Green Team Contest

he world is a little more ecofriendly, thanks to the Seaford High School Green Team, which spearheaded a recycling contest that challenged each grade level to recycle as many plastic bottles as possible over a two-week period. While the competition was reportedly “fierce,” the junior team was the victor with more than 3,000 bottles collected out of more than 6,000 bottles in total. Congratulations!
