he eighth grade’s journey at Our Lady of Lourdes School in West Islip is coming to a close with Commencement. This past week, the class of 2013 had many wonderful events. The students enjoyed the Dinner Dance, held at Southward Ho Country Club. They also participated in an adventurous canoe trip. This is an exciting time for the graduating class as they move forward onto the next chapter in their lives.
