s. Pintabona’s Kindergarten class from Our Lady of Lourdes in West Islip celebrated Memorial Day by writing letters to our Veterans. The students learned about Memorial Day and why it is important to keep those who have served for our country in our thoughts and prayers. The students were so excited to write to the Veterans. They told them a little bit about themselves and then thanked them for their service.
