Owned by movie stars, moguls and mobsters, these often-custom-built sporting cars—from Alfa Romeos to Bugattis, Cadillacs to Duesenbergs—were wickedly fast and very expensive; an amalgamation of luxury, performance, style, craftsmanship and power. These cars provided far more than just transportation. They were status symbols. To this day, many of these iconic automobile brands remain synonymous with luxury. And while most luxury cars are now mass produced and mass marketed (with a few exceptions), the modern luxury car remains true to its origins of style, speed and status.

The Beaver Creek Luxury Lifestyle Festival celebrates the luxury automobile at the Luxury Concours d’Elegance, where you can explore an array of the region’s most elegant new and privately owned luxury cars. Public admission to the show is free. After browsing the Concours and selecting your favorite car, be sure to cast your vote for the Best in Show. Two votes may be purchased for $1, and you’re invited to vote for as many automobiles as you like. All of the proceeds will benefit Roundup River Ranch, a camp that gifts children with life-threatening illnesses with the opportunity to experience new adventures, from horseback riding to boating, fishing to arts and crafts. Have a luxury car you’d like to enter in this year’s People’s Choice Competition? Car show registration is $40 (fees will be donated to Roundup River Ranch) and includes two Luxury Lifestyle VIP credentials.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE COMPETITION See the region’s finest new and privately owned luxury cars and vote for your favorite.
