The Michael family has been serving New York style cooking for more than 37 years. The family opened their first Florida restaurant in 1991. Chris’ father Andy owns and runs the Square Plate in Pinellas Park, while his brother Charlie runs the Central Park Restaurant in Temple Terrace.
