在傳藝中心轄下的臺灣國樂團，秉持國家級樂 團的使命，以臺灣音樂為立足點開啟與海外的文化 對話，今年的海外三大重點在韓國、日本與美國。 以韓國為例，去年傳藝中心與韓國國立國樂院簽訂 MOU 合作備忘錄，邀請韓國國立國樂院來臺舉辦專 場音樂會、與國樂團之聯合音樂會，今年則由國樂 團將回訪韓國，前往韓國國立國樂院禮樂堂演出。 此一合作模式使得雙方的交流能更長遠深入，亦使 得文化外交更具成效。如何能夠更持續、穩定的推 展國際海外合作，是樂團經營規畫的重要內容。

Formosa Taiwan is located in the subtropics with its west adjacent to
then gaze into the starry sky of eastern Taiwan and attend the
pleasant climate condition, and its 36,000 square kilometers of vast
visitation of traditional festivals in southern Taiwan accompanied
the Taiwan Strait and its east connected to the Pacific Ocean; it has a
territory consists of various landforms including mountains, hills, basins, plateaus, and plains, making all directions of the country full of features. Traveling around Formosa is a concert designed by the
NCO portraying the tonal picture of “going around the island”; the opening starts from Bitan of northern Taiwan all the way to Taoyuan,
Misalisin of indigenous people along with the music of liuqin. The

yangqin through an adaptation of Lu Liang-hui’s original piece for
Lin’s superior performance skills and musical performance ability,
which employs folk songs from six different regions conveying
recital Yangqin Wonderland. While the previous recital demonstrated
the recital this time renders various emotions including love, patriotism, and family love through a wide range of works based on the core concept of emotions. Lin Chong’s Night Flee depicts Lin
Chong’s rage and sorrow during his predicament, Love River Piano Concerto re-interprets the longing and memory of hometown using
piano. The concert will end on the Second Yangqin Concerto, Peace people’s feelings towards their respective homeland. We hope to demonstrate the importance and aesthetics of emotions on music through this performance, and allow audiences to have a whole new experience.

臺灣國樂團所主辦的器樂大賽迄今已邁入第 5 個年頭，冀望
之參賽者將於音樂會中輪流與臺灣國樂團演出 NCO 樂團首席—
透過器樂選秀活動提拔國內優秀之青年演奏家並提供展演的舞
劉貞伶所創作之竹笛協奏曲《晨夕》與自選曲，再由專業評審
臺，進而提升我國國樂發展水準。器樂大賽自嗩吶、笙、琵琶、
針對參賽者的演奏表現、技巧等項目進行評分遴選冠軍；現場
古箏、胡琴、柳琴等樂器作為比賽項目後，今年則規劃「笛」
觀眾更可投票給自己喜愛的選手，參與票選「最佳人氣獎」。
作為今年大賽的主角。本場「玉笛飛聲」便廣招各路竹笛演奏
玉笛飛聲獎入誰家？歡迎民眾前來索票入場。

from the preliminary round will be performing v ㄒ ㄒ vv, a Dizi
has entered its fifth year. The annual event has witnessed impressive
well as their self-selected works, all accompanied by the National
with concert stage, the music competition organized by the NCO
development in the standard of presenting Chinese music in Taiwan.
Past competition categories included Suona, Sheng, Pipa, Zheng,
Erhu, and Liuqin, and this year will be Dizi. The “Rising Stars
of Dizi” invites all young Dizi virtuosi to come and compete for the throne of the rising star in this event. Five Finalists selected
concerto written by the concertmaster of the NCO Liu Zhen-ling, as
Chinese Orchestra in live concert. The adjudication by professional juries will be based on the contestants’ musicianship and skills. An “Audience Prize” will also be awarded from the live audience who
voted for their favorite performers. Please come along and find out who will be the winner of this year’s competition.

美麗的寶島臺灣，孕育著無限的美景及生命力。在春寒料峭的日子裡，一朵嬌豔的蘭花佇立 在枝頭，令人目不暇給。而到了三月天裡，杜鵑花開了滿山頭，放眼望去，此景只應天上有， 人間難得幾回聞。在春夏交接之際，又有盛開的木棉花夾道歡迎著路過的人們，更何況還有 油桐及荷花的相映爭趣，秋冬時節，微微搖曳的菅芒花彷彿在細細訴說對於這塊土地的熱愛。 臺灣國樂團秉持以國樂訴說臺灣最美的故事為宗旨，特別規劃製作了以臺灣這塊土地上的數 種特色花卉為主題的國樂專輯，邀集了國際知名作曲家關廼忠、王明星以及臺灣優秀實力作 曲家盧亮輝、李哲藝、王乙聿、劉至軒，再加上重量級作詞家黃瑩等人，委託創作了 6 首曲目， 由知名指揮張佳韻領軍詮釋，結合台北愛樂合唱團及聲樂家林孟君、李泳杰與臺灣國樂團菁 英連袂獻上《花漾寶島》這張專輯，邀請您一同聆聽一年四季繁花盛開的寶島臺灣絕美景象。

