Dear Prospective Home Buyer, I had lived in the Lancaster 10+ years and it was the best location for my job at the time which was 3 miles away and located near Courthouse metro. I now reside in Washington, DC closer to my new job in the city near the Convention Center. This home has hosted many family, friends and neighbors and was the place for Sunday get-togethers. Many of my closest friends would come especially because how close I was to Pentagon City Mall and would bring their children so they could enjoy playing in the pool. During Lancaster's social events and potluck gatherings around the major holidays, I would enjoy catching up with my neighbors, some of whom have lived in the building 10+ years. One of the best features of the Lancaster is its location. It is very close to a couple of the military bases and one mile from Pentagon City, two miles from Washington DC and within three miles of Clarendon, Ballston Quarter and the new Amazon HQ2. Plus, itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s an easy 20 minute-ride away from Tysons Corner, Mosaic District and National Harbor. I will definitely miss my former neighbors at the Lancaster, but I am excited for the new owner (s) to enjoy living here and making new friends with wonderful neighbors.
