PERFECT
EYELINER: JP’s Beauty Blog By Jessica Payne Myler
L
adies, I know most of you are scared of eyeliner because you, “can’t do it.” Here’s the thing, you are trying WAY too hard! If you don’t have a precise hand, you should glide the pencil along the lash line while tightening the skin of the eyelid. Plenty of women that I speak to make the mistake of pointing the tip straight on to the surface area thinking it’s the way to be accurate, but it’s not, any hand is too shaky to do apply it like that and make a straight line (you also have to remember that your eye is not a straight line, it is a curved sphere)! It is more precise to slant the pencil and GLIDE. It allows the pencil to rest on the surface of the skin, while your hand guides it along. If you still have trouble, invest in a liner brush and go over the “not so perfect line” to smooth it out. Like I always say, practice makes perfect and the more you try applying eyeliner, the more you will grasp your own style and the way you prefer to apply. A black liner is of course, the classic look, but we are beginning 2 to see more and more color on the runways. Yes, it is always fun to play and try new things with your make-up, but be careful to not go too crazy. Remember to be appropriate for your age and own personal style! For the pro

BIZZY B // RELATIONSHIPS
LOVE & RELATIONSHIPS
<<<<< Unemployment in the relationship >> By Juan Burson
A
woman usually feels a combination of sympathy and anger towards her jobless husband. She may not know what to say to her man when she comes home from her own job and he’s obviously had another rough day of dead-end leads. The house is a mess and he’s lying on the couch in his underwear. You think to yourself, “I know he’s had a rough day, but can’t he make himself useful while he’s waiting for call backs?” Unemployment places strain on a relationship for obvious reasons. Aside from the financial burden unemployment places on a household, a spouse who continues to work faces his or her own issues in dealing with a displaced, depressed family breadwinner. A wife whose “secondary” job is now a couple’s only source of income may suddenly shoulder the burden of paying the bills. Not only that, but she must also play the role of the counselor and cheerleader to traumatized, demoralized Man. A woman in this situation walks a fine line between compassionate helpmate and tough-talking coach. If you happen to have a “caretaker” personality, you may have to watch a tendency to give your spouse unspoken permission to stay stuck in self-pity and inaction. Push too hard and you risk coming off as cold and uncaring. The loss of a job can put the vow “for better or worse” to the test...So, how are women suppose to support their men through layoffs and unemployment?
support by demonstration of a best friend
Women provide , by showing through all things “we” are possible. Too many relationships and marriages fail because of financial reasons. Allowing this to happen, means at some point, the vision became impaired and the focus was lost on what made the relationship grow and mature. Most men’s pride is affected when they lose their job. They want nothing more than to provide for their woman emotionally and financially. As a life partner, women shouldn’t put men down, but help lift their spirit by helping them regain their sense of self, and showing them that this too shall pass, and together “we” can get through this. Now, don’t get me wrong, “we” can’t do it alone. A man’s strength and motivation only comes from seeing that he hasn't given up on himself. We can only do so much. We can’t change anyone.
treats unemployment as a temporary and manageable situation. The repeated rejection that goes with a job search
First, practice an attitude that
is hard, but the odds are that a new job will eventually surface if you both remain focused and deliberate in your quest. Keep a healthy perspective. Be open to what God might be trying to teach you both through this experience.

BRAVE HEART INTERVIEW BY
;@=;C9 ;==
BIZZY B // FEATURE
I
“It’s T’Melle,” born and raised in Philly, has truly become a warm hearted friend to the BIZZY B family. During our interview with T’Melle, a couple of months back, she expressed her grief after going through a tragic car accident at 13-years old that ended up fatal, losing her “mentor/big sister,” Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez, of the legendary R&B group TLC. T’Melle also injured, shattered her leg in several places, leaving the doctors no choice, but to perform multiple surgeries, declaring she may never be able to walk again. T’Melle underwent two blood transfusions and was handicapped for two years. Despite her trauma after the accident, T’Melle has experienced great opportunities to work with some of the industry’s most elite names, such as, B. Cox, Rodney Jerkins, Rock City, Usher, Fantasia and many more. T’Melle is a fighter and overcame, what had become her handicap. It was four years ago when she landed a job singing back up for singer/songwriter, Usher, which whom she went on tour with and it was him, who spun things around for her. While being on the tour with Usher, she says, “he taught me a lot about being a true artist.” Since then, she has propelled into her new journey, a career that she states she “knew God had planned for her.” Her Manager, Walter Sudden, has helped her with artist development and she says, “brought the best out of her!” She recently launched her first solo project in March 2012, her single, “Go to War,” featuring Wacka Flocka Flame, has hit the ground running and has been voted as one of the top 10 hottest songs out of the Coalition DJ’s list. The single is now airing on Atlanta radio airwaves on Streetz 94.5 FM. Radio is the ultimate stamp of approval in this industry, to an artist like T’Melle or even one like Usher who has been in the game for years. BB: After being in a group back then, in a tragic accident, to then becoming a super star, how did you feel when you first heard your song on the radio? T:
Oh my God, it was surreal! I could’ve never prepared myself for the way I felt. I felt excited, tears, every emotion I could have ever felt. Do you know how many millions of artists wish they can be heard on the radio? I felt so blessed!
BB: How do you still carry a humble attitude after your success? T:
My approach is always in a nice way, sexy and sweet! We don’t do bad business or do people wrong.
BB: What’s a day in the life of “It’s T’Melle?” T:
I work out at least 3 hours a day and have rehearsal everyday. I like having fun, but work comes first!
BB: Who writes your music? T:
I write, or co-write on everyone of my songs.
BB: Who do you relate to in your music? T:
A lot of my music relates to females, their determination, survival and empowerment. This is all part of my brand.

’Melle has been extremely busy within the last few months. While performing her single, “Go to War,” featuring Wacka Flocka Flame in the local Atlanta clubs to build a household name, she’s also working on other collaborations. On April 25, 2012, she preformed at the B.E.T “Rap It Up” campaign at Clark Atlanta University (CAU). She recently opened up for Stewy Rock and Mykko Montana at Club Illusions in Atlanta. She also has been featured in a few mixtapes that have given her more exposure, one with Shawty Lo and the other with DJ X Rated, hosted by rapper Future, both released this month. This movement has landed her radio interviews, such as with Foxie 105 FM in Columbus, GA (also where many artists, such as, Roscoe Dash, B.O.B, TI, Beyonce and even the late, great Notorious B.I.G have had interviews that aided in catapulting their careers).