《Mauliyav 在哪裡？》Where is Maliyav? 將近八十分鐘如史詩般的音樂饗宴，氣勢磅礡的國樂團刻畫大自然的氣度與風光，悠悠的鼻 笛樂音與歡樂靈動的彈撥樂器渲染出排灣族特有的風味情調，滄桑地、優美地、天籟般的歌 聲穿梭其中，彷彿跟隨著族人的腳步尋找代表幸福的石頭神 Mauliyav，讓每一位聽眾能以全 新的角度聽見臺灣，並感受我們對臺灣在地美好故事的感動。
《樂繫古今 韻迴三十》NCO 30th Anniversary 收錄「輝煌時代」CD 和「旅人樂記」DVD 各一張。「輝煌時代」集結作曲家陳中申、少多宜• 篩代、何立仁、朱雲嵩和齊．寶力高以及劉至軒、李哲藝、閻惠昌的作、編曲；「旅人樂記」 邀集日本的可知奈尾子，臺灣的王乙聿，德國的貝恩德．法蘭克，盧森堡的馬賽爾．溫格勒 實地踏查原住民部落及各鄉間聚落，以音樂詮釋行旅臺灣的印象。《韻迴 30》的十首佳作由 笛子好手陳中申、劉貞伶，吉他演奏家林家瑋，馬頭琴演奏家齊．寶力高，琵琶演奏家董亞， 大提琴家彼得．布農共同參與詮釋，更增燦爛風華。

《藍色的思念》By Way of Remembrance 本張專輯收錄知名作曲及指揮家新編之《藍色的思念－－鄧麗君精曲聯奏》，以不同角度詮 釋為一代歌后的經典名曲 ;《紅樓夢組曲－－大提琴協奏曲》與旅德大提琴演奏家李垂誼協奏 新編的知名紅樓夢名曲 ;《蓬瀛狂想》是委託新生代作曲家王乙聿打造的全新作品。三首曲目， 見證臺灣國樂團的跨界意圖。
《心動。聲動》My Heart Leaps Up 來自蘇文慶指揮的溫暖鉅獻，3CD 絕美精裝典藏版。入圍 101 年第 23 屆金曲獎傳統暨藝術 音樂類最佳民族音樂專輯獎。三 CD 套裝，「經典合奏篇」收錄七首國樂知名作曲家精心力作， 無論是蘇文慶深富人文氣息的《風獅爺傳奇》，盧亮輝清新的《春》，馬盛龍、顧冠仁合力 創作的《東海漁歌》，首首都是膾炙人口的佳作。「優美絲竹篇」網羅九首優雅的室內樂小 合奏，選曲雅俗共賞，首首都是音樂比賽的指定曲目。
《臺灣四季》The Beautiful Taiwan 榮獲 100 年第 22 屆金曲獎傳統暨藝術音樂類－－最佳民族音樂專輯獎。收錄曲目關迺忠《臺 灣四季》、蘇文慶《笑傲江湖－－三十六簧鍵笙協奏曲》、董榕森《陽明春曉－－笛子協奏曲》 與陳炫合《寒夜遙寄－－揚琴協奏曲》四首作品。

臺灣國樂團隸屬於國立傳統藝術中心，是文化部轄下的 國家級國樂團。係由國內國樂界菁英組成，矢志探索傳 統、立足本土、擁抱當代，藉由創作為臺灣傳統音樂扎 根，用演出傳遞臺灣美學品味，以提昇臺灣傳統及當代 音樂為目標，以國際為舞臺，用醇厚的音樂深化臺灣之 美。臺灣國樂團前身為 1984 年教育部成立之「國立藝 專實驗國樂團」，2012 年 5 月因應文化部成立，更名 為「臺灣國樂團」。 近年來逐步推動「用國樂訴說臺灣最美的故事」、「在 地取材、取才」、「以音樂連結世界和臺灣」等理念， 建立臺灣國樂團的品牌精神。臺灣國樂團的演出，融合
