the surface. Sprinkle with one quarter of the cheese and season with black pepper. 3. Cook over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt and the tortilla browns lightly. Fold in half and keep warm while cooking the remaining tortillas in the same way. Slice in half and serve while hot. Tip 1: If you don’t have any fresh herbs, use 1 tsp dried mixed herbs instead. Tip 2: Try using 4-5 chopped spring onions instead of red onion. Tip 3: Fire up the filling a little by adding about ½ teaspoon of finely chopped red or green chilli - or enough to suit your taste! This recipe has been taken from the Change4Life website

Seeking Volunteers Since July last year a band of green-fingered volunteers has been helping to maintain the Town Council gardens surrounding East Court mansion under gardener Jenny Watson. And despite the appalling weather of recent months their work has helped enormously to rejuvenate the award-winning flower beds and make East Court somewhere for the town to be proud of. “The grounds serve a variety of functions and the volunteers’ help has been invaluable,” said Jenny.“We offer free access to an open public park which is used by a great many people simply passing from one side of East Grinstead to the other while taking their children to school for example, or walking their dogs. Others come to use the facilities within the estate such as the sports ground and the children’s nursery, or to attend events like the summer concerts. “And finally we want to encourage a sustainable environment which will support a diverse wildlife population.” New volunteers are always welcome, for more info contact Katrina Hamill on 01342 335051 or email k.hamill@ eastgrinstead.gov.uk.
