SINCE OPENING ITS DOORS MORE THAN 30 YEARS AGO WITH JUST TWO EMPLOYEES, LITHOTECH HAS GROWN TO BECOME ONE OF THE LARGEST CONTINUOUSLY OWNED PRINTING COMPANIES IN METROPOLITAN PHOENIX, ARIZONA.
Lithotech employees are expertly trained technicians and craftspeople who provide the highest level of service to our customers. We are proud of our seasoned team members, whose average tenure at the company is more than three times the national average. In recognition of our position as a leader in the graphics arts industry, the Phoenix Business Journal has continually named Lithotech one of the Top 20 Printers in Arizona. Our organizational philosophy is based on teamwork. We feel that working in teams not only enhances our day-to-day production, but allows us to create custom programs for our clients that integrate their unique organizational requirements and workflow challenges with our own, enhancing communications and saving time and money. With presses operating 24 hours a day, Lithotech is large enough to provide comprehensive printing services to our clients but agile enough to react quickly when deadlines matter. THE MESSAGE OF THE PAW
WE ARE OFTEN ASKED WHY LITHOTECH HAS CHOSEN THE DOG PAW FOR ITS LOGO. FOR US, IT WAS A NATURAL CHOICE.
While easily recognizable, the dog paw represents the many positive characteristics of our canine friends - qualities that we strive to emulate in our working relationships. Dogs approach whatever they do with spirit, enthusiasm and joy. They are dedicated, loyal, disciplined, and sensitive. Working dogs are an invaluable asset to their humans, performing many useful tasks such as hunting, herding, hauling and rescue. For these reasons, the canine is known as “man’s best friend”, and at Lithotech, each of us strive for a friendly and helpful attitude while building a bond of trust and loyalty with our coworkers, our providers, and our clients.

OUR LOGO
WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF THE PAW.
The Lithotech visual identity begins with our logo. It communicates more than our name. It symbolizes who we are and what we stand for. To maintain our logo’s integrity and what it represents, basic guidelines exist for the use and application of the logo. We understand that as our brand grows, these guidelines will evolve to strategically address and solve new branding and messaging challenges in a thoughtful, consistent, and appropriate manner. The Lithotech logo consists of our custom pawprint, three gradated “page-forms” of bright blue, teal and green, and our brand name in black type. Our logo may appear with our without our tagline, “Your best friend in printing”. While these elements function as a single unit, unique brand touchpoints such as vehicle graphics, signage, apparel, etc., may require and allow for this combination to be reconfigured. These situations will be addressed on an as-needed basis. The logo should be used in a clearly protected space. It should not be distorted, stretched, or squeezed, nor recreated in any other typeface, pawprint image or graphic.

The Lithotech logo has been carefully crafted with special attention to scale, proportion, alignment and spacing. It should not be distorted, stretched, squeezed, or recreated in any other typeface, pawprint image or graphic. Consistency is vital to our brand’s integrity.

COLOR US DEDICATED, TRUSTED, AND LOYAL.
The Lithotech visual identity uses color to communicate our message, create a mood, and add emphasis. Our diverse palette is an extension of the attitude and care we extend to our clients and customers. Color is an essential part of our brand’s visual language. Our primary colors are blue, teal, and green. Used in combination with our brand name set in solid black, we leverage these colors in all our communications.

OUR TYPOGRAPHY
OUR BEST FACE. FORWARD.
The Lithotech brand uses two typefaces. Gill Sans is a modern, sans-serif typeface that is clean, timeless, and easy to read. Stone Serif is a serif typeface that compliments Gill Sans’s more rounded, geometric design. Gill Sans is a rounded, geometric typeface that is available in a variety of weights and sizes. It is the key font of the Lithotech logotype. Gill Sans font family is versatile enough for a variety of applications including headlines and callouts. Stone Serif is primarily used for our tagline and body copy, but it can also create contrast and added emphasis in counterpoint to Gill Sans typographic treatments. It feels classic, reliable, and humanistic. Along with our logo and color palette, these typefaces create cohesion across our various communication tools and products. Our typography conveys who we are, how we position ourselves in relation to our competitors, and most importantly, how we care for our clients and customers.
