Preparation: 1. Chop the onion. 2. Mix the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl. 3. Make small meatballs. 4. Chop the onion and the carrots. 5. Heat the olive oil in a pot. 6. Put the onion and the carrot and fry them. 7. Pour 8 to 10 cups of water. 8. Boil the soup. 9. Add the meatballs. 10. When the meatballs are done add the tomato sauce or juice. 11.
