DEOCS Survey The NAVFAC EXWC Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) survey starts October 1, 2020 and runs through October 23, 2020. The DEOCS is a commander’s tool that proactively assesses critical organizational climate dimensions that can impact the organization’s mission. This voluntary survey measures 21 climate factors to help commanders assess how their unit feels about the policies, practices, and procedures that impact them most. Once you have received a link to the DEOCS survey, please submit your responses in a timely fashion.

FEVS Survey All eligible EXWC employees (permanently employed, non-seasonal) on board as of October 2019 should have received a direct email with a link to the 2020 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS). FEVS is a voluntary survey. The responses from the survey are extremely valuable to help the DOD and DON understand how employees perceive their workplace experiences, leadership, organization and job satisfaction. If you have received the FEVS link, please consider taking the time to fill out the survey.
