AIESEC Ukraine is one of the strongest entity in the network. Our Initiatives Groups are growing and learning every day and now want to contribute to that by bringing external perspectives and giving you the opportunity to experience an amazing time with us. We want to present to you great opportunities of iGCDP internship in national projects of AIESEC in Ukraine and CEED programme in 2 Initiative Groups, AIESEC in Khmelnytsky and Vinnitsya. ABOUT UKRAINE

Ukraine is located in Eastern Europe and shares its borders with seven countries, including Russia. It is partially bounded by two bodies of water - most notably, the Black Sea. Ukraine is delineated into 24 provinces (called oblasts) and Crimea, which is an autonomous republic. The climate of the country is moderate. Winter is rather mild, with no severe frosts but with regular snowfalls everywhere except the south. The average winter temperature varies -20 Centigrade in the north to -3-5 in the south. Summer is quite hot and dry, with occasional showers and thunderstorms. Travelers have many choices of attractions and destinations to explore such as castles, palaces, ancient cathedrals, and stunningly beautiful national parks and reserves. Ukraine oers many fascinating museums and art galleries to visit. Ukraine has a strong artistic and cultural heritage which supports many galleries throughout the country.

Ukraine has wonderfully interesting National Parks and Nature Reserves scattered throughout the country. These parks and reserves are important for preserving large tracts of lands for future generations. They also attract international attention to Ukraine’s eorts to improve environmental conditions and nature. 01
AIESEC VINNITSYA & KHMELNYTSKY Initiative groups AIESEC in Khmelnytsky & AIESEC in Vinnitsya were started in September 2013.

IGs made successful autumn recruitment and has around 15 members right now in each of group. Most of the members have basic education: local induction conference. EB team and few members were on the National conference “New Horizons” and participated in “Youth to Business forum” before EuroCo’13 in Kyiv.

Since October 2013 they are realising 2 national projects: Global Citizen (oGCDP) and World without borders (iGCDP).

IGs Khmelnytsky and Vinnitsya have a huge potential for development and growth because of strong external environment and motivated and striving for the successes members.
World Without Borders | Career Development is a national project of AIESEC in Ukraine aimed to develop leadership and soft skills of pupils to provide them a platform for making decisions about future career and support in identification of values, strong and weak sides, personal and professional goals.

Purpose of the project: To provide knowledge about employment market in Ukraine and features of different professions, to develop personal and professional skills. Goals of the project: • • • • • • •

Work with LC members: soft & hard skills development, team buildings;
2. Participation in oGCDP promotion activities to raise EPs for summer peak; 3. Help IG Khmelnytsky in partnership with other counties to get EPs for summer project Reports to: MC VP Expansions development

Use interactive methods of teaching and trainings’ to help pupils to improve soft skills, language skills, communication skills to identify their own potential, arise self-confidence;
2. Be involved and deliver English classes (MondayFriday) to pupils (6-18 age) together with the English Teacher as an assistant. Work on agenda provided by English Teacher. 3.
