Alessandro Negrini “Economia e Commercio” graduate, he’s the accounting, budgeting and planning manager.
Massimo Negrini, Art Director, he studied advertising at “Istituto Europeo di Design” of Milan and he's the Graphic Design and Advertising manager.
Claudio Varetto. Creative Director, he studied advertising at “Istituto Europeo di Design” and Accademia di Comunicazione in Milan, where he was one of the “founder” student. Italian expert of comics, he's a “Pubblicitario Professionista” member of TP association, Italian Federpubblicità Vice-President and Modena Federpubblicità President. He's the Promotions, Multimedia, Internet and Social networks manager and he’s in charge of the Emilia Romagna Office.
negrinievaretto was born in 1989 in Carpi, Modena district, thanks to the union of an art director (Massimo Negrini) and a copywriter (Claudio Varetto). Since they met at the “Istituto Europeo di Design� in Milan, Claudio and Massimo started to work together signing their work as negrinievaretto (1987). In 1993 Alessandro Negrini, Economy's graduate, became a member of the company and started to manage budget and planning. In 1997 an office opened in Lombardia, in Pisogne (Bs), while, in 1998, the main office arrived in Modena. In 2009, celebrating the 20th year in business, the main office of negrinievaretto got back to the roots, in Carpi.

From 1972 to 1983 Barcella worked in the family company (furnishings on demand). From 1983 to 2003 he's a copywriter and, for 16 years, creative director of Italian Lowe advertising agency (Pirella Goettsche). He shoots commercials in: Australia, New Zealand, South-Africa, Nepal, France, Portugal, England, Croatia, Iceland and several Italian Regions. He worked with several foreign directors, as Hugh Hudson (Academy Award), Claude Lelouch (Academy Award), Brian Morrow, and Italian directors as Gabriele Salvatores (Academy Award), Renzo Martinelli, Maurizio Nichetti, Carlo di Palma, Bruno Bozzetto.
