Dear Prospective Purchaser, Welcome to your new home! Our hope is that your family will be as blessed as our family was in this home. There are so many wonderful memories we have created in here that it is impossible to express them all. When we first moved into this house, our oldest daughter was 18 months old, and we were expecting our second daughter just two months after we moved in. Since then, our family expanded with the arrival of our third daughter in 2010. So many of our memories include the usual firsts with children: first steps, first words, first day of school and first bike rides. We will definitely miss weekend mornings spent drinking coffee in our sunroom and spending our evenings sitting on our patio. We enjoyed spending time planting flowers that were passed on to us by neighbors and family in our backyard. We also enjoyed backyard barbecues with our family and friends. Many of our children’s memories include playdates with other children in the neighborhood, summers spent at the swimming pool just up the street and walks down to the shopping center for dinner/ice cream, or the occasional donut! They also spent a lot of time going for walks in the community and playing at the playgrounds and basketball courts. It is with mixed feeling that we say goodbye to Horseshoe Cottage Circle. This house has grown with us as our family has grown, and it holds memories that are very dear to each of us. We truly hope that your family will make great memories of your own.
