John Gabriel will discuss the difficulties facing kids in foster care and the need and opportunity to make a difference in their lives by becoming a “Casa”. For 5 years he has served as a volunteer mediator in the Orange County court system and as a CASA. (Court Appointed Special Advocate for kids in foster care).
