INTRODUCTION At the Temple of VTEC we are all, without any doubt,“enthusiasts.” We jump at the slightest hint, leak, spy photo, press release and concept, fueling our passions for all things Honda and Acura. Show car concepts in particular offer a glimpse of the products which might find their way into our driveways and dreams. These cars are the most tangible expressions of Honda’s vision for the future, telegraphing new trends in design and performance. They stimulate our senses and ignite discussions. For myself in particular, every crease, curve, grille, wheel and vent adds to the exclusive, “Keen-Edged” visual language I have set aside in my mind - that part devoted solely to Honda and Acura. The images within these pages take those bits and pieces created by Honda’s talented designers and stylists in a variety of directions, themes and refinements. These so-called “Fantasy Factory” vehicles might fill in presumed vacancies in product lines or address certain “aesthetic issues,” but always with the intent of staying true and reverent to the “Honda Spirit” which continues to inspire devotees worldwide. As always, I am continually grateful to TOV Founder Jeff Palmer for the opportunity to share my designs and visions, and to our many website visitors for their continued support and praise. And my sincere thanks goes out to the friends, industry contacts, viewers, posters and contributors worldwide who continue to add meaningful content and community to this site. The Temple of VTEC represents the ultimate online expression of automobile enthusiasts who truly believe in “The Power of Dreams.”
