FROM THE OWNER Dear Prospective Home Buyer, My family has lived in the home on Eisenhower Avenue for the past 8 years and it has been an amazing experience for us & our adopted pup Mickey. A job opportunity transferred us out of the Northern VA area and we're adjusting well in our new location. The home has meant a lot to us. It's the first property we ever owned so we were proud to live there & kept it meticulously maintained. Being in a secured community gave us piece of mind & the friendliness of our neighbors made it a pleasurable place to call home. The home is in a great location! It's within walking distance to the Van Dorn Metro Station or there's free shuttle to Van Dorn & Eisenhower stations. Metro accessible is so convenient! You can be in DC quickly without the hassle of a long commute waiting in traffic & be in MD just as quickly too. So much development has taken place in the area! The Hoffman center is less than 5 mins away & located right on Eisenhower Ave & across from the metro station. We would often visit one of our fav restaurants (Delia’s) & having a Regal Movie Theater there made for a great night. Another fav are all the restaurants & shopping in Old Town (mins away) which is one of the top waterfront locations in VA. The shopping & restaurants at the National Harbor is great too. You can drive there in mins or take the water taxi from Old Town. It's a great place & now the MGM casino & theater makes it a top notch destination. One of the best perks for us was being close to DC. We would take the scenic drive along the GW parkway & get to DC within mins, it's so convenient! The option of having the metro within walking distance is also another great choice since you don't need to worry about traffic or parking. Having two reserved parking spaces is a huge plus & with direct access to the garage from our condo we never had to endure inclement weather. Speaking of weather, we definitely enjoyed spending lots of relaxing time on our balcony. Since the balcony is covered we got to enjoy it on mild rainy days too. The HOA allows grills so eating al fresca on your own private balcony is a nice option. Having the condo located directly adjacent to the club house is very convenient too. Access to the pool, gym, business center, office & shuttle service are a few steps away! This is a wonderful home located in a great area with easy access to everything including the metro. We know you'll enjoy the home, its amenities & the convenience of being in a prime location as much as we have. ENJOY!
