Pictured above are the first Treated Mosquito Nets distributed from US donors under the MOU with the Malaria Foundation of Zambia supported by the NBA’s Netting for Nets, Zambian Brewing Co, Sun International and CHAZ. The Canadian GSE team from District 7010 and the Livingstone Rotary Club gave nets to staff for their families at the Livingstone Hospice sponsored by Rotary, the Old Peoples Home and to the students at the Youth Training Center where Rotary is sponsoring an IT Training course and a sewing and tailoring course for former sex workers. Trouble in Africa: the dollar’s value is now 25% less than one year ago. Your gift sent today will be far more valuable than it will be in a month. If there is any possibility of you advancing your normal Rotary gift or sending in a humanitarian contribution at this time to matching grant # 65433 (hospice) or other projects you may designate. You may send your gift to the Rotary Club of Newport Irvine at P O Box 4113 Irvine, CA 92816 . Your gift today will allow projects in process to be funded by RI now.

Rotary is the Glue that makes things happen! Rotary Shares and Makes Dreams Real!
