Playful elements 1 A space where a Gen Z might be playing on their tablets or smart phones. However, they can’t be playing for long since the teacher will wheel them down to the garden where they will see that there are many other interesting activities.
Playful elements 2 A playspace for children is right above the kitchen of a grandmom. Kids might smell the cookies. Playful element of the lightwell/ chimney invite them to peak and climb down the ladder to the home of a senior.
